Went there to sell some used golf clubs, I had a large number of clubs, the young man working was very pleasant and helpful. He advised it would take about an hour to process, he was right on time. At no time did he make me feel like I was burdening him with this transaction. Excellent customer service skills.

We went in today for baseball stuff for our son and had the best experience. We both had no idea what we were doing (hubby is more of a football guy).. But the guy working there helping us was so informative and friendly I just had to write a review. When we left we both commented on how great of an experience that was because good customer service in this area is far and few between. We will definitely be back. The young gentleman working here were very informative, helpful, and friendly when I came in this weekend. My two sons both play baseball, and my oldest has started playing frisbee golf. In both categories they had an impressive selection. Both gentleman wokring were very good at checking in with us and making sure that we were satisfied. One gentleman helped sized my sons up for a mitt and a bat and then made very good suggestions on what would best meet our needs. The other gentleman helped my oldest son find some disc. The prices are great, customer service is awesome! This is a must stop for any sport family.

Was the worst. Business I have ever dealt with to take my money for a week waiting on the bike to get to my house that I already bought parts for so my kid could race I have to call them five different times to figure out they sold it because they didn’t want to ship it they said UPS don’t know how to ship a bike I bought four bikes through play it again sports well three not counting this one because I didn’t get it because the store manager was too much of a weasel to tell me he’s making more money off the bike. I could only hope that chump would go through what I had to go through with my son. But he don’t care about that . I would of giVen that struggling business more money if that’s what he wanted

Good price on shoes and some soccer stuff. But we found 40 pound weights set that Walmart has and Walmart was cheaper by a few $. They are really over priced with alot of the merchandise. I felt bad for giving them a 2nd star.

When I asked an employee why some other customers weren’t wearing masks, he told me “I can’t enforce that”, which is a cowardly lie. It’s your store, and you can absolutely tell customers not wearing masks to leave; if not for the government mandated ordinance, at least for the concern for the safety of your employees and customers now that almost half a million Americans have died as a result of the pandemic. You may have retained the mask-less customer because you were afraid to enforce the rules, but you lost this one. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

I called this location on the way home from Louisville. I asked if they had any boxing gloves, his reply yes new and used. I go there and told him I just called 30 mins ago. He pointed in the area of the boxing gloves. I go over there and find zero gloves. I asked him where they were and he stated they were out of them. I then said why did you tell me you did. I thought we did. OMG this is why people shop online now. The only reason i gave 2 stars is the lady there gave me 10% off the 2 head gear I bought. The lady stated maybe the last time he worked they had them. Come on that’s BS.

Bought a bench there, tried to return it the next day, guy said there was some tape on there covering a rip which was there yesterday when I bought in the store but it was in the used section so I didnt get near as much money back. I greatly recommend not going here these guys will screw you over if you try to return something. Dude looked me in the face and said I remember loading it in your car that tape wasnt there

This place is a little difficult to find but once you do they have great deals and prices on sporting goods and fitness products. They have both new and gently used sporting goods. They offer a variety of weights, fitness machines, as well as equipment for a wide selection of sports. I would definitely recommend checking here before going and paying full price for all your fitness needs.

Not a bad selection of disc golf discs

Excellent service. I kinda felt bad because we showed up right before closing not realizing the time. The guys waited on us anyway and were extremely helpful and curtious. Great prices and gave us fair trade in on our used gear. We will definitely return...before closing time.

Love this place. Great prices on used sports equipment. Most of the time the equipment is gently used, high-end items that sold for a much higher price when new. You should always inspect, wear and/or test items before purchasing. They are pretty good about working with you on returns too. I bought a lot of ski, rollerblade, baseball, softball and lacrosse equipment here.

My sons football went flat without notice only a week and a half or two after purchase. Gentleman there who I sold my tennis racquets to was very fair in pricing. He was very friendly ask me about my weekend and how Ive been doing which I thought was very above and beyond for most businesses. He also wasnt in the sale to get me off for anything he did tell me I could take it somewhere else and probably get more money out of it but I thought it was a fair price and decided to sell. They have tons of equipment marked out very neatly. Definitely recommend buying or selling here.

Do not sell here......try a Cincinnati location instead....I took in a nearly new Under Armour baseball pants typical retail 40-50 dollars......he gave me 4.00 for them and kept saying he was really doing me a big favor and then said I have to keep my voice down bc I dont want the guy in the back to hear me and what I am not supposed to be doing for you right now.....bc the 4.00 was such a high buy.....he had to keep it on the low down...then even said I need to come around from the counter and show you on paper and keep my voice down so he cant hear me........at one point I almost interrupted him and asked Do you treat everybody like their idiots and stupid? I left as he yelled after me to have a great day and for me to enjoy the weather with a chuckle in his voice.

We bought an eliptical and a few weeks later decided we wanted a treadmill instead. They were wonderful work with. They helped us unload and load and didn’t push us to buy the treadmill there (we did anyway). I definitely recommend!

Great gently used or brand new sporting goods /items @ great prices. They always have super helpful & courteous staff working in the store for any questions you may have about particular sports/items.

Questioned my child about a bat we sold claimed it was the exact same bat with bat tape, along with markings. Not possible, I have the receipt for the bat along with eBay listing for the bat tape. Tried selling some other items a month later and they told us they couldn’t except the items. Will not spend my time or money in this place again!

We worked with Kyle at store and the gm. We bought bench used from floor, it’s not new at best that a display gentlemen. Took it back with receipt next day in exact condition we bought in off floor. They offered to buy it could not return it. That’s shady with 7 day guantee on returns. I hope store owner reads this because treating people who spent 500 dollars and were ready to spend more is bad business. Use craigslist or flea market at least there you know you can’t take it back. This staff on weekdays needs retrained or something the weekend staff was amazing.

Dont bother trying to call this place. Youll waste 2 minutes of your life that youll never get backKind of disappointing that they do not answer their phone.Tried calling several times to inquire about a specific sports item to see whether they had any around or in stock, since they are 25 miles away and the only store around me unless I want to take a 5 hour road trip to another location-which I do not.Sorry but I dont want to drive 50+ miles to check on a used 7 dollar item.Customer relations and service skills need improvement.
