I had a tire that went flat because of a screw in it, so we called Belle Tire and they were able to get me in and fix it. They were friendly and the place was clean. They said it may take a while but they finished sooner. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Belle tire did a great job of getting my battery replaced as quickly as they could because they were extremely busy. It was a Friday afternoon and I was worried because my gas was very low and my battery of course was not working. I had somebody jumpstart me and I had to get to the store and wanted to keep it running until they could get a battery in. They did a great job!

Woke up with a flat tire. Was able to drop my car off across the street from where I work at the Local Belle Tire. They fixed my tire in a timely manner and were extremely professional and courteous. Will definitely be back! Thank you to the Belle Tire team! You guys rock!!

I made an appointment. I get here and they tell me its going to be an hour and a half before they can even get my car in. They keep taking people who have no appointment, and just push those of us with appointments further down the line. Whats the point of an appointment if people that walked in before me with no appointment get precedence?My one solitary tire I came in for was finally changed. My vehicle sat in the parking lot for over an hour before I asked for an update since the tire was clearly changed. They said they were waiting to put me on the docket for an alignment. Just to even put me on the waiting list.I sat there for an additional hour waiting for my car to get the alignment. They finally pulled it back, only to tell me it didnt need one.So you made me sit in that God awful waiting room for a total of TWO AMD A HALF HOURS so you could say I couldve left over an hour ago?Never going back.

Entered with a friendly greeting.New what tires I wanted, but the didnt have any and none were available on line.Was shown another that were compatible, and purchased those.

They had good deals on tires. My mom and I went there and I thought I made an appointment. It turns out I didnt hit the final submit button. Even though I messed up the appointment they still got us in that day. The service was great and friendly. I recommend getting tires here any day.

Bruce the store manager is a great guy! He’s been in the business for many years and has an extensive knowledge of the industry. The rest of the crew and staff were great all followed covid protocol even offered for me to stay in the car and have touch less service. Highly recommended. Miller Rd. store seems to be going down the drain. My last couple of visits kept taking longer and longer, so I made an appointment. BIG MISTAKE! I arrived 15 minutes early, the guy me he didnt know when he could get me in. Why did I make an appointment! I found out while I was waiting one guy was waiting 3 hrs for an oil change! He left without getting it done because he had to get back to work. I waited 2 hrs past my appointment time and then I had to get back to work since I only requested a half day off. So I wasted a half day vacation, didnt get my car worked on, and didnt even get an apology. The guy said I could try tomorrow it might be better.

Got a great price on a full set of Goodyear tires! The guys at the shop were super nice and very polite. Every costumer that came into the shop Anthony and Art greeted with a friendly hello and help them with any questions that they had. I did not see anyone leave upset or disappointed the whole time I sat in the lobby and waited for my car. The lobby was also clean and inviting. They had my car ready to go in no time and Greg gave me a very detailed run down on how to get my $25 rebate for my tires. I am very appreciative of the staff!

Ive been waiting 3 WEEKS for a phone repair for asurion and if I dont call literally every Monday they dont do a dam thing! The amount of money Ive lost not having a working prone over the past 3 weeks is probably more than most make in 3 months and yes I expressed this. So finally I get to a sprint (corporate) store and the sweet girl behind the counter says yeah we can have it fixed by tomorrow what y would them NOT TELL ME THAT AT SOME POINT!? I wanted to hug her the tech was about out the door but they have my 100% confidence its nice to get some assurance from somewhere other than ASURION because all they been doing a good job of is pissing me off. Still not finalized my claim btw smh. They better not have removed any money from my account yet or imma go off! Any way thanks so much to the team Linden t-mobile coor. Im coming straight there next time theres a problem. Im serious I was about done with sprint scrap the phones and just let the bill go I was that upset what r they gunnna do anyway its Corona virus that is there excuse everytime it b mine to. But that place restored my confidence omg if I go in tomorrow and its fixed and i pay 30$ rather than $300 imma have to order them some pizza or something cause I am dead in the water without a phone I can use on the road. But this LONG BOOK of a message is my point, customer service is over, done people need a better experience and when they find it they will b with you forever. I’ve given BelleTire my business for many years . However I recently bought tires elsewhere simply because I was low on funds and I found a better deal online . So I bought 4 new tires and 2 snow tires . I had them put on at Sears because that’s where they were purchased from . This spring I was ready to have the snow tires removed and the others put on . I called Belle tire in Grand Blanc, MI . I was expecting to make an appointment. They wouldn’t even make me an appointment, said they were “too busy for that kind of thing”. I was shocked that they turned away a customer who has given them business for many years . I called Discount Tire in Burton, MI and they gladly scheduled me an appointment. They will get my business for all of my tire purchases in the future . Very disappointed in Belle Tire

The only reason I did 4 stars because I was told the alignment check was free, nobody came out and spoke to me yet they did an alignment because it was a tad off and added 120 to the total bill, without my knowledge. I love Belle Tire but this practice isn’t customer friendly. I was quoted one price and ended up walking out with a bill over 1,000 after questioning it I was informed that the alignment and the limited warranty wasn’t going to be covered because I didn’t pay for it. Had a full disclosure been given there wouldn’t have been an Issue.

Stopped at Belle in Flint out of urgency while on a road trip through Michigan and had a tire that kept going flat when not being driven. Had stopped at another location earlier in the day, they found nothing and assumed a valve issue. 3 hours 150 miles later pressure dropped again near flint. I was worried stopping in close to close around 330p on a Friday, explained the issue and they quickly took my car in. The staff here was able to find a small leak that was missed by the prior location and were able to get the car back to me within about 90 minutes even with a busy waiting room.So glad they were able to assist quickly and successfully as we continued our trip and about 700 miles later the tire if fully holding the pressure with no additional issues. The friendly staff here in Flint helped prevent a MI road trip from ending poorlyKudos to the full staff at Flint on Miller Road!

Was told it would be an hour and half wait time to get my car looked at. Waited 4 hours. Asked how much longer was told another hour. I wasted my whole day here and had to leave cause I was already late for what I needed to do.

My wife, daughter and i were on the expressway when my wife said our tire pressure monitor said it was at 28psi, then she said now it’s 25...we were running out of air in our left front tire...that is not a good feeling!!! we got off at miller road from 69. we made it to the belle tire on miller rd, literally 10 minutes before they would have closed. we arrived with a completely flat tire.i walked in and talked to young man at the service desk. i told him what happened, and he quickly assessed my situation, and my tires damage within minutes our truck was on a lift, the tire was removed, repaired, (it was a puncture) and reinstalled.i was honestly in shock at how fast it was all done.so to chauno harris and his amazing crew, i say thank you so very much, for your absolute professionalism, and dedication to the work that you do!!! going above and beyond just before closing, is something i will never forget!!!gratefully!!!michael oliver

Very professional and friendly. The only complaint is that one has to usually wait at least and hour but more like an hour and a half to two hours and more tha have their vehicle serviced. These time frames are for just rotating tires. Totally satisified with their quality of workmanship. I have been going there for all my tire needs now going on several years. The wait times fly by if you bring along a book, magazine, cell phone and/or laptop.

Just needed a tire fixed that had a nail in it, and they took care of that, was super surprised they did it for free wasnt expecting that, they even put it back on my truck and put the spare back for me. Its not like a huge deal but it saved me a bit of time and hassel and i appreciate that

Absolutely horrible customer service. I made a purchase of four tires and a noon appointment online 5 days prior to arriving, and after arriving at 1150a it took them 2 hours to do the work. Apparently I have to be responsible enough to show up for an appointment but Belle Tire doesnt have to be responsible enough to keep the appointment. I do not expect to be taken in right at the appointment time, but when it takes two hours and theres literally 3 people in the waiting room, that is absolutely unacceptable to me. Unless you like wasting an unnecessary amount of time, go somewhere else for service.

Super busy atmosphere, had to wait for service even with an appointment. Both the tires when they promised and did a good job.They are just way too busy.

Purchased wheels, tires and have paid for and recommended alignments at Belle for tons of vehicles over the years. My last couple experiences at Belle were less than great, and my experience today was probably as bad as they get. Belle is going downhill on their customer service and Im not the only person I know that has had issues at the Flint area locations recently. I hope they can get their processes and customer service issues fixed as I always used to like going to Belle Tire

I went to belle tire on Miller rd on Saturday 3/23/19 and purchased two new tires. First off, u can see whut the tires looked like! They wont put them on display like that, but theyll put them on ur vehicle looking that way! I asked do they wipe them off at all and they said no. Left out w/ the two tires only to have to return Tuesday 3/26/19 b/c drivers side(front) tire was extremely low. After over an hr I was told that the valve stem had a slice in it & they supposedly replaced it. On Thursday 3/28/19 I had to return again b/c front passenger side tire was flat after coming out of meijers doing some shopping. I was very fortunate that meijer has an air pump at the gas station! I immediately called and let them know whut was going on and was told to bring the car in. Thank GOD I wasnt on the highway or somewhere far off when this happened! After getting there I immediately asked are these New tires?? The rep said yes, we dont sell used ones. I asked well why do they look used??? Didnt get a real answer other than they offload em out of a trailer. I was complaining b/c this is the 2nd time(in less than a week) I had to return about 2 new tires I Just bought. Bruce(the manager) was at the table behind us and overheard the entire convo and said Nothing! I Know who he is seeing this was my 3rd visit in 6 days. I ended up waiting abot 35 mins before being told valve stem again! Bruce finally opened his mouth to say it wasnt corroded? Tech responded saying no. Bruce then said Im happy we got that fixed for you. Really?! Not Im sorry for the inconvenience! Nothing! I guess thats how customers get treated there! If u can check 2 tires and see both have valve stem problems then common sense tells me this an issue w/ others. Wouldnt it make sense to check the valve stem BEFORE putting the tire on the vehicle?????? Seeing as though someone cud get seriously hurt messing around w/ belle tire! Ill NEVER return there and will see to it that NO ONE I know & care for goes there!

This store is centrally located in the business district of Flint Township which is super great because I live very close. They have free air available, and my husband stops there anytime our tires are low. The last time he found a large piece of plastic sticking out of my tire. The staff quickly repaired the hole, free of charge, and he was on his way. They are very courteous and the service provided is professional.

Dropped my truck off for 1st tire rotation since buying tires with Greg. He called me about 15 minutes later to inform me both lower ball joints were quite loose. I let him know I had to go into work in the afternoon and he made sure they could have it done within a couple hours so I thanked Greg for the call and to go ahead with the work and to change the oil since it was almost due. ☺ Greg is the man!! Hed sold me the Toyo Open Country tires and theyve been great so far... Hes my guy!

Called at 4:45 and talked to associate had a flat tire. We were 2 miles away. Arrived at 4:50 and they refused to give service. Now we are stuck out in the parkinglot waiting on another tire store to help. We will never recommend or use belle tire ever again.

Ive always had great service and great pricing at Belle. I had a tire repaired in the summer, and mentioned I was in the market for another set of tires, but not immediately. Bruce told me about the Black Friday Sale, so I waited and spoke to him on the phone Black Friday morning. He was very helpful explaining 2 different sets of tires I was interested in, as well as the rebates. I have recommended this company and location to all my friends and relatives. Bruce was very professional. The sale was completed that afternoon and installation scheduled!

The sales person was very courteous and I appreciated that. I went because I had a tire losing air and had them check it. They found a nail in it and repaired it. My problem is I was charged 20.00 for this. This is the first time I had to pay for this service in the 50 years of driving. I have gone to Discount tire for the same service and had not had to pay a fee. Next time I will drive across town to Discount tire for any problems or if I’m in need of new tires.This is in response to your answer. I have bought tires at belle tire twice before but had a differentphone number. If I would have been asked I could have responded accordingly
