Dr Reid was AWESOME and the girls that checked me in and out. However, I just browsed around for abt 15 minutes with ZERO offering of assistance to pick out some frames....w prescription in hand and ready to pay. Chris was so patient helping me & my wife choose frames for regular & sunglasses that fit well, looked good on our face structure & getting the best sale price b/c of purchasing 4 pairs. When wanting a double check from a coworker, he didn’t hesitate to ask to make sure. Then in helping to apply for LensCrafters’ credit card though computer site crashed, went to the phone to complete application. We left happy & look forward picking up our new glasses!

The best customer service I have experienced in years! Im socially awkward, and this was my first eye appointment ever, so you can imagine how it was walking in. I was stressed and had no clue what to do, but everyone there was patient with me, answered all my questions without making me feel stupid, and got me what I needed very quickly! DO NOT GO THERE! I actually give No stars... I was not told that I had a limited time to bring my two frames back for them to correct the prescription THEY screwed up.... they just said wear them for a while to get use to them, as they ALWAYS do!!! Needless to say, I NEVER got use to them after months...Now they wont fixed their OWN incompetence! I took them elsewhere & was told what I’d already known, that the prescription was off. I have two different prescriptions in each pair! This place & their associates sucks! THEY DON’T HAVE A CLUE ABOUT GLASSES!

I gave location 1 star only because of the ALWAYS courteous greeting from the Lencrafters staff as you enter the establishment. Magnolia eyecare however is the reason why the entire facility SHOULD get none. Aside from the African American tech who was polite, professional and amicable the rest (all caucasion) were cold, brusque, dismissive and borderline rude. I went in to purchase contacts was givin no follow up appointment, no starter kit to go with the samples I was givin and allowed to leave into the bright sunlight after having my pupils dilated making it almost impossible to drive home. I called and hour later to ask what type of contacts I had: be it extended wear, daily etc. and was told to take them out nightly. So I asked: and put them where? And was told I could purchase kits at any drug store. Since I was givin no follow up appointment my quess is I dodged a bullet in perhaps being blinded by PalmettoKlanCare. Now I will receive a generic we are so sorry and strive to blah, blah, blah response and nothing will be done and I will take my business elswhere and hope all my readers do as well...all except the people that THEY cater to and you all cant read, anyway...

Not happy at all, didnt feel like anything got resolved and didnt feel any care or concern from the staff, dont want to go back at all and feel my vision wasnt taken seriously an honestly just would like to be refunded, eyewear sales side was great and friendly but during my exams the doctors didnt communicate with me as well as the receptionist on that side and i have been back and forth about 3 times, i feel my exam was inaccurate because of the several trips i was told to make and now i have contacts that arent correct and cause me discomfort and refuse to keep going back just to feel ignored

I have been purchasing glasses from LensCrafters yearly for the past 15 years (give or take). The level of customer service has depreciated tremendously over the past 3 years. My husband and I went in to purchase eyewear for him on yesterday (his first purchase) and the young lady Anastaysia didn’t present options for different lens instead gave one price for frames and lenses. I questioned the price and at that point she gave other options. Upon checking out I noticed they we were automatically charged an additional amount for the eyewear plan that we didn’t request nor were we asked if we would like to purchase. This was the first time I’d ever encountered a transaction process such as this one at this location. Previously the different plans were displayed side by side on a computer or iPad screen and options shown to customer as well as customer being asked if they are interested in purchasing the extended eyewear plan. The options she tried to give us, had I not questioned the transaction was a difference of $200.00

We have been going here for the past three to four years. We always have a great experience. The staff are all helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great service at a great price. We would, and do, recommend this place.

I get called the day before my appointment to be told that they don’t accept my insurance. I chose LensCrafters specifically because I saw they accepted my insurance on their website. I got told something about the affiliation with “magnolia eye associates” that my insurance was out of network. A waste of time. Should have been specific about that on the website from the start.

We’ve purchased our last 4 pairs of glasses at the LensCrafters and every experience is top notch. Even the last pair of sunglasses came in with the wrong color lenses. The folks immediately reordered and had the new lenses in 1 week. Always courteous and helpful. We will return in early 2019 for exams and new glasses if needed.

I have purchased glasses from LensCrafters of Florence in the past and has always been a good experience. So I finally decided to get my eye exam there because they are covered by my insurance. I have to say that it went very well. I called Monday to make an appointment, had the eye exam on Tuesday. Everything done in less than me hour and my new contacts will be here in a few days. With insurance the visit was less than $30.

Dr DeYoung is awesome! He is very knowledgeable, patient and concerned. He takes up more than adequate time with you as a patient. The ladies in the office are very nice and cordial. I would recommend LensCrafters eye clinic to anyone who wants quality eye care!

Worst service ever had to ask for a refund. Glasses were wrong on Wednesday and was told we had to come back on Saturday. Came back at time we were told (1:00)and the person was there but we were told we had to come back at 3:00 pm. Ended up having to request a refund. They gave hassle on giving refund. Dont buy from them. I have bought many pairs from them in the past. Will never patronize them again and recommend that you dont either.

The glasses they made were terrible quality and the prescription was off. After letting them try twice we decided to go elsewhere for eye wear.

All I can say is this has been the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I ended up calling the home office to get someone to try and fix the situation. Do not go you will regret it...Then I get a response wanting a reply and the link doesn’t work. What a joke!

Visited LensCrafters in the Magnolia Mall in Florence, Sc. Was greeted by a friendly associated who assisted me with my request. I needed lenses replaced on a pair of expensive sunglasses that I had not bought from LensCrafters. The associate took them and in less than 15 minutes returned with my repaired sunglasses. I asked what cost was and it was free! I made donation to their charity in lieu of the fee. Next time I need eyesore--I will visit this location. Please note--I provided the replacement lenses.
