Awesome Service. Clean Store and Great Deals on cellular phones. Small store not much of a selection. I recommend going to a bigger store if youre looking for a new 5g phone. The smaller MetroPCS NOW BROUGHT to us by T-mobile. Dont have this or that in stock. T-Mobile stores dont have the deals Metro has. Good stop to pay your bill or straighten out any Issues.

Great customer service the woman thats there now are very helpful. and and polite I had a defected phone they shipped it back to Samsung and I got it back in 3 days awesome 👌 and if I have a question there always help to answer the best of there abilities

I just went there today, the lady was very rude. Not helpful at all. She was nice when we walked in, but after my boyfriend was trying to help him with something on ebay, to me she sucks. No screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy a20. Im sorry its not a a21.

The employee wouldnt give me a refund for the phone I bought 2 days ago with less than an hour of talk time after telling me on Saturday that he would give me a discount. He got me for almost $300. I would NEVER recommend going to that store. The customer service is horrible, they lie and steal your money. I want to make sure everyone knows what theyre doing in that store. If you dont want to get ripped off dont go in this store.

I have been a MetroPCS Customer for seven years I was on crutches after a serious car accident and I hobbled into the Main Street Fitchburg location and asked if I could charge my phone on one of their electrical outlets for 10 minutes to get a phone number so I could call for a ride and they told me I could not. I would have to try the library 1/4 mile away.I called the main office and complained and suprisingly they were very helpful and extremely apologetic. I was given 2 months of service free as well as an upgrade on my mobile phone.

Bad customer service extremely bad. They dont disclose all policies or theyll tell you information regarding defective product for return and replace or exchange that they dont honer. Just completely bad service starting with the store to the product you purchase with cash then sale is final then you are informed that they cant print a receipt. Then the plan you purchased service only works for 1 or 2 wks after youmake your monthly payment then comes the phone calls to the customer service center yes CALLS not 1 not 2 but up to 5 or more which theyll correct just before your next monthly payment. All the way to the corporate office where youll never ever speak to anyone for a resolution.

The customer service is terrible, very unhelpful... Half the time the staff seem like they have snippy attitudes.If you hate your job that much go somewhere else.And I thought this company would best?! What a joke! As soon as I find something else Im done with this mess.If you have any real issue with your phone like for instance when I thought my phone was stolen, I called them & asked them what I can do to shut it down, they told me unless I have so kind of application downloaded there isnt anything they can do.So I had to call some shity customer service line & speak to someone who couldnt understand what the hell i was telling them.. It was a complete unnecessary hassle I had to go through all because metro wouldnt help me unless I had an app downloaded...
