Your system issues are not my problem or my fault. You getting aggressive with me 3 minutes into the interaction because you couldnt sell me on something I didnt want is not my problem. You being completely incompetent about the job I quite literally pay you to perform, is also, not my problem. Send these people back to Customer Service 101. Im not the owner of Boost, thank goodness for that, but thats not an excuse as to why you cant perform the job youre in the store to do, nor is that ever an appropriate thing to say to any customer. If I was the owner of boost Id be completely mortified that anyone of this absolutely appalling character was ever allowed to grace my doorstep and be in charge of helping customers. Driving the business to Verizon, though!

I not only got the most rudest customer service representative he also told me that they would not wait on me again because I wanted my money back. He was very rude. A liar!!

Got a cell there. At the time there was no expensive cost to my plan. The people were helpful. And they did not charge you extra if you decided to pay your phone bill for the next months. Only in recent years you get charged like $7 extra. It might be mire now.

I was treated very nicely and my products I was looking for were in stock and at a good price. The people that were their the day I went to this store on 2/22/14 treated my wife an I very respectfully . I would go back to visit this store in the future . I was even given a free bic lighter because I asked if they had a book of matches and they did not and he said here take this lighter and he gave me a new lighter free of charge .
