I love working here and driving the vehicles around for them to be looked at. You have to have your license to enter and bid, but its a nice place and some of the cars here arent worth the price, but others are to die for... figure of speech

I do business there but Ive never bought a car from there. I would buy one, they have a huge inventory and alot if nice vehicles. The only problem with that is you have to have a dealers license to bid on them. The building is very clean, bathrooms spotless, and parking lot is also kept clear and clean. Ample parking.

Pleasant enough people when we call. It just seems like it takes extra effort just to purchase a car. Seems to be a struggle to have communication between departments, Specific issues with Ready Auto Transport pickup. Also auction supplying the title in a timely manner seems to be a challenge. I am sure glitches happen, but it is always a chore when I use Manheim auctions to supply my inventory needs.

Just want to post a outright lie from baby face Spencer, (who would name there kid Spencer?) who works for Bridge Fleet LLC out of Davison Michigan. We needed a box truck for a client of ours whom buy all there company trucks from us but very important that the entrance to the box truck be 8ft tall and baby face lying Spencer said no doubt it is 8 ft tall. We purchased vehicle based on baby face lying Spencers word and spent$900 to drive it back to NJ. When we physically measured the door opening it was not even close. It measured 6.5. Lying baby face Spencer lied to sell a vehicle and then lied again about havind Deal Shield protection and would take the truck back. Complaining to manheim about the lie, manheim called lying baby face Spencer and he out right lied again saying he never talked to us prior to the sale. Just letting all ove and any other wholesale transactions not to trust Bridge Fleet LLC especially that lying baby face Spencer. He is not a straight guy. Dont trust him or the company he works for.

This Manheim moved. I was very disappointed that they didnt even update their status on Google maps. Wasnt able to pick up the car before they closed and had to spend the night in the car.

I have left 3 messages for security to find out if a vehicle is there yet and have not received a single phone call back. What a shoddy operation.

In addition to those, Ive had numerous other smaller problems - such as but not limited to: floor prices not being put in at all/or put in at the correct amount, condition report or lack of condition report requests being put in incorrectly (ie in reverse of what I want), additional fees being charged WHICH ARE INCORRECT and not accurate (so keep an eye on your invoices or youll probably pay a bit extra), evening gate hours being changed randomly so when you show up to pick up a car you have to come back the next day instead, occasionally cars on their property being messed with, andddd the list goes on....!!!!Do I really need to come in and HOLD ALL THE EMPLOYEES HANDS, making sure they do their job properly??? What a disgrace!!! Its mind blowing how much stuff theyve got wrong for me (more than has been right, I can assure you of that!) and thats JUST ME - what about the other thousands of dealers nationwide??But, when Manheim makes A KILLING charging Buy + Sale Fees on every car, Condition Report fees, Sale Day Wash Fees, an additional Internet Satisfaction Fee (for internet sales - BOTH to buyer & seller!!), PSI Fees, Cash Payment Fee, etc, and contracts out the auctioneers to minimize employees & overhead - plus plays favorites with large new car stores and high volume dealers, they simply dont care about customer service or ANYONE -- just the bottom line profit margin. Which is sad really!!! Shame on you Manheim!!And now, Manheim wants to focus more on digital sales - so buyers cant even see & inspect the cars theyre supposed to be spending money on??? HAHAHA WHAT A JOKE!!! NOPE, NEVER DOING THAT!!!While I will say: to deal with them is basically a necessary evil as theyre the largest auction nationwide, and most dealers dont have much of a choice - it would sureeeee be nice if they upped their customer service & attention to detail immensely!! I guess thats my dream for the future, similar to Martin Luther King Jrs dream I guess.... maybe one day....Until then: I wonder what the next fee they will come up with will be?? Perhaps like the commercial, a fee fee. Or possibly a fee to enter the premise on sale day/an entrance fee. Or maybe start charging to park in their lot to attend the sale?
