This place is amazing! I have gone here a lot since first coming to NAU. They have a great selection of bagels to choose from! When it comes to their menu options they have a wide variety to choose from. The coffee is really good too! My favorite drink it their strawberry banana smoothie it is the best one I have ever had!Whether or not you like bagels you need to go here at least once.P.S. They deliver on Starship and also do pick up there to. They have many payment options to choose from.

They make excellent bagels!!! All wrapped and nice in a small to go box. Try out the nova lox

Great food, bad management. They are almost always out of stuff and have a 30 minutes to an hour long line but you never know what they do or dont have until you get through it. Guys you would save everybody a lot of time by just posting a sign saying what youre out of.

Pretty sure youre not supposed to put sugar on a cheese bagel, but I could be wrong.

I order from this place a lot because they have great food and good drinks. But the past few times I have ordered from here the order was incorrect, I Would add a few more ingredients to my bagels and they wouldn’t be on there when I would take that first bite. I wouldn’t add anything to your bagels unless u feel like paying more money for nothing.

Great food, great coffee, ordering via Starship Deliveries is iffy. A couple times they messed up my order, even though it says clearly on the order ticket what items were purchased.

The phone number provided is wrong. Einstein Bagels does not have a phone.

Since coming back to school this year the quality of the food and service here has been terrible. Even though Einstein’s is my favorite lunch spot on campus I will no longer be eating here. Such a disappointment

No cream cheese on my bagel they are the most skimpy bagel place

Really happy this is on campus! I love this place and we didnt have one where I used to live.

I used to work as a Shift Leader at an Einsteins for about a year and a half, I understand the stress of the job especially with how busy this location can be. However, I encountered some of the rudest most careless customer service here. I always strive to be as polite and kind as possible when ordering food, but when I asked for an Egg & Cheese, add Jalapeno Aoli sauce and tomato slices, two extra steps that take less than 5 seconds to complete, the worker looked at me as if I asked her to give me her right lung and didnt even acknowledge my request. She then proceeded to make just an Egg & Cheese without the add ons that I had repeated twice when she asked. if it wasnt so busy at the time I wouldve sent it back.

The food and service was good, but it seems that the majority of the time I am at Einsteins the manager is always yelling at the staff. She should take them somewhere private and talk with them instead of embarrassing them in front of the customers and their coworkers. Now I know why everyone at Einsteins seem to dislike it and are not happy there... Someone needs to talk to that manger because she is going about her job in the wrong way... Like I said I think the service is fast and the food is good for the amount of people that are in line waiting.

Opened 10 minutes late staff was a bit slow and hung over. Bagels are always good though.

Wide selection of bagels and toppings, their prices are a tad high for a bagel shop but are still reasonable, and friendly, if sometimes rushed, service. One of my favorite places to eat on campus.

This Einstein Bros is located in the student union at NAU. The food is on par with any Einsteins, but being that it is on campus it is extremely crowded and therefore is a long wait for anything.

People working there were friendly to other people but for some reason they did not like me and were very rude.
