A bit pricey but quality work. I had my iphone screen replaced. It was quick and easy. Make sure you dont schedule a 4:30 appointment. You have to allow for an hour labor, although it didnt take that long. The touch screen seems hyper sensitive now. I keep pushing buttons with my cheek. Overall, its better than a shattered screen. Great deal on AAA batteries too.

We needed bulbs for some Christian villages, but after we brought them home we realized they didnt fit with our plugs. We ended up ordering the right ones from Amazon. This was around late November. After the Christmas craziness we went back to return them, but it was past the return time. With todays excellent return policies at so many businesses we were surprised they said it was too late - less than 50 days. The packages were never opened, and we had the receipt.

Great service. Isaac at Miller rd is great. My wife is permanently in a wheelchair. Any time I have an issue with a battery or anything like that there completely on top of it.

The store has curbside pickup and the employees and manager are willing to go above and beyond to service and satisfy customers. I recently had an issue with a product I had purchased. The problem was my own doing, but the team at the Flint location were stellar in working with me to address and fix the issue.

I really like this business. I called, made an appointment to have my battery in my phone replaced and they were able to do it while I waited patiently in my car. They have replaced batteries for my garage door opener and my wrist watch. I have purchased light bulbs of all shapes and sizes. Excellent service, professional and friendly.

Horrible. I brought my S8 in there to replace the battery after I confirmed with them it was in stock. I waited an hour and 30 minutes with them working on the phone, only to be told that they didnt have the battery in stock. They would call me the following Friday. No call of course. While I was waiting, I witnessed customer, after customer come in with complaints with stuff not working or done incorrectly. This shouldve been a clue on their tech service. Anyway, after I get my phone put back together by them, I came home only to find out wifi is no longer working, my finger print scanner connector damaged (and of course no longer working). Thats probably the reason why I was told the battery wasnt in stock after an hour and 30 minutes. Poor service, incompetent people. Stay away from their tech services unless youre just buying packaged batteries and bulbs. I am now without a phone.

I cannot believe how unhelpful and rude he was about helping me find a power cord. Cool guess Ill just order it online then if it was just a big deal to help me. I was trying to get it locally. Super disappointed since I just drove 20min out of my way on my lunch.

Bought a battery less than 60 days ago, having issues with starting after a few days, barely starts even with trickle charger on it, they refuse to give me another battery, not a good place to do business.

I was looking for a replacement bulb for an old bow light on a Mirrocraft boat. Looked at AutoZone, Oreillys, Advance Auto, Home Depot and Gilroys. This store rep was VERY helpful and had it in stock!

Terrible experience! I had my iPad screen replaced and paid close to $150 to have it done. After about 2 months a third of the screen was glitching with just white and dark gray screen (not even showing any of the picture). I called and was told that most likely I dropped it again or “pressed the screen too hard” (which I did nothing but guard every move to make sure nothing happened, never dropped it). After taking it elsewhere to get fixed I was told it was missing at least three screws, half the adhesive didn’t have the protective coating peeled off, and the screen was practically floating. I will never do business here again, and I will be placing a follow up call in the morning to speak with the manager directly.

We called on Tuesday night and spoke to a guy about a screen replacement. He advised us to schedule an appointment online, which we did. We scheduled it for 6pm the following day. We rush over after work, arrive fifteen minutes early, walk in and are told sorry, the technician went home. I asked what the process was for making sure appointments were acknowledged, and they advised me that someone has to see it to approve it, but the technician might not even know he had an appointment. What is the point of scheduling an appointment online if no one sees that theres upcoming appointments, or doesnt tell the tech? We got a halfhearted apology and a shrug and a chuckle that he could do it himself but he had never done it before so it would probably take him a few hours, but of course, would also depend on how busy the store got. He advised us that the technician had completed his audits already and couldnt be called back. We scheduled this appointment because the damage to my husbands phone rendered it unusable, and he needs his phone, and this was the only day we could do it due to schedule restraints. What were we to do? He didnt have an answer and Im sorry, Im not going to pay $100 for a screen repair if hes never done it before- thats like me doing it myself (which would be just as haphazard and much cheaper).Thankfully we were able to go to a competing batteries plus franchise down the road in another city and THEY helped us, glad for that.

I went there for a power wheels battery expecting to pay 40+ dollars. The person showed me another one for 20 dollars less that would work. I appreciate that so much most people now a days just show you one thing usually the most expensive instead of giving you options.

Bought 3 Ni-Cd batteries for an electric trimmer from an employee named Lucas who was very helpful. After asking him a few questions about how to rebuild the pack he offered to assemble it for me! Andy definitely went above & beyond for my sister. I brought in her iPhone that she had shattered the screen on after only having it for a week & he even stayed way past close to ensure her screen got fixed, all while running the store all by himself on a busy Saturday. Give this guy a raise!

I was very satisfied with the service I received. However, the Samsung S6 battery that I had purchased and installed does not keep a charge for the length of time a new battery should. I will keep monitoring it for about another week and if it doesnt keep a charge I will return it.

I got my screen replaced since I had it replaced i have had: camera issues, touch issues, and siri issues. I brought it in the next day and the touch screen issue was corrected along with the siri issue. I went to a trip to Africa to find out my focus feature of my phone was not working properly. It was fine prior to the screen replacement repair. I then took it into an official apple store and they were suppose to charge $59 to replace it but did it for free due to the fact that it ruined my trip pictures. I now placed my phone down and the screen cracked with no stress of any kind with a top of the line spigen protective case. I called to ask with regards to the warranty and this clearly had to be some kind of defect as a screen does not randomly crack but I was told that if I walked out of the store and screen was fine then that is all and I could get a discount to get it fixed again . The people at the store are nice but I would not recommend it to have your phone fixed.

Was ok at first but then after I got my screen fixed I had yellow on the top of screen they said it was from my screen being cracked but then I cracked my iphone again and got it replaced at device doctors and it was gone! Device doctors do a way better job.
