I would not suggest taking your bike to this place for service repairs. I called and talked to Andruw in the service department. I explained to him I needed my sons Yamaha dirt bike worked on. I also explained to him that my son is autistic and has been saving his money for over a yr to buy performance parts(better than OEM) for his bike and to pay for the labor to put these parts on. I emailed him work list so he could give estimate. Its been over a week now and no contact back from him with estimate. I guess they dont wanna work on bike unless they can overcharge me for parts they get. I feel like I have been discriminated against b/c of my son being autistic and wanting better parts put on his bike. I now have had to explain to my son that I have to look elsewhere to get his bike worked on and it upset him. I wrote this hoping that this doesnt happen to anyone else.

My husband purchased a Mule SX XC LE & it was a smooth & easy transaction. After trying to purchase from my local dealer right down the road here in MB numerous times with zero success Gary made it easy. I own 3 Mules now & in the future if I decide to upgrade I will definitely give Gary a call. Do your homework & make a short drive to save some money & not pay the inflated added fees that I experienced as a cash buying customer. I got a top of the line model for less than the middle class Mule right here in my own backyard. Thanks to Gary & the entire crew at G3!

They help who they want, when they want . I asked about putting a bike on hold they said they can’t do it .. I come back in and the same machine I inquired about is sitting in the corner on hold for a customer .. if the machine was “sold” why is it just sitting there .. also paid cash for a machine all they gave me was a d*** t shirt . Over charging for service . Will turn a 1 hour job into a 3 hour job . I’m going somewhere where my self and my dollars are valued !!!!!

I had a great experience with Generation 3 Powersports. I would highly recommend anyone to do business with them. I went there to purchase a SXS and as soon as I arrived Steve was there to help me the whole way. I never felt like I was being pressured to buy, even though I did buy, I was given great detail about the SXS, and while waiting for my new purchase to be ready to load up and take home, everyone there was friendly and willing to answer any question that I had.

Only place to purchase your power sports products! Everyone was helpful and polite!

I was at Darlington Dragway for the IHRA team finals when I got a flaton my pit bike. I took a chance and drove to G3P with the wheel in hand to see if they could help. They had the tube I needed and after messing up many tubes over the years its best to let the pros install it. So I asked the ultimate question on a Saturday afternoon: You got a mechanic to install it? No theyre all booked, but the counterman said let me see if the salesman can help. Tool box salesman with the apron inside saved the day!!! Thanks to all.

Absolutely great service department. Called them up needing a new rear tire for my Triumph and even though they arent a euro dealer they worked me in and got me back on the road in under an hour. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would like to thank everyone who worked on 7/13/19. I don’t think there was a family member (employee) in the store that did not try to assist us. The owner who saw that I was wet from the storm that blew through gave me his jacket to wear until I was warm enough. I finally saved my pennies and they assisted me with getting on the bike of my dreams. I drove from Charleston, S.C. to shop at this location and it was the best choice that I have made in a long time. I thank you again. We made it home through the storm just fine. You guys and gals rock and so does my new Goldwing.

I purchased my first Honda shadow from this organization in 2004. The sales price was good the service was excellent I continue to have my bike maintained by them. Since then I have upgraded to a shadow 1100. After deciding to take my bike out of storage I called to get an estimate on having the bike tuned and new tires put on. I called last Tuesday and was put on perpetual Harold and ignored. I called again on Friday to get an estimate and apparently the service manager has left early for the day anthe gentleman that I was routed to was obviously in a hurry to do the same. He provided no information concerning the information I had requested. And seems more interested to be getting out for the weekend then to deal with a potential customer. Today I have a gun attempted to contact the dealership since I had received an email from Gary am requesting information as to why I had scored The shop so poorly two stars. Having dealt with a busy signal now for the last half hour I have decided to revise my score from a 2 to 1 the store obviously is not interested in dealing with customers. I look forward to an opportunity to speak with Gary M about the situation but I doubt that I will hear from them.

My Honda Side By Side is a great vehicle very satisfied. I could have saved $1492.95 by going to Carolina Honda in Columbia, SC. because of being an Allstate member and that wasnt mentioned at the time i purchased my Honda from G3 powersports in Florence, SC. dissatified !!!

My wife and I had our motorcycle triked out last year by GP3 Powersports with a CSC Kit and they did a Super job. We took it back last week to have it serviced and some other things done, Joey and Cody went above and beyond to help us out with everything. They also called CSC Trike Company to check on some things for us . So we would like to THANK Joey and Cody for giving us good service and getting everything done we needed.

I found there prices were less than those of dealers in Columbia and Sumter. I bought my son a four wheeler (TRX 90) and had them put a headlight on it. Very nice people to deal with and I live an hour away.

Nichols family have been on dirt bikes motorcycles and atvs for 3 generations .. Always buy bikes service and equipment from people you know and know you.. have known these guys since my first dirt bike at age 7.. my sons are riding bikes from the same guys almost 40 years later ..

Absolute worst, staff is friendly but they dont do test rides, they expect you to buy a bike that you have not ridden. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and go to BlackJack Harley-Davidson.Let me clarify something, I test road every bike I was interested in at BlackJack Harley Davidson, there was traffic, and I didnt die. I will be more than happy to take my business to them. Moral of the story: Dont think you get to make choices for a consumer, we speak with our wallet, and decide our own risk. Im an adult and I will make decisions for myself, thanks.

The customer service at Gen 3 Powersport is outstanding. I was in the market for a Kawasaki Versys 650 LT. When I called Generation 3 Power sports I spoke w Laura Miller. At my 1st call she didnt have the bike I wanted, they had the Versys ABS ( which comes without side cases and hand guards). So she tried to make the the Versys ABS they had a Versys LT but per her guidance it was too expensive and she recommended i get the LT instead. She worked pretty hard and found me the Versys LT I wanted, she also ordered for me some accessories and got me the best deal in all dealer I check in the South East (SC, NC, FL and GA) . Laura Miller is an outstanding sales person and I can tell by experience she will do her best to get what her customers want. I like the owner- talked to him once for about 20-30 minutes about bikes and life.... BUT- I stopped in to see how much to mount a tire. The guy at the counter- told me $80 to just mount to the rim. After seeing that I was about to fall out... He said let me go check and make sure... So he comes back and says $40 to mount. Then I have to hear about how I should buy parts local... LOL!! Offer me parts at a reasonable cost and I would be happy to do that. But starting off telling me $80 to mount a tire on a rim- not a good start... $40 to mount still not a good start... Off to Sumter to Extreme Motorsports- where they charge me $20 to mount the tire to the rim. Again I really liked the owner- but I cant give away money. And the fact that he started off at a $80 charge.. this guy was here last year when I stopped in- makes me think he was either trying to take advantage of me- or he was just overpaid... If I could deal with the owner for all my needs- I could probably do business...
