I was trying to upgrade my phone plan online and was seeing extra charges and didn’t feel comfortable upgrading without knowing what the charges were for. I tried talking to someone online and they could not clearly tell me what the charges were for. So I went into this store and talked with Elliot Schwartz the team lead for the Madison region and he was clear and concise and explained what was happening. There was no extra charge it dropped off once I upgraded (Verizon as a whole should change that… I almost didn’t upgrade because of it). I am so glad I went in and Elliot was able to clear everything up for me!
I was completely up charged for a new phone then the salesperson insisted that I buy a specific case, even though I told them I needed a case with a lot of protection, and 2 weeks later the entire back of my new overpriced phone is cracked. They care way more about making a sale, than providing quality products. Buy a phone online and activate it yourself its not worth it.
I totally recommend this store, my phone died right before a trip to Wisconsin. The guys here helped get me back up and running with a new phone and a new phone for my son too! They got us the best deal for the whole family. Sam was lovely to work with and Elliot kept my husband entertained. Thanks Guys!
Great experience here. Elliot and Jordan were both extremely helpful and were just excellent to work with. Like truly those guys saved me a TON of money and went above and beyond to be helpful and ensure I was taken good care of. I will definitely return for my future mobile phone needs!

I recently went to this location as it was closer than the Verizon Retail store by the Super Target (where I had always gone). I had very basic requirements for a new phone, as I use it for placing calls/emails and surfing the internet. All I wanted was a phone that was durable and that I would be able to attach to my belt - seemed pretty easy. I went to this store the Friday before Labor Day weekend.The two salespeople in the office that day told me that I had made a good choice coming there, as they told me that the Verizon reps (at the store by the Super Target) would not provide me nearly as good of customer service, nor would they help me set up my new phone. That had not been my experience (Ive been with Verizon for over a decade), but I took them at their word.I was sold a Samsung Z Flip 3 - I had to pre-order it as it wasnt yet available. When I went back to set up the phone, I let the salesperson (Sam) know that when I backed up my old phone, my apps did not backup properly. He tried to back it up, and was unable to get the apps to backup. He said it wouldnt matter as they were going to transfer all the data over anyway. However, they didnt have WI-FI that day (!) and we were unable - even after 1.5 hours - to complete the set-up of my new phone. Sam told me that I could complete the set-up at home once I had WI-FI and that he would not wipe my old phone until he heard from me so that I could come in and look at the old phone and get any data that may not have transferred.They did not have a case in the store that included a belt clip, but Sam looked on Samsungs site and said they had a phone case with a belt loop that I could get that would allow me to attach my phone to my belt.I completed the setup at home and found that several of my apps did not transfer properly and that I was missing a lot of data within specific apps. This was the Saturday of Labor Day weekend and we were out most of the day. I received a voicemail from Sam later that afternoon that since he hadnt heard from me (!) that he was going to wipe my old phone. When I got the message about 45 minutes later and called Sam he told me that he had already wiped my old phone! When I told him about the missing apps/data, we tried a couple of options but the could not find the data. He said there was nothing else he could do.Once more, come to find out that the case Sam was referring to on Samsungs site was NOT intended to be used as a belt clip, but that the ring was instead supposed to be used to slide your finger through in order to better hold the phone.So, I have a phone that I cannot attach to my belt (my only stipulation for a new smart phone) and I dont have all my information. Sam said I could return the phone, but that doesnt get me the data/apps back, as my old phone has already been wiped.Lastly, Sam told me I needed a new, more powerful charger for my new phone as my old one would not work. He did, however, tell me that if I used my old charger with my new phone and it was under-powered that the phone would alert me. When I compared the two chargers on the new phone, both worked, although the phone indicated that the new charger would charge the phone about 6 minutes faster (1 hr 1 min vs. 1 hr 7 min) than my existing charger.When I took the new charger back for a refund, the rep I spoke with told me that my new charger may actually damage my new phones battery and that he didnt know why/how Sam could tell me that the phone would be able to alert me if my old charger was insufficient. He pressured me to keep the new charger to prevent damage to my new phones battery. I returned it, as my old charger seemed fine.The upshot is that I was sold a very expensive phone that I cannot get a factory belt clip (other than a large leather purse-like holder that is made for a much larger (non-flip) phone), that I had to do most of the setup myself, that Sam wiped my phone without my consent and that Ive lost important data. I would not recommend anyone go here.

I’ve always had a quality experience at this location. Scott T was the Verizon rep we worked with on our last visit. He was new to the job, but was very personable and knowledgeable. If we asked him a question he was unsure of, he went out of his way to find the answer and make it a smooth transition between plans/phones.
My sister was given incorrect information when she turned in her phone for a new contracted one. The salesperson misinformed her about costs, lost her iPhone she turned in, then she is getting charged $287.00 for it. They will not help her after many phone calls to their staff and management. She has been repeatedly told they will take care of it. It has not happened after 2 months. It has been a nightmare dealing with them.
Elliot was just amazing. I called in two days ago needing a new phone and tablet. Im older and at risk for Covid. He ordered the phone and tablet. Set them up while wearing a mask and sanitizing while setting up the phone and tablet. Its all set up and he even gave me his assurances that if I ever needed help learning the new toys, he would help. Simply the best experience Ive ever had at a Verizon store
I had an AMAZING experience at this Verizon with Cayla and Jake! I didnt feel like they were trying to sell me anything I didnt need; rather, I felt that they were looking out for me and advocating for a plan that would meet my needs and give me the best promotions and offer. They both were very knowledgeable about the different plans and answered the many questions I had. I appreciate their transparency, authenticity, good customer service, clear communication, friendliness, patience, and genuine care in helping me get what I need. Im glad I stopped in and would highly recommend them!
My son needed his phone upgraded and with the pandemic we were concerned about too much contact. The sales associate, John, was excellent, and assisted us greatly in a curbside transaction. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very fast. This associate gets an A+!

When he did this it gave us a custom tailored plan that allowed us to maximize what we could do and my bill didn’t even change at all!!!! THIS IS MY FAVORITE VERIZON STORE EVER!!!! My wife and I went in recently and had a wonderful experience. We spent some time with Dan O’Dwyer who helped us both upgrade our phones, get cases and adjust our plans accordingly with the new phones. He took all the time we needed to make sure all our needs were met and was excellent to work with. I’d highly recommend working with the folks in this store and am ever grateful for the time he and the entire store took for us.
Ive never had an issue with this place. The guys who work here are friendly and helpful. Last night, I got a call that my new Google phone was in the store. When I got there a gentlemen named Benjamin Thubodaux was my sale representative. There was a few issues with my order going through but, Benjamin had a clear head and fixed all the issues for me. My down payment was apart of my order and he was able to add it including my promotions. Thank you so much for ALL of your help last night Benjamin!!!!!

I went into the store to try and get the stylus out of my note 5 phone. Elliot tried but there wasnt even a stylus in the replacement phone that insurance had sent to me. He asked further questions and found out that I just got this for $200 from asurion and why. He managed to help remedy the situation to where I didnt need the insurance phone anymore. So I saved $200. He asked more questions and with the promotions that were going on, I saved another $200 and bought a brand new phone and tablet!! Very happy customer. Ask for Elliot if you go here!!!
Was on my way to Florida and while visiting my daughter in Madison, my phone crapped out on me. Elliot did a great job getting me a new phone and used a promotion I never even knew existed to help. Transferred all my pictures and contacts. Great experience.

Jake and Ryan were extremely helpful. I walked in their 20 minutes before they closed and the two of them took their time with me over a pre paid phone. Even though pre paid phones are not anything to brag about, they still stayed after hours and left me their number and said to call or stop by any time and they will help me if i experience any issues. Dano provided wonderful customer service and was very welcome and knowledgeable about the IPhone and the technology and the differences between the 6s n the 11. I would recommend him if you come into the Verizon store in Fitchburg.
