Bought a night stand from here that was missing 2 pieces. So, I called to see if they could give me the 2 pieces that should have already came with my purchase, but they were not able to find a reasonable solution. They wanted me to return the ENTIRE NIGHT STAND (that was practically already assembled) and give me a whole new night stand just for 2 missing pieces. Absolutely terrible and I will be trying my hardest not to buy anything from Target again.

Great price on an item I recently picked up. After I pulled into the designated pick up spot and before I could even enter my parking space #, a Target employee was there to take my order info for delivery and directed me to move my vehicle to more easily load the item in my SUV. I was at the store maybe 5, but less than 10 minutes to complete my order pick up. Fantastic!

Ease of use and shopping. It was not difficult to order online and pick the package up at the store. The only thing didnt work out was that I wanted to use the curbside pickup this time. The website stated that I could pick that as an option from the app once notified that the order was ready. As I opened the app, there wasnt anywhere for me to select curbside service. So I went to the counter for service. The staff is always courteous, professional, and helpful. Thank you.

I just went here yesterday and I was really impressed by the cleanliness of this Target location. I was also wished a happy day as I exited the store by a very happy and friendly greeter. This certain Target was very easy to navigate as well. I will most definitely be returning here to do more shopping, when I have more time to do so. It was nice that I wasn’t too bothered by too many Target employees that asked me if I needed help finding anything either. Overall I thought it was one of the better stores to go to.

I was waiting in line and Chelsea took us up the service desk to skip the line. When she rang me up there was an item that wasn’t in the system. She was having trouble finding the item but said it would be worth the while. All the while she was friendly and making small talk. After several minutes she thanked us for waiting and gave us a gift card for the inconvenience. I have never had that happen in a retail setting. Thanks for being friendly and great, Chelsea!

Racial Profile.. I just cant get over the fact today at target this security guard lady stood there behind me as I scanned all my items and waited til I paid to walk away from behind..Just because Im a young black man I shouldnt be single out that made me feel real low..I wanted to return everything how embarrassing and I was with my fiance smh all I was doing was shopping for my baby girl birthday see this is how cops see us also n this is what need to change in this country its sick!

The updated interior of this store has such a nice appeal. I still feel like I need a road map to find the things I need within the store. The staff deserves 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars. I asked two store personnel for assistance. They were incredibly helpful, professional and customer focused. They did not have single TV tray tables. I know, who needs them anymore but I’m having surgery. I do miss having a pharmacy at this location. This location also had amigos available except one ran out of juice and I was left stranded in the most boring area. One of the staff members asked if she could get another one for me and that showed her incredible kindness. One of the items I purchased (home department) was supposed to be 15% off and I had to go to the counter to get this discount. I was given it in cash despite having paid in credit which irritates me that I wasn’t asked for my preference. But that did not over shadow my experience in the store.

I ordered a crib online and had it shipped to the store. It arrived on a Tuesday, and by Thursday I got an email thanking me for picking it up even though I hadn’t picked it up yet. I called and they said they still had it. I went in on the weekend to pick it up and it was gone. I don’t know how you lose a crib.

Staff member was nice over the phone when I called the store. However when I called in phone service on their end was terrible, very choppy/ could barley hear. When I came into the store, they had the items I needed in stock. Store is well laid out. Wish it was a Super Target. Ladies room could have used a sweep/ check over. Toilet paper all over the floor in at least two-three stalls.

Young girl stocking in toys helped me find a toy mower. It wasnt where I expected and before I knew it she had looked it up and taken me to it. Friendly and helpful. An asset to Target. I wish I had gotten her name but she had dark hair, tall and thin. I was there 8:45pm on Monday 5-11-20.

Headed back and purchased a couple essential items before going to counter to get what was forgotten with my pickup order. I ordered a toy on the 4th of august and it was suppose to be delivered to my house on the 7th of august. I never ever got the toy for my son. Called this store up and called the 1800 # up and no one can tell me where the toy is at. They cant even tell me what city or state or who has the toy. Smh. I tried to return a TV without a receipt. The owner couldn’t get the computer to work, so I called customer service at the corporate office, and handed him the phone. He told the man from corporate that “I looked sketchy and I probably stole the TV to begin with”, so he was refusing service. I was offended by this because I have never stole anything from Target or any other store for that matter. My entire experience was terrible and insulting. I will never spend money at target again, especially Target in Flint, MI. If you want good and friendly service I would go somewhere else, because you will not find it here.

Jeovonnie in the entertainment - electronics department was so nice to me and he taught me some things on my new table I purchased from him. He also help me with my own Apple device. He transferred my old programs to my new Table. He was friendly and made me feel that I was a nice customer

Ive never really had a bad experience here but Ive also have never had a great experience where I needed to share it with anyone in a review. Until today...We stopped in today for just a quick snack. They only had hot dogs and pop corn and the lady working the counter was the rudest person I have ever encountered in the service industry. She was arrogant and condescending. Then I got my beverage and the Pepsi was disgusting. Tried the cherry coke and it came out clear. I tried to let her know but she ignored me and wouldnt come back up to the counter. Why does she work in the service industry? She needs to find another place to work that doesnt involve people.
