I wouldn’t normally waste my time giving a bad review however. when the employee is extremely rude I feel compelled to. There were sunglasses priced at $0.01 when I politely asked her if she would honor the price. She rudely said no I’m not selling anything for a penny clearly that’s a mistake. I said OK and took a picture of the price tag. To me it was done then she rudely starts spelling out her name for me. I didn’t ask her, her name I didn’t say anything. I just spent over $100 on other stuff. I was extremely tempted to just walk away and let her put it all away. N I C O L E Nicole is the reason I will not be going back.

Tried asking 2 employees standing outside if my dog could come in with me. Both wearing headphones. Looked at me. Ignored me. Walked in and got yelled that my dog couldnt come in with me. I had to walk here because I dont have a car. My dog is an emotional support animal. Not a service animal, but most stores still let me in when I walk with him and explain. Seriously. Educate your employees.

Why the One-Star --> Store Lead, Greg, told me when I called in to ask a question, THIS IS A 100% SCAM and HUNG. UP. THE PHONE!!Well, GREG, before I come to discuss 1000 ways you couldve handled that differently, Im going to share the reason with all of Google-land why I called you to begin with...The back story is, I had an employee that was out of gas, and didnt have money until payday, but was able to make it to this Kwik Trip. I just needed to get him money or gas, so he could get home. I wasnt able to physically drive across town for a few hours, so I started thinking....I went online, and bought a digital visa gift card, but my guy was told, No, We Cant Take That because they needed a barcode or physical card. Fine. I didnt realize that when I bought it, because I specifically bought it to use anywhere visa is accepted but whatever. I know not all things are compatible when it comes to sales systems, so fine. I get it. Thinking about the next option...So, without spending more time than I already have on a $10 in fing gas, I thought, Just call KT. They prolly know if theres an easy way to do this - this is 2021. We just went thru this massive upswing in having food bought to our doorstep with the push of a button in faster time than light travels...Im SURE Kwiktrip has a way to make something come together. Just Call Them...Greg, Greg, Greg....what a bonehead.I got him on the phone and started from the top -Employee was in the parking lot...I was trying to get him gas or money...can I go online, pay by phone, what are my options,...??His first response was that Im a scammer?? HUH?Wait..what?? The hang up was the point of boiling over...LISTEN KAREN, if I was trying to scam YOU, I wouldnt be giving you MY card number for $10 in gas, with a person waving at the gas pump, thats been there for almost an hour, and local information easily verified because Im CALLING FROM A LOCAL BUSINESS.I get the whole not over the phone, etc, but Ive GOT. A. BUSINESS.Businesses Invoice and have accounts -- tell me to sign up for an account and invoice me! Duhhhh. Any other approach wouldve been better... ANY other way..Seriously, Karen. Do better.

One of the best Kwik Trips, I have ever had the chance of stopping at! When my sister and I worked around the area, we stopped in almost every other day.The staff was amazing and warm. So helpful and were always asking how we were doing, especially they could tell it was a bad day. Even if it was busy they would still take a minute to check-up on us. It is a great stop.

First time visiting this Kwik Trip location early this morning. I went in with hopes of receiving my free Karuba Gold latte from the reward program, but was upset when the loyalty network was unavailable upon checkout. I understand this may be of no fault to this specific location, but it was somewhat of an inconvenience.Customer service was also delayed as the only person in the store as I waited a few minutes before the cashier acknowledged me with my arms full waiting to checkout. The fact that the bakery case was stock full of goodies at 4:00 am was a definite plus, and the store appeared clean. Would return if in the area.

This place is amazing and the staff is very dear to regular customers. I appreciate the second shift team always making me vegetarian hot food. This is one of my favorite locations ever! Great convenient store with lots of goodies.

This particular Kwik Trip is new and clean. They had everything we needed to pick up a healthy, quick lunch very accessible and easy to find. I recommend this place any time you are looking for a quick, nummy snack or even just picking up milk quick and easy, on your way home.

I love PDQ more than on any any other Mini Mart! They are always clean, well stocked, the restrooms are usually spotless, and most have a car wash! The staff is well trained and friendly, and the gasoline prices are fair. What more can one ask?

A Wisconsin company that treats it employees well and offers good off brand products. The membership Rewards program is a good one as well.

They really go all out at as a chain. Corporate has done a good job of lowering prices on some staple food items to get you in the door to buy some of their higher-margin items while youre there. They really do, do a pretty good job.

Kwik trip always has a friendly staff, great service, great pricing on food staples and gas prices always seem to be the cheapest in the area. We will always choose the kwik trip over others!

I have been to a few kwik trips and I have to say they are impressive like a Caseys but clean and on an energy drink!

Stopped in at PDQ 131 today to make a purchase.. The cashier Cristal was too busy talking with her coworker commenting about her phone was going off all the time. Poor customer service plus she couldnt even say please or thank you.

At PDG with is now Kwik Trip... cant beleive there are no hot food items yet... they promised me that they would have them in here by January, its January..... I was hoping for the chicken basket today for 3.99, ended up with a cold sandwich instead.... I know it takes time to turn these things over but they did tell me that this store would be transformed by now.
