Very incompetent staff. Last 2 times I ordered parts the was clueless & confused with bad attitude & didnthave parts. I tried getting lawn mower belt & they argued & gave me wrong belt & I had old belt present. Drive thrues are better than their staff..

They had the exact parts i needed to fix my lawnmower only thing was they didnt price me the whole assembly for the job i was performing on the mower so it ended up being another 20 something dollars to complete the job. Was not very happy over that but it happenes and life goes on.

Wonderful staff to work with and they are very helpful. Great service department as well.

Called from parking lot to get price on a utility trailer and they quoted a price. Went back next day and was told a higher price. When questioned the price was told had sold all the trailers at the lower price the day before and just got in a new shipment that day that was a higher price. The same trailers from previous day were still there and no new ones were there. When questioned it tried to backtrack.

Bought multiple peices of equipment from them. Went to get a chain for the chainsaw I bought from them. Was sold the wrong parts and it did not fit the saw. I was working 20+ mins from there location, buy the time I noticed the part was wrong it was almost closing time and I immediately had to go back to exchange it (big inconvenience on me). I was cutting it close on timing so I called to explain I would be there right at closing time. and was told they would not wait 1 min after 6 to assist me so I had to speed to get there by 5:59. They lost a customer here. I would suggest you shop somewhere where they care about the customers

I needed to replace my wind shield wipers cause I was about to be a bad rain storm while driving from Florida to North Carolina. They are conveniently located off the 95, which made it so easy. I had no clue how to install them on my vehicle and the gentleman who was behind the counter he was very helpful and offered to install them for me, great job to the napa team, another happy safe driver here is hitting the road.

Counter person didnt know much about mowers on the floor

Every time I try to go here they are closed. Ive even taken off to try to make it but they seem to close for any and every minor weather event or holiday. Ill just keep shopping at OReilly.EDIT: Yeah I took that picture you included in your reply the first time I tried to go over there because the hours werent on Google Maps. I dont have Facebook or any of that garbage.

Very helpful staff. Theres a repair shop on the premises. If they dont have it, theyll direct you to whomever does.

A pretty good place for auto parts however I personally prefer Advance Auto,more friendly and more knowledgeable staff.

Great store I get my Stihl parts and supplies there as well as parts for my Cub Cadet for my side job and I get auto parts there for my 7-5 job as well there good people to deal with just wish I could get Kubota stuff there but its all good cant have everything
