I purchased two new phones. We were having some difficulty with the paperwork and a couple apps that were transferred over from the old phones. I wanted another perspective, so we went to a different store from where we purchased the phones. The Fitchburg store was close so we stopped in and spoke with Brandon. He was fantastic to say the least. Brandon pulled up our account and was able to explain the contract in terms we could understand. He also went out of his way to repair my wifes Instagram account and help us with some features and apps that we were trying to use. I cant say enough good things about Brandon. He is the go to person at US Cellular for all your cellular needs.
The worst service ever. No idea what they just did to my life. 4 days just asked for my number to be changed and make sure my emails, contacts, apps etc stay the same. Im now driving 18 hours for work not returning for 6 months and I have a new number and nothing else. bank, stocks, emails, personal Skype, team meetings I HAVE NOTHING. WORST 4 PEOPLE BEHIND ANY DESK IS IN THAT STORE
Tony was amazing both times I was there. He was multitasking as it was only him and 1 other person. He helped 7 people to the other guys 1 customer. He has management and leadership capability written all over him. Thanks for a great experience!
My family and I had a great experience at this US Cellular! We were working with Dylan and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable about literally every question we had and was so friendly. He even came on over an hour early to work with us because my husband had worked with him earlier in the week. Such an easy transition to US Cellular and very glad we had Dylan to work with!
I have had the best customer service experience with Brandon! He helped me get a new phone about a year ago and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was going well with some specific app questions I had. Brandon clearly explains things, is personable, and knowledgeable about his products/services! I’ve been so thrilled with his service, he’s now the preferred contact for the entire family! He just helped another relative today and they couldn’t be happier! Thanks for being a reliable and trustworthy source for phone service!
Called today to inquire about phone bill and was put on hold for twenty minutes by the young Hispanic lady she was unprofessional in her vocabulary and insisted we were yelling at her when we were calling for help and later proceeded to put me on hold and then answered and hung up the phone when she said she would transfer us to a manager. I then tried called back off of my fiancé’s phone and she answered quickly just to hang up. I’m not sure if management is behind these unprofessional actions but when inquiring about phone bill I heard a mans voice whispering in the lady’s ear as if telling her to brush off why we were saying. I switched over from att and only have been with us cellist for about two months and am already starting to regret it. Internet is slow at times and I barley have signal when I travel only outside the city I live in. Would not recommend this carrier!
Well they were short on staff and we waited 45 min to an hour. I would suggest making an appointment if you need help.
I had a wonderful experience at this store yesterday while switching phone plans and purchasing a new phone. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. You should go to this store. Ask for Tony, he’s the best.

The service at this location is outstanding! I was in and out much faster than previous experiences at other locations. The store was extremely clean and well kept. It was clear to me that the new management has implemented improvements that has fully enhanced the customer experience! I will be going back!!!!

Upgraded my phones and was unsure what model IPhones I should go to. Dylan met me at the door and walked me through all my options. His knowledge and customer service was outstanding. I would recommend this store and customer service representative Dylan to anybody looking at switching their service or upgrading their current service with US Cellular.
This is my favorite US Cellular location. Every time I go in I am greeted with a smile and the customer service is top notch. I will continue to use this location for services and upgrades. I would highly recommend.

We came in to activate our daughters phone that she had bought with her own moneyWe were expecting a big hassle, and a big increase in our plan cost. Instead, Tony was very helpful, and was really quick to provide an even better option for our data plan. More importantly, he spoke to our daughter and asked her how excited she was to have her own phone, and how cool it was that she bought it. Then he helped her pick out her own number. In the end, we added a new line, went from a small data plan to unlimited, and it cost us less per month. I wish I had Tonys last name to give him more recognition. I wont be going to any other US Cell location after this!

Never gone into this location and left without getting some sort of attitude...go the extra mile(s) and visit other USCell locations that are helpful and dont make you feel bad for not wanting to spend $$$ on a phone you cant afford.(or looking down on you for not having the latest/greatest phone that is currently for sale)COMPLETE EDIT--been to this location >once in 2021 now...havent seen the past employee that got to me to the effect of leaving the above review....has now gone from one star to five...THANK you Dylan for complete turnaround of your location impression(on me). Would recommend you to anyone as far as customer service.thanks again!

The associates are very knowledgeable and very helpful. The reason I gave two stars instead of five is the inability to work between US Cellular and their vendors to simply honor an equipment warranty in store instead of having me work through Motorola who wanted me to ship out my phone and be waiting five days for a new device to be sent out. This multiplied the frustration of having a device that is without audio. The timing was also unfortunate for me, because older devices I could swap to in the interim were not holding charge and had issues the charger port. Now I have a shipping label about to expire and then if I send it out I am basically without service for five days at least. Please work this out, as the store probably has a bunch of devices to swap out and just send me on my way with full access to service I paid for. This is a oversight that is unfortunate for a company that has basically great customer service.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Service here has always been outstanding. Most recent example: Day after Christmas, incredibly frustrated with my phone situation, and a terrible experience at another us cellular location who didnt help me, I stopped here on my way home. This place was an oasis in the desert. Thought I would be dropping hundreds on a new phone, and Chris could have sold me one, but instead he showed me a $26 fix. And my phone works like brand new!! Thanks for the post-christmas miracle! I will definitely be back!
I got smacked with an extra large phone bill because no one told me about certain policies. The customer service acted like it was my fault. I was then quoted 3 business days for my refund. I called back 3 business days later and was told up to 20 due to how my billing was set up. My finacial sitting got thrown thru the mill and U.S. Cellular clearly doesnt care. They only want every penny they can get. Any sensible company would refund the whole amount as a gesture of good faith. It was a fight for just the extra amount refunded.

Very friendly, terribly inefficient. Sat there for at least 45 minutes before anyone even asked what we needed (only needed a phone activated which takes just a very few minutes). While we waited, one employee sat and socialized with a couple while their phone transferred information for 20ish minutes. In the time they were sitting there waiting for that, the employee could have asked what we needed and activated our phone. The couple behind us in line just wanted to pay their bill, but end up leaving due to not being helped. Ended up being there an hour at least. Help the people that just need a few minutes of your time instead of spending 45-60 minutes with one person and then coming to us aka the people who only needed a simple task completed. I NEVER leave reviews, very frustrating.

If I could give a zero star I would. I am (was) a loyal US Cellular customer, but no longer. The staff at this store belittled me for installing my sim card incorrectly. I understand they cant fix it at the store, but it would have been nice to receive courteous service and friendly advice on how to handle my problem rather than their snarky first comment you shoved it in there. Yes, I quote. How about a that must be frustrating, how can I help you with your dilemma. I went and had the sim removed at a cell phone fixit store and when I returned I explained that I was not happy with the associate. The manager of the store was polite but also a bit condescending. My impression is that the staff there are working as if they are going to lose their jobs any day now. They dont care.So I went to Verizon and got a phone service. The difference in customer service was NIGHT and DAY. Never again US Cellular. Can you hear me now?
My wife and I were very interested in upgrading her phone and knew we neesded to learn more about our options for which phone would work for us. We visited several US Cellular sites and just didnt always get the best customer service. So we researched these reviews and decided on this location. We were not disappointed. FIRST CLASS ACT! Ryan, the store manager, was personable, knowledgable and professional. He explained things very thoroughly and in a fun way besides! We felt very comfortable that we chose the right phone for us. Then we talked with Tori who helped us get the phone set up. Another FIRST CLASS ACT! SHe too was personable, knowledgable and professional. What a combination these two employees make. US Cellular is lucky to have such a well informed, professional team who provides A+ customer service!! If you are looking for a new phone, THIS is the location to go to!
