Well the counter guy was helpfulThey didn’t have parts I needed on this visitThe woman there is very rude and unprofessionalAs I was sitting in the lot about to write a reviewShe ran me off like She’s on drugs or something?The parts I was looking for would have exceeded a grand in price and if she had them maybe now I wouldn’t even buy them. Not the way to treat your customers about to drop a grand $$$$If the woman would stay home and let the guy run it she would be better off

They were the only ones who had the transmission and torque converter I needed for my project. They proceeded to use 4+ pry bars to break the dust cover off from the engine and bent the torque converter in the process. Initially everything looked fine but upon inspection at home we noticed the damages done. I got the run around from them on trying to find a new one for three days before they accused me of the damages and refused to refund claiming that they could not get ahold of the boss. So much for the 30 day warranty. Not professional at all they just want to scam you from your money.

They are scam artists they dont stand behind their junk products they sell and they hire workers under the table and then dont pay you do not work for them trust me inbox me for info

I called to get a alternator for my truck and they said sure we have one. I drove from Holly to get it and when I get there they dont have one off the truck. Then he guy said take my tools and see if you can find one and Ill give you a discount. So after tracking thru the mud for an hour I cant find a good alternator. So we go back to the office and the guy locks the door because hes by himself and cant run the counter and pull parts. Dont waste your time this junkyard is very disorganized and dont know what they have for parts.

Never answers the phone, never opens on time, no one walks the yard to help you find parts, very unprofessional, prepare to spend more time than expected at this place

Dont waste your time. Called there looking for a part around noon. Guy says they were busy but he would check and call me back.. Nothing til 330pm. I call back. Guy says part is ready to go. I drive up there. They say the guy i talked to left for the day and they have no decent header panels. Procede to tell me that thats not what i need anyway. Trying to sell me a grill that i already have. Dont waste your time or gas trying to get parts from them. Nothing but a run around.

Its a junkyard. If they have the part they usually are willing to give you a good price. 9 out of 10 times I end up buying the part here.

Need to have better phone service.

My brother in law bought a transmission from them. They said they would delivery it by noon the next day. They never pulled it from the car and when he went to pick it up, they told him to come back in 15 mins. When he went back the doors were locked. Scam artists!

This is a junk yard not a hey all my parts are on running cars and motors i asked for a part out of a junk truck he told me i have all running parts and wont seperate he nvr answered my question about a junk truck back there i could take parts off

WENT TO VEHICLE HAD MY IPAD AND USED THE APP find my iphone... LED ME BACK TO DESK THEN THE PHONE WAS TURNED OFF...BOYAM I PISSED OFF...BEWARE... FORWARNED IS FOR EARMED. If they do this to a customer... what do they do to the owner..

My freind and I went there to get a fender for my car. He got on the roof of one of the junk cars to see if he could find the specific car we were looking for. One of the employees yelled at us, and we apologized. Then called my friend a moron and asked him if there was a problem! I will never again try to buy a part there!!
