Have been taking two of my cars here since we moved to Pepperell in 2017. They do good work for a fair price. They dont look for work to do. I am knowledgeable about cars and dont have to second guess any suggestions. No hard feelings if something is postponed until next time. Get the road hazard coverage on tires and the lifetime warranty. My wide and daughter are rough on the cars and this has saved my hundreds of dollars.

All I did was go in for a set of tires, they claimed my front brakes were low. At 20,000 miles and 15 months later, I just changed them now. They said my spark plugs should be changed, when they didnt even check them. I had changed them myself 10,000 miles earlier. They can suggestively sell and rip off someone else. I wont be back.

This was totally a pleasure my wife accidentally cut two tires on her Mustang was able to drive the car home it was 5:30 at night I thought there was little or no hope of getting a repair or replacement tires. A young man the work at working the front desk was so helpful so nice this is the kind of place you need more of.

I was in a couple weeks to have a leaky tire checked and fixed. I met Tony and he was so professional, helpful and respectful. You see, my father Bob Taylor built and managed the store on the JFHwy. As his children, I spent many hours there during inventory days as well as taught how to maintain a vehicle before I was allowed to drive. I have many fond memories of being a Firestone Tire and Rubber daughter of one of the greatest store Managers ever. He formed friendships with his staff and clients such as Seppala & Aho. Many times wed go on road trips with truck tires to fix or change on the road or at construction sites. So I saw alot my Dad in Tony, his demeanor, thoughtfulness and respect he showed me. This is the Firestone way of doing business and growing business. The crew took care of finding the problem with my tire and I left knowing I was safe on the road again. I think it was Carlos who fixed the tire and he too was pleasant and respectful. Just a real gentleman to this old farm girl. I returned today 9/10/2020 and gave Tony a token of my appreciation for all his help. Please extend my thanks and delight to all the crew. Brought my car in to have snow tires put on and couldnt have been happier with the service. The lobby and waiting area was clean with sanitizer available. The staff working the front counter was friendly and welcoming and it did not take long at all to get my tires done. Would definitely recommend having your vehicle serviced here.

I have brought my daughters car in for alignment 2 times. First time they told me cam bolt was frozen. I brought to mechanic and he was able to turn by hand. I brought back again and they said they couldnt do adjustment to front end but when my mechanic put on lift bolts were never touched.

The business I work for, uses them on a regular basis and they always get our customers vehicles in and out in a timely manner. Wouldnt choose to go anywhere else for my tire needs.

Firestone on John Fitch Highway in Fitchburg is AMAZING!!!!!! They always do quality work and prices are reasonable! They always offer up any coupons they have or specials they are running which are always great!!!! They warranty all their work and are very accommodating!!!! I have been taking mine and my daughters car there for years and have never had any issues or been disappointed! I highly recommend them to everyone I speak to and now have many other friends and family members who now go there and are equally as happy!!! The manager Eric is a delight and very customer friendly!!! I gave them 5 stars but would give them 10 in a heartbeat if it was an option!!!!

I woke up with a flat tire and a nail in another on a recent Saturday. I called Firestone and they were kind enough to squeeze me in. I left with 2 new tires and a plan for life of the car front end alignments. I am thankful that they helped me and didnt take advantage of me by charging me lots of $$.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had to have a tire repair and the staff treated me like I was equally as important as someone having a major repair. I will certainly return for future auto needs.

The only issue I had with this location isnt the location itself, ordered tires online and scheduled an appointment, unfortunately the online system isnt a smart system, it wont alert the store to order tires if they arent in stock, or check the inventory of the store and place the order if they are needed, it also doesnt always update the store of the appointment properly, so my advice is call the store to let them know you placed an order onlinr and to make sure they have the tires. The staff at the store is very helpful, but the online system isnt.

Experiences here have been very negative for service, but positive for customer interaction. I received fleet service over two visits, both times there were significant delays due to allegedly dead on arrival/defective parts. When I brought it in, I had a blown fuse from a bad start.After having the starter AND battery replaced, I was told the starter was defective.I work electromechanics by trade, and came by to pick up a part I needed for a service call. The hood happened to be popped.I noticed that the ORIGINAL (I marked it) BLOWN fuse for the starter had not been changed and was in fact the exact one it showed up with, meaning they didnt even check the fuse before calling a replacement starter defective.Thank god this was the company fleet paying for it and not me, and I was enjoying my rental car, so I decided to let things play out.By the second return visit they had replaced the alternator, which this part arrived defective, and took around 7-9 days. (Still using the original blown fuse). It is amazing that the fuse was never checked in the entire service period until every starting component had been replaced twice.Every car person should know you check the fuses first, I expected better from ASE mechanics.My close friend used them for his personal vehicle and they drive the car into a bay wall and blamed it on the brakes only because he saw them do it. They wouldnt have told him otherwise. And the brakes were totally fine, he chose not to pursue damages, and was offered a free oil change for a dented front end.The staff is nice and did communicate the state of service throughout. However, I doubt the mechanical prowess and training of the staff, as well as the integrity.

They are expensive. They dont fix anything they put new parts in and tell you that you have lifetime warranty on the parts. And if you have issues with the part that has lifetime warranty on it they will repair it without charging you for the parts but for labor. Unfortunately theres no win win here. Great for last minute stuff but expensive.

I called on a Friday to get an upper and lower ball joint replacement for one of my company trucks. Eric, worked with his already booked schedule to fit me in the following day. Needless to say the truck is really big and proved to be more than we bargained for. One of the mechanics volunteered to stay over an hour late to finish it, knowing it would really help my schedule on the following Monday. From management to the guys out back, I cannot say enough about this business, I highly recommend! Thank you guys, you rock!

This place is awesome. Our go-to place for tires. The times we have needed repairs, they have been fast and very efficient. They had our vehicle back to us in record time.

This shop is by far the most reliable place where you can get your vehicle fixed in a snap. My front wheel was ready in less than 15 minutes, thanks to Nick and his boss Kyle.

I called them on Saturday to confirm a price quote from the internet and availability. They confirmed the price and gave me a 10:00 appointment to INSTALL the tires on Sunday. I arrived at 9:45. They took the car right away. I sat in the waiting room for 90 minutes waiting for the tires to be put on the car. At 11:15 they tell me my brakes are falling apart and quote a price of around $500 to fix them. Theres no squeaking or grinding on the breaks. I call my mechanic who just replaced the tie rod and he says the breaks are at about 50%. I say Put the tires on the car. I sit for another 20 minutes... then ask, What are they doing? the Salesman shrugs and says Checking the alignment. Thats what they were supposed to have done during the first 90 minutes. I say Put the tires on the car. Im leaving and they lecture me about safety and how the breaks work. Monday morning the car passes inspection. Ill go back when I feel like paying for repairs before things need to be fixed.

Great service at reasonable prices. What more can you ask. In 10 years Ive ever been handed a raw deal from these guys. They always do what they can to lessen the blow of an unexpected repair.

Now Fitchburg Tire is open on Sundays and has been accommodating to last minute walk-ins. Be aware that one of the managers, Tim, will put new tires on your car without asking.

I went in for an alignment and left for the half hour and came back so I never got to see if they were actually working on my car. (I didnt think I was going to need to do that) When I picked up my car there was nothing different with my alignment. It was still pulling to the right severely. They never gave me the specs sheet that usually prints out to show everything was even. I had to go back the next day to get done again. Huge waste of my time. This time the specs were printed out because they actually completed the alignment.

Vert disappointed with the service. Just had my car inspected and the other business stated that my vehicle was fine except for my tires. So I went right to firestone even brought them dessert and had 4 new tires repleced 655.00 dollars later I was told that there was something wrong with my brakes. Now that night driving home my vehicle made sounds that I have never heard before and my brakes sounded funny. I contacted them the next a.m. and explained what happened and this is what they gave me for a response OH THE OTHER PLACE MIST BE MESSED UP OR THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. REALLY I SAID. THEY DID KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. MY CAR WAS ATTACHED TO MACHINES! Who does know what they are doing!

I went to my local Firestone on john fitch highway in Fitchburg MA to have my tie rod checked out, they said there was nothing wrong with it but that my sway bar linkages were broke and that they would be glad to fix them for about $230ish, first off I looked online at the price for the parts $13 they wanted $70, so I said forget it went home and looked at it myself there was nothing wrong with them to begin with, bottom line is they made it up because they had to spend time looking at my cars tie rod for free and couldnt find anything so just made something up to made quick money, DONT EVER HAVE THESE GUYS FIX ANYTHING FOR YOU BEFORE YOU HAVE SOMEONE ELSE LOOK AT IT AND CONFIRM THE PROBLEM ACTUALLY EXIST (SHADE BALLS)

Went in to patch a flat tire. They broke my tire pressure sensor, and scratched up my new wheels, and left some adhesive on my wheels and tires.

Only giving them a 2-star just for the inconvenience. Call them earlier this morning told them I need a front alignment on a solid axle truck. Then they told me to bring it down just to tell me the guy that does the solid-axle alignments isnt there. Waste of my time and gas and they didnt even apologize for wasting my time
