Very disappointed in *this* transaction. I have been a customer a LONG time and I have always been loyal to Tim and the Apple Wellness store and staff. I have purchased many items, some to try to alleviate symptoms, and Ive stuck with month over month. I have set up subscriptions for monthly product delivery and often seek advice from team members - which Ive always appreciated. When I tried to do a return of products I was given a major hassle (and education) on the policy even though there were extenuating circumstances which Andrew from the Fitchburg store could have cared less about and made that clear to me. I know there needs to be policies & generally I would have no issue - in this particular case I was advised by a physician to stop taking a supplement (which I had purchased several months of in the Summer when it was on sale so it would last me through the Fall). I had just opened the last bottle when I was told to stop taking it (for now). He fought with me about the return (for credit) because it was over the 30 day time frame (even though I bought 5 months worth to get me to this point) so the current bottle I wanted credit for was only a week old AND it was by advice of a practitioner to stop taking it. Ive never researched other supplement retail stores because Ive never felt the need to do so; I hate to have to start now but this encounter soured my thoughts on a lot of great transactions.

Came in for some hydrolyzed collagen, amino acids and a daily multivitamin. Olivia mentioned she was fairly new but was very helpful in answering my questions and getting me the products I needed. The price comparison to stores like Vitamin Shoppe or GNC, The Healthy Place seems to be more reasonably priced. Im Always impressed with (the owner) Tims ability to hire knowledgeable and courteous employees. Been coming here for 5+ years and Ill definitely be a lifetime customer. 5 stars all day!

I purchase CBD capsules for my autistic brother that seem to help him a lot. Medicaid well not cover CBD, I pay for it myself. Very happy with the product and the knowledgeable staff. The customer service when it comes to anything else has issues. Because my brother lives in a home where he had staff that care for him, I set up auto ship for every 2 months to be sure my brother would be able to continue his progress with CBD and I wouldnt have to worry about him running out. His staff was sent the correct 2 month supply on 8/25/21, but then it was sent again 9/2/21 and 9/8/21. To almost $300 all on one month. I cant afford that extra expense. I called when I realized this was happening, before the 3rd order was sent. I was told it would be cancelled. It wasnt. Today I called again to see if they would rectify the situation. I explained how the CBD isnt mailed to me but my brothers staffing agency. That was I big reason I did not know this was happening since I want getting the product at my home. They asked if could give me a call back. I had hopes that they would step up and do the right thing, unfortunately that did not happen. I was asked what I wanted the CBD doesnt expire until 2023 really???? I explained why that wasnt a good idea. No offer to refund at least 1 of the 3??? I will be disputing the transactions now. I tried to do the right thing and call.

Amazing place, Amazing Staff, we will continue to frequent The Heathy Place-Apple Wellness! My mom and I went today with a specific diagnosis she had received. We were looking for alternate healthy choices to heal, rather than the pill the doctor prescribed to just cover the pain. Billy took the time to understand what my mom needed and explained in great detail what he would recommend as a starting point in her journey to heal. Billy set my mom up with a daily regimen and even took the time to write out how often she should take the vitamins and supplements. We have ordered from and/or visited Apple Wellness several times and have always been very pleased with their customer service and their products. Yesterday I placed an online order and told them I was hoping to receive it quickly because it was for my cat who was recently diagnosed with cancer. They actually put it on their delivery truck that same day and I received it (with no shipping charges) a couple of hours after ordering! Now THAT’S some awesome customer service! Visited for the first time last month. I’d heard of some supplements I wanted to try for help with anxiety and acne. I went in and was impressed with the large product selection and knowledge from the helpful staff. No one wants to go in for health-related needs and feel sold to with a pitch. Very knowledgeable staff! They recommend a product, it comes with a 90 day guarantee. If it doesn’t work, bring it back and they give you store credit to try something else. I tried it, it didn’t work, I took it back and NO HASSLE got something else to try (same price). I get to try this out for 90 days and if it doesn’t work, I can keep trying on my initial investment. Can’t get that kind of guarantee at the doctor’s office! The doctor’s office couldn’t help me with my pain, that’s the reason I tried Apple Wellness in the first place. Hoping this product works for me, if not, onto the next thing at no additional cost! The doctor’s office would never do that...

Apple Wellness knowledgeable staff is very valuable. Talking with them in the store or over the phone is worthwhile. They have been able to work with me for health issues that doctors could not or would not help with me. I can say that I am pain-free and inflammation-free because they were willing to work with me and suggest some great resources and products. I presented a lot of current/past life situations which also coincide with supplements and doctor prescribed medication. I was skeptical to go to any store that sold wellness items. My girlfriend convinced me to go and I am so glad I did.
