I am not very happy with CVS, on Friday I went to their store, located in Main St Fitchburg, I bought a medicine for my allergies, all good, I spent $ 30.80, I returned home and my concern was that maybe I could have the virus, among to the CVS page, look for the tests that are done at home and wrote the required information and clicked to pay and when I clicked it told me that my purchase had not been made due to problems and it turns out that I entered my bank account and I They have charged the product twice, $ 30.98 and it is assumed that the purchase could not be made, who responds to me for that money?

Whoever is the hiring manager needs a promotion and a raise. All of the CVS store employees (cant comment on the pharmacy) exemplifies good satisfactory customer service. Theyre very respectful, and most importantly they ANTICIPATE their customers needs! Its a pandemic and I know it must be weary for frontline workers but these front line workers at this store are showing up to work so graciously.

Sherri the pharmacist who gave me my Covid vaccine was extremely rude. Didn’t tell me to wait for 15 minutes after my vaccine or tell me what to look out for in case of a reaction, the man at check-in did. All she said was “you’re welcome” sarcastically as I got up to leave. Can’t wait to come back for my 2nd vaccine.

I enjoy going to this CVS because I’m always greeted when I walk in the door even if the cashier is busy. I’m also greeted at the pharmacy too. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful.

I usually have no problems shopping there but my last encounter was quite unpleasant. The cashier did not let me enter my phone number for my cvs card, she wrote it down then put it on the computer to check my items out and once I left the store she called me. She called stating that she was asked to call me, when I asked by who she wouldnt say then when I asked why she is calling me she hung up. This was rather creepy and now i dont want to go back to that store.

Awesomely helpful pharmacy staff! Have many food and medicine allergies and those ingredients can be fillers in tablets. They take my needs seriously. Thxs!

Lady behind the register was talking the whole time with the customer even after a purchase was made while I was standing in line, I told her to please hurry up and she blew me off as rude and told me to wait. I ended up leaving and not spending my money here

Bad...Bad experience. Pharmacist think they are Doctors. They try to make it difficult for you to get your meds. Very Very rude

I like the store but I found an old lady who makes inappropriate questions and give inappropriate advices. Lady, keep your not relate job questions to yourself and just do your job. -_-
