This location has had a lot of out of stock items. Doesnt always have a variety of themes. The thing most disappointing in this location is the balloons. The stock of balloons has been way down. Then on top of if they really could use an additional helium machine to support the supply and demand especially during busy seasons. Balloons are more common and Party City is constantly sending texts or advertising deliveries. However, a customer I want to go into the store and feel just as important when buying them from the store. When it comes to employees they are drowning in balloon orders. Plus the customer service has been more than rude because of it. Im highly dissatisfied in the last balloon order a friend picked up for me when the balloon was only half blown up.

Was welcomed in and then asked to leave because they were closing. The lady was fairly rude and dont appreciate her rudeness. The women with pink hair was very friendly. The tall lady was rushing evreyone out at 7:51pm. Well its okay because we will go some place else.

What happened to the small items like small balls and plastic animals etc? They were not there when I visited the store

I think if you’re offering curbside, the wait shouldn’t be this extreme. I watched several cars come & go. I had to not only use my link but call to find out why? They still didn’t just know my order, had to detail what I bought

Very helpful Did an 80s party

I ordered 80 balloons to be delivered by 9: 30am for a event I was putting on and did not receive my complete order until 12:00 noon. My event started at 10:00 with no balloons. Their delivery service is Uber and my order came in multiple cars and not all at once I received two sets of my nine sets of balloons I was supposed to get and then another guy came with four. They were supposed to make me nine sets of balloons with nine balloons in each set and they took it upon themselves to change how I had the balloon set up and only made me six bundles instead of nine. Because of this I only had balloons for half of my building I was not told that all of the balloons would be just shoved in bags and I would need to separate them all myself or else I would have before I had tied them on to the weights when they were coming in. Have used party City in the past for the same event and never had an issue this is the first time and its pretty much going to make me not ever use them again. People should not have to stress out over balloons on the day of their event when they had a agreement with a company to deliver them by a certain time in a certain way. I was not told that the delivery was going to be done by Uber or I would have just picked them up myself. Also I had each bundle of balloons separated into nine individual ziplock bags so that they could get my order correct and they still didnt. They are giving me half of my money back for all the issues but in all honesty I dont feel like thats really enough. Not sure what they could really do besides turn back time and get my order correct. If you have a big order dont use party City for balloons go anywhere else

It was okay. Not terrible. Seemed like everyone was irritated with one another, so the friendliness was missing and they were short with me, except the young lady who rung me up. She was pretty friendly.

I wouldnt go here if I was in a hurry and it was the last place on Earth Miller road party store over this place any day I got balloons for my daughters birthday that were marked up 1200%. Everything in stores overpriced I dont even know how they stay open people are nice tho but Id recommend Miller road

Just left the store. More employees wandering around than customers. Not a single employee acknowledged my presence - not a hello, welcome, can I help you. I came in looking to buy one item, but Im leaving and taking my money elsewhere.Party City - you suck! Im looking forward to the day you close up shop, lock the doors and eventually become a seasonal Halloween store.

My experience was good today the only thing I had a problem with is that, I had bought balloons that were still in package that I got off Amazon. I came to have them filled since when I called, the directory stated that you are still filling up out side balloons (that are not bought in store). When I came up to the counter, the lady told me you were not doing out side balloons due to “COVID”. So I was a bit irritated since my drive was 45 min, I did my shopping and came back up to the counter to order my other supplies. I asked if they took cash since that’s all I had, and she said of course! Mind you, she was not wearing any gloves, she took my cash and I asked her to please explain to me on how you can’t fill my unopened balloons but can still take cash out of my hands with out wearing gloves? She just stated she didn’t know and that’s the rules! Maybe you should really think about your so called rules when it comes to the spread of “covid”. You have customers who walk through out the store and touch everything, while you have staff members who are stocking and moving things that another customer just touched this is all with out wearing gloves. Just saying instead of pushing paying customers away, maybe think about the whole situation or change your recording on your directory. Thanks

This place has all your needs for a party

The store has excellent party supplies. I would say that staff could be more accommodating when it comes to online orders. They could also be more polite. Customers waiting in line getting their balloons should not be the only priority. There should be an area clearly marked for online orders. Customers should not be treated as though they are just loitering in the store. Also showing ID should be sufficient to pick up your order unless someone else is doing it on your behalf.

Its a nice place for party supplies especially for color themes and balloons. I went for cellophane and ribbons and a card. I didnt get a card there. I didnt see anything I really liked and they are pretty expensive on cards too! They have a lot of party favors but i wouldve liked to see more ribbons and bows that match.

Even though it was close to halloween the service was fast and friendly for a very busy day.

Not a very knowledgeable staff, asked for garter belt,was told they had none. I questioned her as Goggle sent me there.Took it upon myself to search the store finding them in the wedding section. When confronting the cashier, she said oh that,we have had a few people ask for them. Yes... New Years party themed for a 1920s style. Too busy to help,more concerned with the balloon making. Found what I needed at Jo Ann fabric down the street....

Great merchandise customer service is 50/50 whenever Ive gone there. Plus last year they gave away over 200.00 worth of balloons my daughter had purchased for her son. They told her theyd give her 40% off of her next purchase and like 50% off any balloons she purchased again that day. The manager said they mixed up her order even though her name and phone number was on her balloons and you were required to give this information to even get your order.

Very big store. Have more then just party supplies. They have a decent toy section also. Wish they carried more IN themes. I ended up having to shop else where for my girls Donut themed party.

Sales clerk Peggy is a poor excuse for an employee. Asking her a simple question is like starting an argument with a half wit. With her snappy attitude she should be working by herself in a place where she doesnt have to deal with people. Plus their website doesnt have a clue as to how many of an item they have or not. Website says they have 3, drive 30 miles to deal with a clown and find out they dont have any.

I am honestly impressed with the size and breadth of this party supplies store. The employees were friendly and they had 3 cashiers which is nice during the busy holiday season. Prices are a little high for some, but their selection makes up for it.

Name a color and there is something available. Costumes, favors, decorations, candy. Buffet and serving pieces were average stock.When it came to decorative supplies for cakes and cookies it was disappointing. I went in expecting more themes for cookie cutters and the same sets found at Hobby Lobby and Michaels were there. PC carries only Wilton brand supplies. At least the craft stores carry chain name products in addition to.In the overall experience, had I not partially walked and expected the beach themed birthday party themes baby shower wedding and many many other party images available in everything BUT a cookie cutter was surprising.

Lots of graduation selection. Great deals. Staff was a bit slow as the line built up but got what we needed.

It is a new location so its very clean and for the most part decently organized. I know its not their fault but I wish that they could have more staff on hand. Every visit I am always having to wait a long time for service.

I love the products party city carries but I live 40mins away so I called there to see if they had an item. The lady on the phone was extremely rude to me and huffing on the phone! Sounds like they need new employees ones with good cousmer service. I really wanted to hang the phone up on her because of her poor attitude. She did not make me feel very welcomed. I don’t think I will be going there for what I’m looking for after that phone call.

The whole store was a disaster! Stuff all over the floor, no staff anywhere to be found, the line for the registers was fine but then she walked them back to the other counter and then called us up and then never mind and had us go back in line. She was slow scanning and putting stuff in the bag and then the bag had like 3 duplicates of the papers plus there were like 5 or 6 different papers!

Called to see if they had what I wanted, they said yes. I got up there couldnt find it asked for help and they told me they dont have it right now. Ruined my day and was way out of the way for me.

On 11/18/18 my daughter called the Flint Michigan Linden Rd. location to place a balloon order for today 11/24 and was told that they no longer accecpt balloon orders. She asked if she purchased the balloons there would they fill them the day of the party at no charge and was told yes with a reciept. So she went a purchased balloons. Today she went to get them filled and was told they couldnt do it because they ran out of helium last week. WHAT!?!? She was toldnshe wpuld need to find somewhere else to get her balloons filled. Again... WHAT!?!? So off they went to a major big chain store which very glagly filled at a ridiculously high charge, but glad someone was willing to help her with Party Citys downfall and VERY poor customer service. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE PARTY CITY AND WE WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE WE KNOW FOLLOWS THE SAME KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF CONCERN FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.
