Not much selection. Dollar store had more stock.

Well, give me a a coupon and I will make time to check to see if thé store has anything I need or want. So I go in yesterday I went into the Hallmark on Mall road with coupons in hand. I pick out some items then go to check-out. I hand my coupons to be redeemed over to the cashier. She scans one which she says has already been redeemed. Im thinking how could that be since I havent been to Hallmark in a while, definitely not after I received the coupons either in email or mail. Im ok until I give her another one and she says the same thing. Now I really confused, I am not able to use either coupon. I didnt purchase all the items I wanted. I think that is bad business. They lost the money I would have spent. Considering the times we are in this is a bad move.

Friendly staff, not crowded, clean store that always smells good. Due to COVID, they do not allow refunds or exchanges.

You can always find the perfect gift or card. Everyone who works here is always friendly and helpful. We were discussing the masks and one pointed out the beautiful headbands they have that have buttons built in to hook your mask to instead of your ears. I am very claustrophobic and have alot of trouble wearing the masks, the elastic around my ears made things worse. The headband helps keep the mask off of my ears and even helps to keep the mask looser on my face, which in turn keeps my panic attacks down. It great! I am thinking about buying another when I go in the next time.

Very cute place to find something special. It is kinda pricey but you normally cant find anywhere else. Greeting cards are really cute but $10 dollars thats crazy for someone to just throw away or put in a box. God bless

Yesterday I witnessed what look like the manager harassing customers outside and I thought it was super unprofessional and I felt so sorry for those young girls having to be treated that way!

Both cashiers refused to price match their own on line prices. Even after showing them their own ad. They also refused to accept big bills for payment and told me it might be a counterfeit. All in all, it was a very bad experience.

I and my family buy a new christmas ornament every year i always find what Im looking for. Love to shop there everyone is so friendly and helpful.

I am a long time customer but now likely to shop exclusively online. Before Christmas, the staff told me I needed to buy a Magic Cord for an accessory that I actually did not need. When I went to return it the ladies working were quite unhelpful and almost obstinate. I did not have my receipt but since I used a credit card it would seem easy to look up the purchase. Because its 2018 and every other retail store I shop at does this... But they said they could not. This archaic policy will not keep people coming back when shopping online seems much more customer centric. Updating your return policy to match up to current practice seems like a reasonable request.
