From the moment I called to make the appointment, Anderson was professional answered all my questions and was very thorough in what services would cost and length of time it would take. A couple issues came up and he called to verify did we want this service added and then again when the truck was finished. Great experience all around.

Went in 30 mins before close with what I thought was needing air in my tire. They took the time to check my tire and found I had ran over a screw. Instead of just putting on my spare they replaced my tire. Great service! Especially due to the fact they were at closing time.

Took my car to Toyota service center Covington November 2018, have not driven the car very much since then, the mechanic serviceman overfilled the oil on my car 1 quart, thought they took care of the over fill on the oil. While out in Florence getting gas at the Kroger gas station, checked oil level again still 1 quart over filled. Stopped in at the Kerry Toyota service center in Florence! Tim checked the oil level and said yep about a quart over. My suggestion is when working on a customers car treat the car like it is your car, as in you would want the job done right the first time.

I am very happy with the service at Toyota. I went in too get two tires fixed. Know I know my car will be safe on the road.
