So I had work done before they where reasonable price wise. So I call them and ask to press balljoint for me they couldn’t give me price over phone so I took my searing knuckled and axle off truck and took it to them drop off 3:10 pm. I get the call at 4:20 saying they are done and 225$ will cover it. I was dumbfounded. I got there I told them I thought the price was crazy he tell me hell do for 200$ I ask how much they charge for labor he said 100 $ hour so his excuse was he had 2 different guys working on it and they had to use a torch. There’s nothing I can do I had to pay the bill but I cannot believe that they charge me $200. I was thinking an hours worth of labor and I would be it. I got a price quote from Firestone auto $794 for them to do all the work and the alignment after they completed the work I gave the parts all they did was press him one mechanic should’ve been able to do that in 30 minutes I just don’t have no air tools to do it myself.Your work is good just feel like you charge me 2 hours labor cause had 2 guys work on it that’s all

Great prices, friendly staff and best quality around hands down. Got a new exhaust for my Ram 1500 and they guided me through the process. Showed me everything that they were going to do and explained everything in detail. Travis does the best welds in the area and would definitely recommend him for any repairs that you need. I also randomly stopped by with my ATV one day that had a cracked frame. I needed it in 2 days because the weekend was coming and I wanted to use it. Travis and Johnny didn’t hesitate and got it done for me as fast as they could so I could go out and enjoy my weekend. Honestly these guys are awesome. They’re honest and genuinely good people.

Full restoration of an 08 Silverado w/ 114k miles, starting with a complete frame swap...These guys are there to help with any issue...The truck is brand new tight and will last another 10 years of worry free traveling... this truck has another 200k miles in it...Expensive is only a word that people use when they want quality for shoddy work prices.You get what you pay for here..... I had an AC issue in my car that was misdiagnosed by another shop. Not only that, the price I was quoted for the wrong job at the other shop was closer to what a dealership would have charged. The guys at John Fitch Exhaust thoroughly and accurately diagnosed the issue, as well as leak in the transfer case I wasnt aware of. They were able to get the RIGHT parts for the job and repair all the problems for considerably less than the dealer. ICE COLD AC now!
