My wife tripped on uneven concrete slab in front of pump 8 and the on duty manager “Jay” stated when asked for an accident protocol that they did not have one for outside the store. When asked for their insurance carrier, he stated that is like asking me for my social security number. When I tried to take a picture of one of the many documents on the wall for display he said I could not be so I did not. He then said if I had a problem to call Florence police. They will be hearing from our lawyer. He was rude stating that my wife needed to walk “better” and that she tripped because of her shoes.Stay tuned!
