It was our wedding day and we had car trouble on the highway. We stopped and found Seven Day Auto Service. They immediately diagnosed the trouble (which was not as severe as I’d feared) and had it repaired in less than an hour. The staff was wonderful. And now my wife and I have a great story to tell. Were from Tennessee and blew an alternator coming down US89 towards Flagstaff. We parked the 5th wheel in Cameron for the night and next day limped our Silverado dually to these very nice folks. They bent over backwards to help us quickly get back on the road to the Grand Canyon south rim. I wish we had them at home. I would strictly deal with them. I wholeheartedly recommend them based on our experience.

They put a cabin filter in my car without my permission then charged me for the part and labor (I recently replaced the cabin filter) and the labor for that was $65+, dont remember the exact amount. Ive replaced my own cabin filter before and its taken me 3 minutes or less and they charged me for 30 minutes of labor!!! Got some money back for them but I dont think Ill go back. I read the reviews and folks spoke highly of them before I went, maybe their friends did the rating. I dont recommend anyone to go there.

Absolutely the best shop. I had an older Subaru that I loved and they took such good care of me. I had the head gaskets replaced and while we were in there they replaced the water pump, timing belt, and clutch. It took a little while but they charged me less than what was quoted and did such a great job. My girl is going to be going for many more years now thanks to them.

An honest team of mechanics! I brought in a 2010ish Camry that no longer started after sitting in storage for awhile. I asked them to get it running, do an inspection, and let me know what I needed to fix. When they called me to pick up the car, they listed in detail everything they checked. But at the end of the day the only thing they could find that needed attention was a new battery. And they were right, once up and running it drove/handled/sounded great. They could have given me a list of things to do that didnt really need to be fixed, but they were honest and now have a customer for life.

These guys are awesome! Got me in same day and I live in my van and was wicked sick(not COVID!) Trina even went to the store to get me a few necessities for getting better and I was able to sleep out front! Great personable service and friendly staff Thankyou for being awesome guys!

Very happy with their work! I had them do some major engine work on my Honda CRV. Using a camera they found I had a broken valve. They gave me an estimate for the service and explained all my options. The job was done faster than I expected AND ended being a little cheaper than the original quote.

Called this place the day before and was informed I able to take my vehicle in first this Saturday morning at 8am for diagnostic test. They dont charge for test (I was very happy to hear that).My Buick Regal 2016 engine light was on and my car and very little power, when I attempt to keep the speed limit my car started to misfire.Today I was at the shop at 8am to have my vehicle diagnosed. By 9:45 am I was informed a ignition coil had to be replaced.By 11:30 my vehicle was ready to go. The time and quality of service was astonishing to me. My kitten was purring again! The shop did an awesome job with my vehicle. I honestly believe I paid a decent price for labor and parts. My concerns were addressed and I didnt have to wait an entire day to have my vehicle repaired.Thank you for great service and customer service!

Went in to 7 day auto repair wanting my input shaft bearing replaced the mechanics told me that it was actually the throw out bearing me believing the thi mechanics were experts said OK and agreed to their price of $1600 after it was done the The vehicle still made the same noise they said to me that it would have to be the transmission at that point which was gonna cost me another $2300 I told them no its the input shaft bearing you guys should fix this like I told you too in the beginning if that was not the case with the throw out bearing They Told me that they would have to order a whole new transmission which I knew was a lie because I looked up the parts myself on Jeep warehouse and Mopar warehouse and both parts I needed for the input shaft bearing where on their for cheaper than 2300The mechanic quickly hung up and told me that they would call me back which they never called me back I had to call them back and they said that they finally ordered the parts and it would be there in a couple of days they got the parts in I was happy about it until the mechanic loss some bearings that went in there as well so they told me that it would be a couple more days to get those parts and that they were sorry I said no problem and expected it to be done As soon as possible so I went in the day that they said that the parts arrived after calling them at noon and The manager Ron told me that they just got in at 3 oclock which is not the truth theyve been sitting there for the past 3 weeks with my vehicle not fixing it being very unprofessional and when I went in there Ron was extremely rude to me because he felt like I was harassing him when I just want my car fixed with the problem but they even admitted was the right problem after I had to break it down for them as to what the issue was I do not believe that anybody should be treated the way the date try untreated me My girlfriend and anybody else using this business I would not recommend to anybody. They are just trying to scam you out of any money they can get. Also one of the mechanics brought in his handgun when we came back inside.

Its been a long while since they worked on my truck, Dec. 2019/Jan. 2020, the repair is working great after a year after its been completed. I did take off a star because I kept getting the runaround about the process. Another star is being removed because the heater worked when I took it in and when I picked it up it didnt work. I later found that they used the wrong engine coolant, and I swapped that myself and it works now. However, the lifters (I knew were going bad) were the cause of the initial work were replaced and now the engine is still going strong.

Quickly helped us out when the check engine light came on, figured out the issue, and back on the road in minutes! Didn’t charge a dime! Thanks tremendously

Not a bring your own parts friendly place even with factory AC-Delco.Made me wait until I saw how disorganized they were and another customer complaining loudly they didnt use his parts or fluids and made them change his oil again with his fluid and filter. Former disabled shop owner. I know when the shop is customer friendly. That wasnt my experience here. Use at your own risk. I left and will not return.

Outstanding customer service and fair rates, especially when it comes to emergencies, even during the New Years holiday. For many years Ive traveled across North America and other continents where I needed vehicles fixed, when I didnt have the tools. They know what they are doing. Im very familiar with the vehicles I run and when I told them specifically what needed to be done to my BMW E46, they listened - no up-selling, no haggling. My family and I are indebted to Trina, Ron and the Team for their honesty. We went to visit family in Phoenix and were passing through, when I noticed issues with the front-end before we arrived. I explained my situation and Trina listened. We were up and running within 2 hours after we rolled in the shop. When all was done, we made it home 500 miles later. I cant thank them enough; they are a Godsend. I made it to work on time, next day, and my wife/family were stress-free. They understand foreign and domestic. I can seriously not understand how this business continues to run as it does. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE! The most glaring issue is that they do not have room for all of the cars they take in, thus most of them are left on the side of the street. Around a blind corner. A corner semis often have to take despite it being a mostly residential neighborhood. Not to mention, your car is left there day and night with NO security and NO safety measure! Its an absolute wonder Ive not heard of one of those cars being hit, looted, or stolen where they are. Absolutely unsafe and negligent!

We are on a trip and our car was throwing a low oil pressure code. We were told by a few places that it could possibly be our oil pump, them being the only place open on Labor Day weekend and a Sunday were able to run codes and find out that its just a sensor. They were able to find the part needed and get it delivered to swap them out! Super reasonable pricing also and just all around definitely high reccomend them.

I am 81 years old and have never been treated so well at any auto repair shop.Ron went above and beyond for us.We were traveling from California to Florida.After discovering a bad alternator early on a Tuesday morning we were out by nine.Later in the day the truck had to be towed from Winslow back to F1agstaff with a faulty thermostat housing.we called ahead and he had the part waiting on us.Ron found a way to get us on the road again on the same day even though they had to stay overtime.the whole crew was fantastic and Ron deserves five old stars.Being honest and treating the customer with respect is what the shop is made of.Thanks so much from David and Kinue.You are awesome.

A free Autozone code-readout sent me to the local Ford dealer who was too scheduled out to reasonably help us. They did, however, recommend we try 7 Day Auto. A call to the shop (Donnas patient understanding at work here) arranged for me to bring the vehicle in the next am.Without an appointment, their tech Anthony came to our aid. Ran some diagnostics, took a test drive, did some online research, and saw me the following morning, found the underlying issue, attended to it, with no small amount of effort, and Finally sent me on my way with an incredibly reasonable invoice.Professional, courteous, competent, fair, friendly I apologize for gushing, but this outfit deserves all of it!Thanks a million again 7 Day Auto!!

Imagine calling and asking if you can get an oil change tomorrow they say yes and when you show up they say no. Imagine taking your vehicle there for multiple repairs and leaving it for a couple weeks to only get it back with out the front lift spacers on and new tires that were clearly beat up but they said it wont compromise the structural integrity. Now you are back to pick up your vehicle another week later because you called and they said they were done but when you go in the next day its at another shop for alignment making me wait a couple hours so you are late to go camping with your family. Imagine a few months later you hit a small pot hole and one of the struts goes out that they just replaced. Well now you dont have to imagine, this shop will do all of that for you!

Rental car got a flat while we were in town. They were the only place open on Sunday and the service was excellent; they had the tired patched and we were good to go in like 30 minutes. Great price too.

I called for a quote the day before . I was very detailed on what I wanted done. The quote was for $288. I had them do less work than they quoted and they changed it to $600 dollars, even changed and charged me for a belt my car didnt need. Keep in mind, Im an ASE certified technician but what could I do when my family and myself were traveling from Alabama? I called other local shops afterwards and the quotes were less money and they supply the parts. I supplied my own parts. This shop is a classic example of mechanics ripping travelers off.

Stopped in while on vacation to have a loud noise diagnosed. A young gentleman (I didn’t get his name, but he appeared to be in charge) took a test drive with me and was able to identify the problem (bad exhaust gasket) and charged me nothing for the help. Highly recommend.

They will take parts off without your permission, especially if you have a 4x4.I asked Carl to make my truck road ready. My estimate was $324, it turned out to be $1081. Understandable, I get that. His shop did not do ANY of the work that was on the receipt, on top of that, he changed out two of my 4x4 hubs without my permission .Hope he got a good deal. I got screwed.I do NOT recommend going here, even in case of an emergency.

Got a flat tire while traveling in Flagstaff and had to get it fixed as soon as possible. Fortunately, this auto shop was one of the few that are open on Sundays. They have very reasonable prices and along with great service.

Anthony is always helpful and tries to find the real reason for my car issues( often electrical and a pain to find) instead of charging me for the easy fix that isnt the real reason. Also I find they charge reasonably. I have gotten quotes for the same things other places that were much higher. They also have a car you can borrow for free if they are going to have yours and you need to get somewhere.

Its a busy place. They staff is very welcoming and explained things very clear. They prices are compedivly low. I will use them again

We have been on a long road trip and got caught in a snow storm and then our windshield wiper stopped working. The very nice people here fixed it two minutes and got us back on the road.

My husband and I were traveling from New Mexico to Phoenix, AZ. We HAD to make it down there tonight. We got into Flagstaff around 4:30. We were having issues with the filler neck. It was pouring out all the gas we were putting in. We stopped by Pep Boys and they told us they only had one mechanic, backed up, and about to close. He referred us to 7 Day Auto. Told us they could probably get us taken care of. Boy were they right. We got to 7 Day around 4:45 or so. Alan and Carl made sure we got taken care of. They stayed until about 5:30 to get us on the road and they close at 5:00. They took the time to fix our car enough to get gas in it and be able to get to Phoenix. Alan worked on our car in the cold outside with just a jack and a few tools. The fix was a bit more complicated then we all thought. He got it done though and got us back on the road. Thank you so much, both of you. You don’t know how important this trip was and how we could not miss it. Thank you for doing everything you could for us. 11/10! Fantastic. Will definitely be back if we have any more car troubles going through Flagstaff.

Ive been here twice now and the mechanics have been incredibly nice, but more importantly, they are honest. I blew out a tire yesterday on 66 and limped my truck to Seven Day Auto after calling them (it was quitting time). They stayed open for me to get there and changed out the flat with my donut and gave me advice on where to buy new tires. Friendly, professional, helpful and honest-what more could you ask for?

Great experience. We were in flagstaff halfway between Houston and California on a Sunday when the check engine light on. Had the code read at Autozone so rolled up to the shop at 4pm and asked if they could replace a sensor. Figured if it was something cheap, I could get it replaced then get back on our road trip. They took in my car as a priority and replaced it no problem, but it didnt clear the code. I originally thought I would drive on to Cali and get it sorted out then, but had second thoughts over dinner. I called the shop and arranged to bring in in the morning. Brought it in, they figured out the sensor just had to be reconfigured, and an hour or so I was on my way with only a Merry Christmas for my trouble. Great experience. They were super nice and efficient and keep a small problem from becoming a huge issue on out Christmas trip.

Passing through on a trip to Los Angeles. Had an air conditioning problem that required the replacement of the compressor. They troubleshooted the system and diagnosed the problem for free. I wasnt able to get the repair done and they didnt even charge me for the half an hour they took to diagnose the problem. I feel these guys are an honest bunch of mechanics. We had motor failure along hwy 40 traveling through Flagstaff on a weekend and although they were very busy they were able to quickly get us repaired and back on the road at a reasonable cost, We are very greatful to 7 day auto. We certainly reccomend this business.

I talked to CARL when I came into the shop and he knew exactly who I was from when I called him from the phone.The repair was done when they said it gonna be done! I called these guys on Sunday at 3PM with a seized caliper in Tuba City. Had the car towed to Flagstaff that evening and on Monday morning they had me running by 10:30AM to continue on our road trip.
