Do yourself a favor do not purchase anything from the dealer. CROOK IS PUTTING IT LIGHTLY. HE IS IN CAHOOTS WITH THE GUY ACROSS THE STREET DOING FRAUDULENT INSPECTIONS. THEY PASSED THE TRUCK I BOUGHT AND SAYING IT WAS SAFE. I CALLED THE RMV AFTER TAKING THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP PRIME TOYOTA. MIKE HAD TO RE-INSPECT THE CAR AND DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION MADE THEM FAIL THE CAR . WEST LAKE FINANCIAL MADE THE DEALERSHIP BUY THE CAR BACK. I HAVE THE ATTORNEY GENERAL INVOLVED AND GOING TO FITCHBURG DISTRICT COURT. THEY STILL HAVE NOT GIVEN ME MY MONEY BACK. DONT GET FOOLED.

The custumer service in here are the worst. The owner is an incomprehensible person... he sells cars that claim to be fine and do not work. I bought a car for $ 6,000 and I have spent more than $ 2,000 in repairs and every week it is a new problem ...The cars in this place are not good, 0 recomendation!

I just purchased my second vehicle from here for a great price with a bumper to bumper warranty they even inspected it for me, changed couple light bulbs and wipers free of charge.You cant find any better salesman than Albert.If you are looking for a used car you have to make a stop and check what they have. Terrible. Charged me 30 dollars to have my headlight adjusted for my inspection. Turned my low beams into high beams. How? Don’t even think about coming here if you think you’re gonna save a few dollars, they will try everything to hustle those few dollars from you. My parent came here just for a simple tire change and they came up with bunch things that they thought needed servicing. A whole new drive shaft. Ok replaced them. But did everything wrong from over inflating the tires to the rubber boots of the drive shaft. ??? We had to take the car to firestone just to have everything they did completely redone. The people at firestone felt bad that they cut the labor cost in half. Nothing but con artists

I came to fix my car at this place because it was making noises when I steered the driving wheel. I had a person at this location look at it and tell me that it was a bad power steering pump. After I paid $350 to fix the pump, 2 days later the sound came back on so I brought it back to this place to the same person that worked on my car. The person puts power steering fluid and the noise goes away immediately. So the guy looks at the engine again and tells me that it needs a $60 hose from the manufacturer since it is leaking power steering fluid. Long story short, the service was misdiagnosed. The real issue was just to fix the hose and not the power steering pump. It is extremely unfortunate that after spending $350.00 these people did not take a look at the real problem which was just to fix a $60.00 hose. On top of it all, the guy tells me to go to Toyota and buy the $60 and replace it. So my car is still not fixed and and I just spend $350. Please be aware of this business and the service they provide to your car.

Wow...what can I say. Just a truly awesome experience!! Albert was very friendly and got me a screaming deal on a used Mazda 3. He also was very flexible (as a truck driver I cant always be around) so he worked with me to make sure the car was in the condition I wanted and was upfront and honest. It felt like I was buying from a family member; not a salesman. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Buy a car here, fix it here, inspect it here...one stop shop for all your used car needs. I was looking for a used BMW for a little while on different websites. I tried to contact many of the dealers about different vehicles but only 2 responded to me. Eddy told me that the car I was inquiring about had been sold but they had a similar one coming in that afternoon. Eddy told me it was literally coming in and hadnt been touched yet. After visiting dealerships in Worcester, Leominster and New Hampshire, I found River Street Auto and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and experience. Unlike the salesmen at other dealerships, Albert offered tips and advise for a proper purchase and didnt try to scam me or put me in to the most expensive car on the lot. They even double-checked the vehicle for issues, and all is well!! Don’t look, don’t think, don’t even say a River Street . There’s nothing good about this place and it deserves to be shut down. I bought a Hyundai Sonata from them and immediately was having problems. Two days later car broke down the engine died!! The car and was constantly being the car for repairs. I bought the Carfax myself and saw my car was involved in multiple accident with airbags deployed. When I went to repair shop next to River Street they asked where did I get the car from and I replied with “in River Street -.. they cut me off and said “A River Street ?” And shook their heads. They even said this place should be shut down due to the amount of complaints and bad cars they sell! Had I would’ve known my car was in an accident I wouldn’t never had purchased it! They lied and took the money. Also, if you do buy a car bring your own mechanic, and look at the fine print. Don’t do the inspection with them they are cheater. Most of the good reviews are fake. After when I purchased the car he told me to open my phone and give him 5 stars review

Sadly i didnt buy my car from them but i did bring a car that i bought from another dealer to therm for inspection. the guy that inspected my car and failed it took me aside showed me the problem explained everything that needed to be done and what he could do to help me pass it as i was not made of money. the fact that he took the time and made the effort to help me the best he could and not take advantage of me as a girl who little about cars was a big deal to me i knew he wasnt out for my money and like other garages. im glad i went to them and i will not go to anyone else for any if my car needs ever. this place is great everyone there is helpful and actually care about their customers not just their wallets i highly recommend them!!!!!

Just had car inspected. They have a very nice waiting area.

They are a satellite for u- haul and had a very bad experience. Delayed us 2 hours. Couldnt find keys for truck, was suppose to open at 8 and someone showed up at 845. Was just very wrong especially when your moving and you are paying people on the other end to wait around for you.
