We had been looking for a new vehicle and this was the first place that didnt judge us and spoke to us as it didnt matter our skin type or that we were a lesbian couple it was refreshing and you can tell that amazing people run this business they are honest . We got an amazing vehicle and I will be doing bissness there in the future.

Went to Rick Rubertis because of the positive reviews. Most of the cars sold here are on the higher end but I was surprised to find a few on the website that were actually in my range. So I went. Not sure if its because Im a younger minority but I personally feel like I wasnt taken seriously when I inquired about a car. A younger salesman went from telling me the car was being serviced, to saying it was on a test drive, and when I asked when it would be back, he said it was being test driven for a whole day. I asked about another car. He said hed go see. I stood there for 10 minutes and he never came back. So I left. Im certain this wasnt Rick himself but Im leaving a bad review just because the customer service was non existent and I feel like I was being discriminated against due to the fact that Im not a wealthy caucasian. Went to Webnik across the street and drove off with a car hours after. Find better help, Rick

From the moment I walked in until I left, Rick made my car buying experience an extremely pleasant one. Never did I feel intimidated or pressured. The process was stress-free and I felt well cared for and heard. Honestly, it felt like family, very welcoming. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a new car purchase. Would not recommend and will not do business here again. It started with him losing our paperwork, then my title was sent to the wrong bank. I had to call continuously for over 4 months to get it sorted out and I was told several times it was taken care of when it wasn’t. We purchased the car and the date of it getting fixed kept getting pushed back by weeks. The whole process was just a huge headache from beginning to end.

Terrible terrible experience since May of 2021. I’ve had to get the attorney general involved. Not worth the time nor the money. I’ve spent over $6000 there and my car still hasn’t been fixed nor do I have an eta on p/u. Both times I picked up my car after repairs not only did the check engine light come back on but the entire engine seized resulting in a full engine replacement only to pick it up “ as repaired” for check engine light to come back on and overheat again. Someone clearly does not know what they’re doing and Rick & his team are TOTALLY unresponsive. It has been a month since then and I’ve paid but still don’t have my car yet. Was promised my car today, to no avail no car and no response from the dealer nor mechanic. Next steps are waiting for the attorney general to do their part. Don’t waste your time or your money go to a certified dealership. I’ve attached text conversations as well as proof that they are non responsive, I was promised a loaner vehicle all of which never happened as Rick never answered the phone and kept transferring me to speak with the mechanic. As the owner of a business where customer service is key, this place is HIGHLY unprofessional and I am quite disappointed in the service that I received as a single mother. Definitely an inconvenience with three children, my car should have been top priority seizing how I’ve already paid for the service and my car was improperly serviced. I’ve attached text conversations between both myself and Rick and his lead mechanicBecause they turned off the comments and I can’t respond- Rick, Mauricio have several seats before it even got to an engine replacement you all had two times to try fix it and IF you could not then I could have went elsewhere. Both times a repair was done I didn’t even make it to 190 back to Worcester. The second time your own mechanic was passing by me on John Fitch and seen me broke down, after just leaving your establishment with a $1700.00 bill. First bill was 531, second 1700, 3rd 4300? How could I have driven it, when it was on your possession for these repairs since Mother’s Day wkd. Yes it was sitting there twice I came looking for a repaired vehicle and it wasn’t done so, and your mechanics couldn’t verify that the problem was fixed. You did not ADVISE me anything and if I’m paying you to rebuild my 18 yr old car then that’s what I’m paying you to do. You wanted me to pay you 17,000 for a Range Rover evoque, in which the check engine light was on in this “loaner car”.You all are in the habit of trying to take peoples money when you in fact can’t do it at all. How is that it’s never addressed as to why you had to fire your whole mechanics team twice during this whole ordeal, or was that a lie to pass by time. As soon as I filed with the attorney generals and in small claims court a fire was put under your butts.Unprofessional, matter of fact are these guys even professionals ? You were eager to accept my money, and I was eager for you to produce and you did not. All it takes is one bad review no matter how you try and swing it. I appreciate the effort the proof is in the pudding. Now you all have an even better one and try not to end up in court with someone else

I never dealt with Rick face-to-face, only in emails. He was very quick to respond back to my questions, and willing to work with me on a great deal for the Corvette I was looking at. He was even willing to drive it closer so I did not have to drive so far to pick it up. I ended up buying a comparable vehicle much closer to where I live. Thank you very much for all your help, I will definitely consider buying a vehicle from you in the future.

I found the car I was looking for on their Craigslist ad. I got a solid deal on my new car and it was delivered immediately. I had a rewarding car buying experience this time around. Rick and Mauricio are the most diligent customer service men. They have proven to me that they have integrity. If you see the car your looking for at Rick Ruberti no need to look any futher.

Rick is my “go to” guy for sales and repair. He gives a very reasonable quote that’s usually quite accurate. The thing I really like though is the “heads up “ of possible future problems. Also I like the fact that when doing the repair if anything else pops up they let you know, instead of just doing the original repair and letting you have a problem later that could have been avoided and charging more for repeat labor. I’m always satisfied and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very helpful, thorough and reliable. A+

Man that was easy. I drive by and see this Jeep out front That catches my eye. Although I was in the market to trade in my sedan for a truck or a Jeep I didn’t think that in 2 hours I’d be driving away, in said Jeep. Even during the current times with huge lines at banks, we were able to seal the deal in less than 2 hours. Even days later I had a small concern over a noise, Rick and his guys dropped what they were doing to check it out and resolve the issue. I highly recommend that next time you’re vehicle shopping you start at Ricks, Support local small businesses.

Very helpful, great customer service. They didnt have what we were looking for, but they still treated us respectfully. We will go back when were in the market again. They were recommended to us by quite a few people.

My Daughter and I visited quite a few car dealers looking for something that would fit what she wanted, and what we could afford. I couldnt believe the condition of some of the vehicles OTHER dealers were trying to sell. Dirty interiors, etc... Im REALLY Glad we stopped into Rick Rubertis. All the vehicles were super clean, which I took as a good sign. We saw one we liked, so we took it for a test drive. After that, we sat with Rick for quite a while and he took the time to answer all of our questions. Super nice guy!!! We took the weekend to think it over, hoping no one else would grab it. We went back Monday morning to try and get it. Rick was wicked helpful in getting everything done. We basically had to do nothing but sign on the dotted line. They handled everything for us, from the Financing to getting the registration and plates. Its been a few months and I noticed Rick out there washing his cars, so figured I owed him a review. I couldnt be happier with how well things went, and my Daughter LOVES her new SUV.

Last February I financed a 2011 Jeep Liberty. He took $500 off the 13k price and it was still $300 more than book value but proceeded with the process anyways. Heat didn’t work, break light was out, car got towed 3 times within a month for an electrical problem rick stated he couldn’t figure out, transmission fluid leak, needed all 4 new tires and all 4 new brakes and 2 new calibers, a coil, spark plug, and now needs a $3000 fix. I’m out $7000 over and now need to take out a 20000 loan to get a decent car and doing all this with a new born. Not to mention when I needed my brakes fixed his mechanic told me for 2 front brakes alone would be $750!!! I went to Demers and got all 4 brakes and new calibers for $600. He definitely just breezes by the lemon law and hes playing a very dangerous game, again I had this car for a year.

Purchased my first car here. Employees are extremely helpful, open and HONEST with all information regarding what car youre looking at. They had no issue with letting me take it to my mechanic to check it out top to bottom. Its been several months since I bought the Taurus and it runs great. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Super friendly. Went there with my friend so she could test drive a vehicle. We had her daughter with us who is 3 and she wanted water and tried to just go get it herself. So we took it as a teaching opportunity for her to learn to ask before taking and the Secretary picked up on that and went with it. That has nothing to do with a car I know but I loved how friendly they were about it.

He is a crook my daughter bought a car from him in April for $5600 plus her trade and had to bring it back because it wouldn’t pass inspection. The break light was on, exhaust had a leak and the windshield was cracked. He patched the exhaust, replaced windshield and said it just needed brake fluid and I got the sticker. 5 weeks later the break light came on again and I lost breaks completely and had to bring it back. He said it was something to do with the battery and sent her on her way. A few weeks later, now in July, the brakes went again only causing her to barely avoid accident. Rick then test drove and said that it was unsafe for her to drive and that he could not let her take it and he also could not and would not repair. His exact words were ”It needs to be junked” as it needs abs system and it’s $5000 and he’s not fixing it. She asked him if he would be willing to trade for something else. His offer was to give me 4000 for the car I paid 5600 for and a mini van plus $6000 cash. My daughter went to get all of her paperwork from repairs and failed inspection in the car and mysteriously all paperwork was missing. Rick told her that someone needed it for the vin number. After another week of waiting for him to counter offer He offered another vehicle (that books for $4600) for my broken 5600 car and 3000 cash! Seriously!It is exactly these kind of dealings that give the used car industry a bad name. If this man has no issue stealing personal belongings and money from an honest 27year old single mom of two children then be assured he will do it to you, bottom line is I bought a car in April drove it five weeks and now we’re into September and still have no vehicle ! BUYER BEWARE

This is by far one of the best dealerships in the area, everyone is so respectful, helpful, and they always make sure you leave satisfied and that kind of business is what will have me buying cars from rick again in the future. Any issues ive had with my car in the few months have all been effectively and promptly fixed to little or no charge. If you are looking for a first car like i was or just trying to get another one i would definitely recommend over any competition without a doubt 👍

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I just drove two hours, Took the vehicle for a test drive, fell in love with the Vehicle, and then went to sign the purchase agreement and noticed it was $6000 higher than the price listed on craigslist. I was then told that craigslist made an error. Well craigslist is not in charge of postings. Sellers are. That was a waste of my time which I don’t have any of as a single mom of three kids. Please avoid this place so you don’t get scammed. That was absolute fraud.

Rick always makes my auto repairs an easy experience with excellent craftsmanship. They now even have a waiting area with FREE coffee, drinks and snacks ...plus a big screen tv with Netflix. Highly recommend!!

BEWARE!All set to trade our 2 door for a 4 door and the lady submits the wrong loan amount on the forms, the bank sends them the money but we have to cancel the deal. More than a month later they still havent sent the money back to the bank! Rick has repeatedly told us hed fix their error and return the money but we are now being charged interest and have made a payment on a loan for a vehicle we dont own!!!Daisy was arrogant and pressured the sale then she goes off on vacation as if she hasnt a care in the world while thousands of OUR dollars sit in their bank account. Their not salespeople, theyre just thieves- shop anywhere else!

If I could, I would put no star because the service here is absolutely horrifying. There are no words to explain how much of a joke rick rubertis auto sale is. This man deserves zero respect from anyone and is a cheap bastard. He has continuously treated me with enormous disrespect and I warn you to turn away immediately. Dont be fooled by the $10,000 cars on the lot this man will find a way to get around giving you the service he says he will and his word should NEVER be trusted. Please read this and PLEASE do not make the mistake I did. All this man wants is his money and then youre not his problem anymore apparently and no matter what warranty you get, if he doesnt want to fix it or finds something he doesnt like about the car since youve had it, he will do anything and everything to lie his way into not helping you and will be EXTREMELY rude to get his point across.
