Reporting you guys to the BBB. Told me I should sign up for Backstage pass, saying it was free when I literally get charged 11 dollars a month ON TOP of them sending me 50 million magazines too. Dont even have an account with a username or anything. Was never informed that it would entail monthly subscriptions too, so its literally a scam. I dont like complaining about a particular employee because Ive been there done that, but I mean seriously, its driving me up a wall with these charges im getting. I am almost 100 percent sure that its grounds for termination. Please just train your staff better for the love of all things holy.

Some of the exclusive stuff is expensive, especially the snacks from Japan, but the selection is very unique, and they always have something new

I didnt even know FYE still existed. I was super stoked to go in and was instantaneously engrossed in a nostalgic wonderland.

Stores been going downhill for a while. Their records are never in order, rarely check this locations store.

I always enjoy seeing the variety of nerd stuff. Thank God my house isnt big enough to store all those items. I couldnt afford them and the mortgage. Then Id have to store them in the van I live in down by the river. Luckily I can just limit it to funko pops and Spiderman t-shirts.

Kids love the variety at this store. I find the prices to be high but they do offer a multi-purchas discount on many items, such as buy one get 50% off a 2nd.They do stock new vinyl, thats a plus.

Great store, we go often to the mall just to go here because my kids love it, we always find what we are looking for.

Everything is super overpriced. The stuff they have is great, dont get me wrong, but its the mall, and everything is already 20% more expensive than it ought to be. They will have a sweatshirt, they put japanese or otherwise foreign words/logos and the sweatshirt would go from 40 to 60. I like the store, i just wish everything wasnt marked up 5 dollars when it simply doesnt need to be.

Store has a great selection and the employees are normally great, however Im hesitant to shop here because of the shady practice of asking everyone for their emails and how heavily the store pushes their discount card, these practacies drive people away.

They have a great selection of just about everything entertainment-related: TV shows, movies, anime, collectables, and even more. Their selection is varied and well-stocked, and I always find something interesting there every time I visit.

They had a clean store but not one employee even asked to help. And there were only 2 other customers inside looking. Besides me. I WOULD EXPECT BETTER SERVICE

Plenty of nice things in store but make sure they dont unknowingly sign you up for their backstage pass. Got charged $11.99 twice! no confirmation email, couldnt cancel the charge because I didnt even know I had an account! makes me wonder if they even had an email for me. This is just crooked I had to call my bank, dispute the charges, and now I have to wait for a new debit card, definitely wont be using it here in the future.

I stop by this music store too look for a cd they did not have it but its a nice music store they have a lot of nice things bye Mary polley.

It was ok just Abit over priced I seen a Iron Maiden shirt in there for 23 dollars ...Seen the Same Shirt At Meijers for 7.99 Seen a few things in there that Ive seen Abit cheaper in other stores....Yes they had a good variety of stuff ...However Abit overpriced.. But the workers were fairly nice...

Dont order anything online from FYE because apparently they dont know how to fulfill orders. Not only am I mad that I received the wrong item after waiting for weeks, but Im also extremely dissatisfied with their return policies. They ensure 100% customer satisfaction, but I dont see how thats the case when you have to jump through hoops for what should be a simple return and when I cant even find a basic customer service number to call - you HAVE to email them.Also, I guess I the reason I was sent the wrong item is because the item I ordered wasnt in stock, which means theyre also not against false advertising. When I tried to leave a review for the item on their website warning others about it, it was never posted by them.

I went to buy one of those POP! Characters. Probably the largest selection of characters I have seen in one place which was great. I wish they were organized a bit better though.

This place is awesome. Staff is extremely snobby. Just ignore them and dont try to talk to them, they think youre trying to flirt, or just too cool, im not sure, but merchandise here is so cool. You can look around for hours and still notice be things. If youre a 90s kid youll love this place.

Pop culture shirts, decent selection of music and movies. Some things are a little pricey. But, you can buy Reptar bars and Duff (non alcoholic) Beer there, so... yeah.

So much better now that they have Kpop CDs

I purchased a used copy of a rare OOP CD there for only $7.99, ever since ive bought a few new CDs, all for very reasonable prices there. Thank you for carrying CDs still. it means alot to some of us!!! (malls all over america now no longer have CDs)

Always some great and interesting items in here. Great variety of random metal band shirts, star wars toys, harry potter, etc. Always worth going in and poking around because you just never know what youll find.

Great variety of new and used CDs! Unfortunately, in todays age it is getting more and more difficult to find a place to purchase cds. I love that they have a variety of cds from 90s and 2000s as well as the newest artists available. Their prices are great usually having BOGO sales or even BOG2.

Everyone is always really friendly and they have some good sales.
