This is your typical Walgreens. This location is a Stand alone, large store with a drive through pharmacy. Pharmacy staff are excellent!

Went into Walgreens to drop off a package for UPS. Wayne at the front counter informed me they only accepted FedEx. While I was shopping for other things, Wayne actually found the name, address, and phone number of the nearest UPS store. Talk about going above and beyond...and completely unexpected. He also rang me up with quick, friendly service. This is someone who takes pride in his job.

Every single time I do a photo order with Walgreens it is SUCH A PRODUCTION to pick up. I ordered multiple items in March with different ETAs, one thing could not be located. Came back again in April, they still couldn’t locate it. Despite better judgement, used them again for an order of pictures two days ago. I was handed something much smaller than what I ordered and was told it was mine......because it was my order from March. Got into a back and forth with associate where I was trying to explain that she couldn’t know what I was looking for in my new order because she was looking for the wrong size item and she couldn’t understand that and got super defensive. So awkward!They did offer me a discount for the inconvenience and I was offered to speak to the manager but they’re obviously just under staffed and poorly trained. Giving me a few dollars off or me complaining to a manager doesn’t fix anything. Adequately train your employees, please! Wouldn’t recommend going there unless you love the ambiance of a pharmacy because you’ll have plenty of time to soak it in as there are always ridiculous lines.

Great customer service and very emaculate place clean fresh and so many options in hair care and snacks or medical needs was a very pleasant experience and nice store highly recommend place in the burg........

This pharmacy is a total joke !! They fill scripts you dont take anymore, wont refund your money. I am out more than $60.00 dollars.Today my doctor called in a script and after a half hours, still not filled. Drove home called in and had to call them to see if it was ready. It was so went back to get it. 2 hours wasted time and gas.Never will go back.

If I can help it, I will never go into this Walgreens again. The amount of disrespect from the staff has left me in tears. For 2 weeks now I have been trying to send a package. I was told rudly that I had to go to fed ex and do it online, but I had no guidance so I had to leave and figure out how to create a tag myself. After spending over an hour creating the tag, I was told they could print it out and send it for me at Walgreens. Well I went back once I had my fed ex label ready, but was ignored at first and then when someone did come to help me they didnt ask me if they could help me, they just looked at me waiting for me to speak. Then persisted to tell me their printer hasnt worked in weeks and didnt care to help me at all. I am all set with this place. It should not be this hard, nor should I be disregarded so quickly, when trying to send a package.

Always courteous and kind. I’ve moved and will need to switch Phamacy’s but I’m not happy about it because all of the workers here know our names and scripts without us even having to say anything. They are always helpful with the over the counter med questions too. We’re very pleased with this pharmacy. The store has everything needed as well. Highly recommend.

These people are so rude one lady at the pharmacy called my son chubby and made him cry, The whole way home. They apparebtly no linger cover my insurance which is very recent but didnt tell me until I went to pick up my prescription and on top of it all everytime they call me to tell me they are ready they then proceed ti tell nw that it is not and will be at least another 30 mins. Useless individuals

Tha best Manager is Lucas! Always customer oriented and polite. Not dismissive like another manger. Keep up the good work.

Local staple with great staff

My boyfriend is a double transplante and we went here to get his medication and we couldnt get his amnitriptoline because we couldnt pay for it until the 1st. They ARE ALLOWED to WAVE fees. But they didnt. They refused his medication...that is UNACCEPTABLE. These people are MORONS

I have been continuously overcharged for my prescriptions since January. I have been in contact by phone and have phoned them. I wad was that I would be reimbursed by Corp and they would submit the paperwork. I have received nothing.I called today 10/24 and attempted to speak with a pharmacist. He interrupted me and spoke over me. He kept telling me to call my insurance company to get a refund. The insurance company didnt overcharge me. I asked for corporate number and he would not give it to me. I found it on line and called the store for their store number. The same pharmacist risky have it to me. I am calling corporate and Medicare to have an investigation started. After all he did tell me to contact my insurance company.CHECK THE CHARGES FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE SO THEY DONT GET YOU TOO

Recently went in here and delt with some VERY rude people. Customer service IS NOT a strong point here. Also overly priced and damaged products. DO NOT GO HERE.
