Were back under a county wide mask mandate. 3 people walked into the store without masks, and not a single staff member said a word. I would normally be giving this store four stars. But if they arent going to listen to Public Health mandates during a pandemic, what other health and safety corners are they cutting?

Terrible company to work for. Management was so poor! I have avascular necrosis wasnt even given an FMLA leave they just let me go with no warning. No one responded back to me as to why they didnt give me a chance to take a FMLA leave. Management doesnt care for their employees or their disabilities along with their task trained Service Dog. Thanks for being the worst store Ive worked for.

Counted 9 people in this store not wearing masks, all at the same time. Absolutely unacceptable. A **manager**, Cory, served 4 or 5 of them without one word. The Assistant Store Leader, Brian was also at the other checkout desk and said nothing. This lack of enforcement violates not only company policy, but also the Dane County mask mandate.

My visit was a bit crazy, but later once I realized that not only wasI not given my receipt but I also was no fuel perks were added to my rewards.I called back and Ashton was fabulous over the phone and worked with me to get this fixed. I am very happy that he was so very helpful. this was my first time at this location and Im a frequent shopper at kwik trip.I will be using this location more often as long as I am continued to be treated so very well. thank you Ashton!

Love this carwash! You have a variety of options and prices. Your car is definitely clean after you drive through.

Garbage car wash. May look nice from the outside but dont let it fool you. If you want foam on your car, old brushes beating your paint job and to have your car washed in under 20 seconds this is your spot! Otherwise use the side bay self washes, like I had to after I payed for an ultimate car wash.

Went in about 5:50 am on March 23rd 2018, place looks nice now but they had a grand opening $1 small soup or chili bowl sign up so I got one on my way out. Charged me $2.59.. was like wait what? Oh and a lady getting off work there from third shift I’m guessing was spilling coffee or soda all over the floor. GG Pdq, or Kwik Trip, I don’t even know anymore. Your prices are too expensive and when I do grab something that’s cheap I get overcharged and just say F It, not going there anymore.

Gave my car a pretty good wash for the price. Just be prepared for a wait as it isnt the quickest.

Samantha Alfonzo was very disrespectful to me and my father the say that we came in. we was waiting in line and when we walked up into her register she walked away. That made my visit terrible. other than that the kwik trip Empolyees treat me right definately carol

Just went there now. Hard to access, can only access on one side of the road. Three pumps total were out of service so whatever area I went to, I had to keep going because I couldnt use the pump. Frustrated, I decided to try to get a car wash while I was there. All but one of their four Bays was out of commission, and there was a long line, so I just left. Of course, even leaving has to be difficult if you want to turn left. I highly recommend going through the parking lot next to it that they share with the movie theater and going to the stop light instead of trying to cross the busy streets of PD. Awful experience, wont be back.

Long lines constantly. Someone got stuck there inside the building for God knows how long. We waited 10 minutes plus before we realized what had happened.

Went for an Ultimate car wash and ended up with a dent on the back. I have filed an incident claim with PDQ; their (Travellers) insurance vehemently denied saying that it was my fault and that I must have backed into something.Do yourself a favor and dont use the automatic car wash, wash it yourself in the side-bays.

Good. Not bad, but not great. Like the car wash, but theres always a line.

Stopped at this PDQ with a coupon they had put in the Shopper Stopper magazine. The clerk refused to take it, and made me read the ENTIRE COUPON OUT LOUD in the checkout line. When it was clear there was no fine print, he begrudgingly accepted it and told me, I dont think its worth it. Unbelievable. Never again will I set foot in this place!
