The shelves used to be full. Missed the variety of drapes. However, the staff was friendly and helpful. Could be a shortage on receiving merchandise???

We came in looking for a home makeover and were redecorating our home.We ordered a new bed and are looking for the best sheets available and they offered several styles but we ended up shopping elsewhere but this store had a nice inventory.Ended up buying a bunch of home decor and holiday gifts while here.

Can’t find anyone to help. Order online. It’s about the same.

We called ahead and asked if they had any of those $5 clay kits for making paw prints or childrens handprints. The person responded, Oh, we have bunches of those. We got there the next day and were told those kits would not be available until close to Christmas. 🙁🙁🙁

A good store but like a lot of others, they have caved in to the radical lefts socialist agenda.

The staff were very helpful and helped us with questions about buying gifts off a wedding registry. They printed the list and explained the detailed print out. The store is clean and well staffed so that if you have a question someone is nearby to ask. Well stocked and very neat.

Very disappointed. I ordered an item on Nov 29th that has yet to be delivered and it is December 15th. Problem is when you go to their website and use live chat, you get a message (see attached) saying you are pretty much SOL, or you can try calling in the small window of a day they take calls, and sit on hold forever. They do not send e-mails or anything saying when the package will deliver. So I sit and wait.I do like Bed Bath and Beyond but I will not be renewing my BEYOND membership when it rolls around, and I will definitely never purchase anything online again from them because of their poor after the fact customer service.

I really enjoyed this place. Some things are way overpriced but its a nice store none the less

They get No Stars from me but I had to pick one or the post wouldnt go through. Ordered and Item online using a coupon. I received my order # and estimated shipping time. Then after a few days they sent me an email stating that my payment wouldnt go through. (My card had been compromised, and we had to get new cards) Totally understandable, so I called to give them my new card #. They said they couldnt take the pmt. Just reorder. I did not want to reorder. The order I had placed was a great deal with nice savings. I wanted them to honor the order and price and take my pmt. I was promised a call back. None came. I called back a few days later to ask them to take pmt. After many holds and delays, they finally came back and said, they were out of stock and THATS why they couldnt place the order. Clearly not true as I was online and there was LOTS of stock. They would not honor the price of the previous order. Ridiculous.

The employees were so very friendly. They were closing and the gentleman said come on in he allowed us to make purchases with the best attitude. We will be back Shelly was exceedingly kind and patient. They made oir EXPERIENCE everlasting. Customer service to the fullest.

Was not able to enjoy a shopping experience. I was asked 3x if I needed any help before I even got 50 feet inside the door. After the 3rd approach in just a few minutes I was annoyed and left. Cant anyone just look around and shop in piece for junk they dont need?

Not bad, but didnt have any youth bedding. They wanted to order it online for me. If thats what I wanted, I never wouldve made the drive to the store.

I was able to purchase a hard to find item - Soup Spoons. They were of a very good quality.

Great visit at the store. Found what I needed and the cashier was great and very friendly.

The staff here are SO helpful. During multiple visits, they have even provided coupons for my purchases right on the floor after helping me find products.

They did not have what I needed in stock but they could order it for me, was very kind and polite.
