Peter and Caitlin are the best.They both are extremely on top of things and worked very hard to get the ring done in time.I only gave them a few weeks notice and they made sure to get it done with time to spare but 0 quality lost from it.The ring is to the T what I envisioned and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.12/10 would recommend to anyone.

A master craftsman! I took my 27 year old wedding band and engagement ring, grandfathers ring and mothers engagement ring and came up with a vision of one ring with Petes guidance. The results were absolutely stunning! I have been in tears at the incredible beauty and how I now have 3 generations on my finger. My husband also had diamond earrings made out of the diamond from my original wedding ring. I understand why they say, diamonds are a girls best friend now! I took my grandmothers old squash blossom necklace that was badly in need of restoration. The staff there put the life back in it and revived it to be the priceless heirloom it was intended to be. They mentioned that Native American jewelry wasnt their specialty but I couldnt tell! The quality of work and the care they put in to it was excellent and much appreciated.

Mr Wolff was very helpful and far beyond reasonable in his dealings with me.Earlier in the week I dropped off a few items to have polished and slightly buffed.About four days later he informed me that all items were ready for pickup. After work I traveled over to his place of business located near the Safeway shopping market.The items look perfect, and he didn’t charge anything for any of the work (needless to say I was taken aback by this excellent gesture of gratis)Because of this I do indeed intend to have further business relations with Mr Wolff.Thank you kindly Mr Wolff,~RicH

Visiting from out of town, my wife stopped by a jewelry store at the mall, to have her ring cleaned. The girl was great, but told her there were a few loose stones, and she should have them tightened. They did not do in store work, and suggested to find a local jeweler to repair them asap. Doing a google search, I discovered Gold Wolff Jewelers. Their reviews were great, so we went to their store in town. They were awesome!!! Advised us on what needed to be done, told us a great price, and did the work right then and there. The ring never looked so good!! We highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business, whether repair work or to purchase any of their collection of great jewelry!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me pick some earrings for my fiancee and even let me pick the size of the stones. All in all very high quality for the amount I paid. Asked around at all the jewelry places in the mall and none wanted to help me fix my grandfathers watch. Accidentally came here a little to late they were closed but the gentleman inside let me in and fixed the watch in minutes. Always had a great experience here even though I am a younger man.

I have a nice wooden watch that recently needed a new battery. On a whim I took it here, and was very pleased with the experience. The watch is a little atypical in that it has no visible screws on the back, so its not easy to get to the internals. The folks here worked through it with no stress, and even set the watch to the correct date and time before giving it back to me. The price was very reasonable as well. A cool local jewelry store with a laid back vibe and employees that know their craft.

Custom Design - Perfect . This place is truly wonderful. I came in for a custom ring design, needing it to resemble an old ring. They had a photo, but not the original ring. They were friendly, kind, and patient, while I met with them several times, to be sure the ring would be just right. And when the ring was completed, it was perfect. You can bet, Ill be returning for all future jewelry needs.

For years I have wanted to reset my wedding ring but couldnt find the right jewelers to create what I wanted. My experience with Gold Wolff jewelers was great from onset to completion. Pete (the owner jeweler) looked at the pictures I had found online and offered great suggestions. His experience allows him to anticipate potential issues with chosen designs. I have arthritic knuckles and he had the perfect solution that does not detract from the ring. Pete was responsive to emails, ring was completed right on time. Christina, his apprentice was friendly and helpful. It was an experience reminiscent of days of small jewelers who take pride in their work and make you feel like their most important customer.

I took my grandmothers ring to a jeweler in Tucson about 10 years ago, and they stretched the band so much that years down the road it broke. I took it in to Gold Wolff Jewelers and was devastated to learn the previous jeweler had damaged it so much that I had to have an entire half shank replaced. Krystyna was incredibly understanding and sweet, and made me feel better. They did an incredible job on my ring!!! It was reasonably priced, but really, you cant put a price on quality of work and sentimentality. They also fixed another ring of mine, and it also looks incredible. I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend them. Will definitely be going to them for my repair needs in the future!

Gold Wolff Jewelers made a beautiful custom ring for me, patiently helping me select the right kind of stones to get the look I wanted. When I wasnt quite satisfied with the first setting, they went back and adjusted it free of charge. Throughout the process, they were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and good-humored, and I couldnt be happier with the quality and artistry of the final product. Highly recommended, especially since, as a local business, they give back to the community and support local organizations. Theyre busy in wedding season, but seem to work around the clock to make sure orders are ready for special occasions.

He called a jeweler in Phoenix and spoke on my behalf to see if this jeweler would be interested in buying my ring. Pete cleaned, measured my carat weight and send pictures to this Phoenix jeweler. I was looking for a jeweller to custom make a piece for my nieces Catholic Confirmation. I wanted an actual coin with a Cross on it & bought a very small Roman gold coin of the Empress Aelia Pulcheria (made 441 - 450 AD). The coin was mounted in a custom gold mount supported by 5 prongs (with plastic covered tips) in white gold and protected front & back by convex crystal bezels. The work was very elegantly done, particularly for such a small piece.Because of the history & value of the coin I wanted to find someone who would be very careful not to mark the coin in any way. Peter of Gold Wolff jewellers has made 3 custom pieces for me now and I would not trust anyone else with this very precise work.
