When I ordered the product, I wasnt aware that I had to pick it up INSIDE the store. I am immune compromised and, therefore, cannot be around people. So, I called the store to report my error. They were kind enough to accommodate my needs by having someone deliver the product into my trunk without personal contact. I do not have an iphone, so I could not use the app to have the employee deliver the item to my car. I am so appreciative of your personnels personal treatment. Thank you for such great employees!

This target has more than the average Target in the way of food selection making it possible to get most of your everyday grocery shopping done here. Prices are competive, especially on produce such as bananas. The main complete I have is there consistent struggle to keep some items, such as spices, restocked. Seeing large sections of empty shelves is disappointing so it would be nice if they would pick new items to stock rather leaving some shelves empty for months on end.

Ordered a item for pickup, took longer than the 2 hours and sold out before my order was fulfilled. No apology offered no alternate pickup or ship option. Just we don’t have it anymore because we took our sweet time filling your pickup order.

Love the curbside pickup! I order at least once a month. Ive rarely had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order. Its incredibly fast and convenient. I had exactly one order where the employee left one of my bags in the store. Since then I am sure to pull over and check the contents of all of my bags and havent had another occurrence. Moreover, the app gets better and better. I can now select exactly where I want my groceries (trunk, left passenger door, etc.). I usually find that the Target prices are far less than Amazon.

I just came in to grab something cute for an interview, of course while stressing out. I passed by Carolyn, I think that’s how you spell it, and quickly asked her if the dressing rooms were open. Due to covid they were closed for a while. Not only was she super kind and helpful, she also wished me luck for my interview. She helped me find my whole outfit including shoes. I don’t think Ive had that positive of an experience stress shopping. I am not only less stressed, I finally have that experience I’ve wanted. I have worked in customer service for years, granted I’m only 20, Ive never had an experience where I feel welcomed into a facility. Huge thank you Carolyn for the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The employees are extremely kind and always ready to assist you. Extra thanks to the young lady who was working in the kitchen department last night (Wednesday 2-17-12) She was busy stocking but I asked if she could check availability of an item I bought the week before but the shelf didn’t have any. She was able to find it and genuinely seemed happy to do so.

I was looking for a item today . I had looked on the app before coming in and they had some.I went to the dept and could not find them. I knew they had them Per the app.A young man came by who was filling orders he tried to help me but had no idea so he called for help.What was their response? We don’t have anyone who can help you. I am so serious this is what this young man was told.So imagine my surprise when I left that dept to go check out and 3, THREE managers were standing around by the registers having a chat fest- actually making comments about people who were there at 530 in the am for the collectors cards.Nice way to treat your customers- make comments about them.One of these ETLS - was Haley( know this from shopping here too often. Two other males were there with her looked to be mgmt as well.So more important to chat than Help your customers.

The bakery MADE my day! They did amazing work on the cake for my boyfriends birthday, I am SO happy with them! Thank you!

The store was neat & clean. The young man who was my cashier was also very friendly and did a great job bagging my purchases. He made sure that my food was separate from my cleaning chemicals. He even asked if I wanted to keep a candy bar and beverage out (to eat on the way home I assume ;) ).The gentleman at the retuns counter was also very pleasant & helpful with processing my multiple after-Christmas returns.

Target had a nice variety and options for everything I was looking for. The order was ready for pick up quickly, I received everything I ordered and the employee was very nice and helpful.

Guest desk didn’t pick up for over 10 minutes. No hold queue so I guess one has to hope they’re staffed appropriately.Then, as if that weren’t bad enough, “HR” picked up and told me it not “allowed” to have a proxy pick up my order. Um, I’m disabled with no family, I think my cab driver can handle it. Unbelievable. Will stick with Walmart pick up until they finally deliver in Madison proper. Maybe it’s cause this store is in Fitchburg....

I can usually find Target employees who will check to see if something is in stock when it is not on the shelves, and they will often say hello in passing. It is a very friendly place.

The store is always clean and the staff is always helpful. They genuinely care about giving a good customer service experience, as well as being concerned about health and safety regulations.

So its COVID-19. Target in this location was really pro-active. People were wearing masks. The store was easy to navigate and there was space to shop. I dont usually like Targets produce. I was here for a hotel stay and hoping to find greens and take out without spending tons of money and this was good. I found some greens carrots and take out salad with a few frozen things I could zap in a microwave in my hotel. This made it possible for me to enjoy a night in the area without having to do fast food so thanks. The store was really over the top in a good way in making me feel safe as a customer and people - staff included - wore masks and it was overall very positive and Id shop here again in the area.

This Target (6321 McKee Rd, Fitchburg, WI 53719-5017) is a store where you can but almost anything from furniture to groceries, including live flowers (roses, etc.). The store was recently remodeled a and they did a wonderful job. With the new layout of the store it is easy to find what you are looking for and is super spacious. It is nice to just walk around and shop. The store is very clean and organized. The shelves are always stocked and item are always available. They have an excellent grocery that rivals large supermarket. Price are reasonable. Excellent location near intersection of just highway PD and Verona Road. Easy to get to. The bathrooms are very clean and maintained. Above all, the employees are exceptional. They are helpful, friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeably...they are great! Great job Target and staff!!!

I have been using this Target for year. The staff are always quick and friendly. Its a great shopping experience and I love the Drive Up delivery option.

Affordability and good selection of products

This is our favorite go to store for all things toys, food and household needs. Theres always plenty of parking, even when the store is busy and conveniently located west of Madison too!

More expensive than Walmart but super nice

Love Target but with me not being able to go shopping I love that I was able to order for pickup to save my husband having to search and find. He was happy with ease of pickup even though 1 person was handling pickup and returns. A long wait would definitely turn him off so I’m happy only 2 people in front of him.

I love Target for its design sense, quality at a reasonable price and pleasant shopping experience. I love that you have clothing in quality fabrics like cotton & rayon and that the styles are up-to-date but also comfortable & not too extreme. As we seem to be losing retail stores at a rapid rate, I hope Target will remain for a good long time to come.

I work from home and was rapidly running out of copier paper. While stocking up to isolate for a long time, I had not thought of the paper. I am over seventy and have health issues, so I used Targets pick up service and it was perfect. I had problems with the Target App when I got there, so I called the service desk and the clerk was bringing my package to me in minutes. I opened my trunk from inside the car, he put the package in there. We waved to each other and I was back home. I isolated the package in my trunk for a couple days. I feel safe using the product and my outing, thanks to the wonderful staff at the Fitchburg Target in Madison WI. Thank you from the old girl, guys!

They have good sales and clearance racks are the best and you can order on line and pickup at the store or have it shipped to your home. Returns are easy

My husband and I were looking to use our in store baby registry discount and spend a good amount of change on baby stuff. We were looking to purchase a baby swing that said they had in stock online but didn’t. The girl at the service desk was really rude and not helpful. We already had a cart full of stuff and basically just said you will have to go to a different store. It was really disappointing experience and so we left to go to the Madison west store and they had great customer service there.

The Target on McKee is clean, well lit, well stocked, and the staff members are available to answer questions. I go here frequently for home, pharmacy, and clothing needs. Ive recently redecorated my home via the online site and free home delivery. With my Red card I earned gift cards in excess of$200w while also saving on each order. I did a lot of price and quality comparisons and found that Target was my best vendor.

Fastest curbside pickup

Would get 5 but always have ti wait 10’s of minutes to check out in the middle of a weekend afternoon. Have 4-5 lanes open doesn’t seem efficient on a weekend afternoon.

Super Target in Fitchburg recently had a huge makeover and everything looks great!! It can be a little difficult to find things if you’re used to the old layout, but staff there is friendly and reliable to help you find your way. Today I was looking at TVs for sale and Cole was unbelievably knowledgeable about them!! He answered all my questions and was extremely professional and friendly! Looking forward to visiting this Super Target again!!!

Too big of a store for me. The remodel looks great, but was it was hard to find anything as I was used to old layout. Not a fan of the supermarket versions of Target as the register lines can be long as the clerk scans all the items from the grocery section.

Good location, kept clean and well staffed. There always seems to be one side of the self checkouts not working, maybe they only want one self checkout bank open at a time? Either way I always seem to park on the opposite side of the open self checkout lanes and if youre there for a quick browse grab and go the self checkout is where its at. Its hit or miss if they will have a bunch of checkout counters open, or just 3, but usually pretty busy regardless of the time of day. Overall I like shopping here and they usually have everything I need eliminating trips to other stores. Maybe open an express lane? That would be cool.

I have never been too impressed with Target Stores at all.... But while out looking for a quick pair of gym shoes I paid a visit to Target, of the 8 double side isles of shoes one side had 3 pair of gyms shoes for men. Really Target? Men shop for shoes to and your available options for men SUCK!!... The person at Corporate that handles shoes needs to be fired!!!....

I love this target. They are in the midst of some remodeling right now but it looks great. It is honestly dangerous to come here... I never leave with only what I intended to buy.

I sort of hate what they did with their soft goods area in the remodel. Its a confusing maze and makes me not want to go there. The food area and hard goods areas are fine if you can find your way through the clothing maze ;)

This trip was less than pleasant due to the sales associates lack of interest in helping me locate an item nor did they ask for help from a more senior team member. Ive begun to notice a lack of training that sales associates get with regard to attentive guest assistance.

So convenient!!! Quick and easy! The team member who brought my items to me was also very pleasant!! This service made school supply shopping during the middle of a really long stretch at work possible for us!! Thanks!!!

Used to be my favorite store but the remodel has made it difficult to find things. The layout makes no sense. I dont want to wander around the whole store searching for stuff. Im going to shop at the West side store to make shopping easier.

This store has a very convenient assortment of household items. I dont buy groceries here, however, because the produce is often in bad shape. Grapes are covered in layers of dust; yuck. Employees are generally helpful when approached, but Ive had bad experiences at check-out recently. The managers were nowhere to be found when I needed somebody over 18 to scan my beer, resulting in unacceptable waiting periods for me (and those behind me in line).

A newer style Target with the grocery section. Very clean and well organized. The grocery dept has some pretty good deals and some little odds and ends that you wont find in other local stores. Found the staff in the electronics section quite helpful.

I went in there the other day to buy some Magic the Gathering cards for my brother. After he unpacked them he showed that one of the packs was resealed, it was super glued shut... He opened the pack up and the cards werent in the correct order they usually are (Commons, Uncommons, Rares, Mythics, Foils, Lands, Tokens) His pack went from Commons, Tokens, Foil, Uncommons, Rares, Lands. So Im making sure not to go back to Target now since youre scamming people out of what they bought.

Not sure if this is true, but I have heard Target Employees in the Madison area are put on an on call schedule. This means target employees must call before their on call shifts begins to see if the store is busy and they need to come in. If not, they dont get paid. From my understanding, these employees dont get paid a standard rate for being on call (some places pay $2-3/hour).For lower wage employees, I feel this scheduling is unacceptable and I will not support Target business if this is the case. If anyone could please provide insight if this is true or not true I would greatly appreciate it. I will change my review of Target when I have more information, but for now this is what I have.

The most important reason I selected a 10 is because the atmosphere and mood in target is very bright and fun.

This target location is great. Groceries are definitely a bit higher in price in comparison to Hy-Vee given their frequent deals, but their home decor products are excellent in quality and price. At this location, there is always plenty of options and deals.

I only wish #47 bus line shelter close to there way more convenient in the future.

I always enjoy going to this Target. Everything is well stocked, the employees are super friendly and helpful, and I can always find what I need. That combined with Cartwheel makes Target my go-to store for shopping, and this location is by far my favorite.

The Fitchburg superstore is a shambles during remodeling. It is impossible to find anything and staff had a hard time figuring out where things were. A quick drop-in to pick up a few items took over an hour as a result.

A very standard target experience. Folks working there are generally nice. The produce, meat and bakery sections are kind of weak, but passable for the basics. For good stuff go to Hyvee next door.

Yesterday I went into target to grab a few groceries late at night, tired from a long work day, and just overall wasnt in the best mood. I had grabbed a glass coffee drink for the morning and as I was checking out I dropped it. SO EMBARRASSING. I was that person and I felt like everyone around was staring. I WISH i got her name but she carried herself like a manager- A personal THANK YOU for being so sweet and making me feel like I wasnt such a terrible person, grabbing me a new drink, and cracking jokes about it. My day was just the worst so having someone be so nice just made my night so much better. Its the little things. Sorry again and thanks Target for continuing being my favorite store.

This Target is a typical Target. Some times the lines are long and there are a small number of registers open and a few times I needed help and couldnt find someone to help me. This is well stocked and usually clean.

Who doesnt love Target, right? I know I do BUT Ive noticed the staff and good amount of people that shop here are rude and opinionated. My son threw a fit, hit me with a curtain rod, and I raised my voice. I had a very non helpful cashier, who wasnt patient and on a customer in the store actually came up to me with her better mom than you, opinions...FYI, if a kid is throwing a tantrum, its generally because they were told no about purchasing something, mind your own business or lend a helping hand especially if you see a mother struggling to even get through check out ;)
