I was visiting from out of town and stopped in to get a jacket. Brittany and Katie were super helpful and really knowledgeable about the area. The Staff really helped me find exactly what I needed. they are knowledgeable about the store inventory and product. I felt very welcomed from the time I walked in and they gave me enough space to look around. They answered all of my questions and customer service was amazing. I love the layout of the store. Very organized and clean. I have even made phone calls to the store to ask about inventory as well as place orders, and the process is seamless. I love shopping their store and supporting local. I would definitely recommend Mountain Sports to anyone looking for a great buying experience and amazing products.

Mountain Sports is one of my favorite stores in town. I love the Patagonia selection here, and I survive all of my cold, Flagstaff winters by wearing the Patagonia long underwear. The selection is terrific in store and the customer service is always awesome. The sales rack is definitely always worth checking out and the accessory selection is awesome and eclectic. If I ever won the lottery, I think the whole store would belong to me!

Mountain Sports has an amazing selection of product. Every time I take my family to Flagstaff, we have to visit the shop. They have product for men, women, kids and sometimes even Fido. My wife loves their selection of local jewelry and you can really tell they take pride in their store. I especially love the fact that they give back to their community and are a part of @1percentfortheplanet. Britni the store manager does an amazing job helping with product and keeping the store in tip top shape! I cannot say enough good things about this store and their customer service. We love Mountain Sports and have shopped there for years. The owners are a local family and they know their gear and clothing! Northern Arizona is a unique place and its wise to shop somewhere that can outfit you with the best products for this variable weather and terrain. We also buy gifts there, like cookbooks, etc. Great, knowledgeable staff is always helpful.

Great shop in downtown Flagstaff offering the latest in Patagonia, Life is Good and other beautifully crafted unique products. The staff is always friendly and helpful and willing to help you find the perfect fit or the perfect gift. Check them out for First Friday Art Walks where they always have a local artist or writer showcased. As a 1% of the Planet partner, I also appreciate their community focus and always enjoy seeing what programs they support.

I love this store, Ill keep coming back for special items where you cant get any where else. The staff was great and they give military discounts which is awesome, Im a desert storm vet and my wife is a retired Navy Search and rescue corpsman. We are going back later today to buy day hike packs. We are from Mesa AZ who keep coming back.

Mountain Sports has been part of the Flagstaff ski and outdoor scene for ever (nearly as long as I have). Always with great service and great products. Cant go wrong with Patagonia.

How did I end up with 10 different types of Patagonia jackets in my closet? I could blame an obsession with sports fashion, but the full story is that Mountain Sports in the reason. Mountain Sports is always my first stop when Im shopping downtown, and Im always there on the first day of their epic end-of-season sales. Beyond selling a brand I respect, the folks that work at Mountain Sports are always friendly, helpful, and low pressure.

The staff was very friendly and pleasantly helped us with our camping/hiking needs and supplies. They even took time to call other stores for item availability for items that they dont carry.

You can almost find all the stuff you needed for camping.

When I visited Flagstaff in May, it snowed and I didnt have any warm clothes, so I bought a jacket here.Im glad I was able to buy what I liked at the sale.We have a large selection of Patagonia products, and if we have another chance, we will definitely stop by and shop.
