Customer service is horrible and very rude.They are also overpriced. If I could give a 0 star, I definitely would.

Junky & insanely unorganized. The owner was on the phone the entire time. I had to ask for help and she kept showing me the wrong hair. Most products are overpriced. Theres also an $2.00 additional fee if you pay with a debit or credit card. She was literally whining about charging people so that she can pay her fees.
