Place is pretty cool for a thrift store. Just found great birthday presents for my bro.Value 500. Paid twenty. You never know what you will find. Of course I rounded up, and gave extra. Great tax write offs, so why not?

Nice store clean and uncluttered. Not to busy when I was there. I was looking for reading material, they have a very small book section however, found nothing of interest. GW is my goto place when looking for a new book to read so I tend to rate them based on the library they have.

The Manager helped me bcz one young lady didnt know how to use the computer when computer for payment have some troubleshots or other issues! and she was a little bit arrogant ( no smiles at all) and kept saying me that my card its not working and telling me that to be patience. l knew it immediately that the conputer had some issues bcz on the screen was different showings and told her to come on the other side but she finally called somebofy else and manager comes finally and fixed everything.So l conclude that the mos blames goes for managing in the shop there... there are young people hat doesnt know to behave and work properly. and they have to know that they have their salaries from customers!

By far my favorite store to visit! It is always kept clean and organized! The staff especially Cathy Z. and Ariana are always so pleasant & willing to help. The store is out of my way but I always come in because of the staff & cleanliness! Keep it up!

When I go there the staff not always help me to pull put all the things from the trunk. I donated today my whole car full of stuff and they just were looking at me

Nice store but couldnt find the article of clothing I was looking for. That happens in resale. I have had good luck in the past.

I could not beleive how rude the store manager was. I asked for simple help and she was so mean and belittling and wow do they have a janitor. All I asked was where something was and after ripping on me she says Ill be right back then she disappeared.

Staff are always friendly and willing to help find items- Store is clean, isles free of clutter & clothes are (90%) in the right section for size. I love going in and just looking around- rotation of items is pretty fast. My tip- If you see something you like, get it or try and put a hold on it because most likely it wont be there the next time. Ive picked up really great finds there.

Im pretty familiar with the thrift stores in this area. This one is overpriced compared to other Goodwills. Some home goods were twice as much even when damaged or worn. Will not be going back.

This is one of the nicest, cleanest Goodwills I have ever been too... And the merchandise is so nice and clean, very well priced as well. I travel up from Illinois just to shop here...

Smaller then the other Goodwills in Madison, but probably the best organized. Like all thrift stores items depend on whats coming into the store, but we certainty have had some nice finds at this Goodwill.

Smaller location which puts it at a shortfall compared to the other Madison area locations. The store is well laid out and has a good supply of merchandise. Ive noticed that the store is lacking on holiday merchandise as well.

The Goodwills in this city have really gone down hill. The place is dirty, the merchandise scattered, no real attention to detail when it comes to display. People working there dont seem to enjoy their work.If you want good thrift thats actually displayed in a clean, organized, coherent manner -- go to Vinnies or Savers!

This place is terrible. Prices for donated items is outrageous. It would be cheaper for you to buy new at Walmart. Donated items are not placed with any care. People are not friendly. Recommend looking for sales on new items at big box stores. Just terrible.

The people that work at Goodwill are doing their best! My brother worked for Goodwill his whole life! When he retired the activities offered were his whole world. Kind compassionate Care.

Clean store . Not cluttered like some other thrift stores. Very good selection too. They hand pick the quality items.

Selection is decent but prices are insane at this location. If Im purchasing used clothing and shoes I dont want to pay new prices. Pretty sure the pricers in the back get carried away on their daily quotas sometimes...

Needs to lower prices. very expensive considering items are second hand. many prices are lower at walmart. feels grimy like dirty. poor selection of furniture and kitchenware. almost no clothing for real people sizes and larger sizes for men and women. needs to offer jewelry, not just in lots online.

This used to be a nice place with a great selection of higher end clothes. The last few times we visited it was really overpriced low quality stuff.

Prices can be slightly high, but typically a nice selection.

I totally get that, after rushing out of work to try to get here on time, I pulled up right at 6 (close on Sunday) to the drop off. Retail were still open so I asked went in and asked if I could make a donation. Staff were not helpful. Back at the drop off door, lights were on and staff were sweeping and totally ignored me. I will totally take my donations somewhere else (St. Vincent’s maybe?). Not a lot of good will here.

A little smaller and less goods than the Goodwill on Verona Rd but that makes it more manageable to navigate and search for things. 1/2 off sales on Sundays and Mondays on items with a specific color attachment tag.

I bought a lamp at the Verona Rd Goodwill for $5. This Goodwill had the same lamp for $15. Not the best selection, and more pricey than one nearby with better stuff.
