John and the team are always friendly and helpful. I have bought multiple sets of tires off them always at a great price and you can’t beat the insurance. Even when I’ve had to cancel they’ve been super friendly! I won’t hesitate to buy another set of tires or get service done by then.

Cant say enough good things about these people. John and Matt truly care about people that are in a desperate situation. My work van blew a brake line over night and triple A towed it there. I called them in the morning and expressed the urgency of needing my van that day to continue with my work schedule. And expressed that I was willing to pay extra for an emergency repair. They had me back on the road by noon and didnt over charge me to do so. Great job guys. And my family thanks you also because I was home by the weekend.

I spoke to the manager at Demers and in less than 2 minutes knew is was going to be a bad experience. Despite finding a warranty-covered problem with my tires (and admitting it) they tried (HARD) to squirm out of doing the work because it wasnt going to be profitable for them. They treated me like crap and wasted my time.There are a lot better tire places in the Leomister/Fitchburg area (Violas for example, or even the Expert tire chain up the road) - I would definitely go elsewhere.

Worst experience I have ever dealt with. Screwed me out of as much money as they possibly could. Im a single mother who works hard to support my daughter on one income and I expected honest, quality service. Brought it in for a crank shaft position sensor to be replaced and now $2000 later they finally replaced the part. In the meantime Ive had to have 2 tows, missed 3 days of work, put the life of me and my child in danger, been lied to repeatedly about what was done to my car. I brought it in for a crank shaft position sensor which I had picked up at AutoZone, not realizing how hard it was to get to and replace, so I brought it to them to replace. I was told the part was defective and that they were getting another from AutoZone. Continually was told that they were getting a second sensor because the one I had bought was defective. Once inside they told me that they also needed to replace the water pump, timing belt, both serpentine belts, oil pump belt, and engine pulleys (which seemed ridiculous but I was told I had to or they probably wouldnt last). After picking it up the first time a quarter mile down the road the serpentine belt snapped and I lost power steering so I brought it right back. They said they didnt adjust the tension correctly and replaced it again. I picked it up, drove it home and the next morning at work the check engine light came back on and it wouldnt start. I was told the starter went so I replaced that. Also I was told the light was still on for the CSP sensor that had been replaced so he said he would just reset the light again and it should be fine. I drove it home and broke down again on the way to work the next morning (with no warning the car shut off while driving and I lost brakes and power steering) so I had to have it towed at my expense again. Then they called me to say the CSP sensor was defective... again. I questioned this as they said they had already replaced it since the last one was defective. This is when they told me they never actually replaced it the first time because they realized it wasnt defective, they had just put it in backwards!! But now, three days later it is defective. Why I have to pay for labor a third time for a part they said they had already replaced is beyond me. This means I have paid labor three times for them to replace a sensor. How they think its okay to tell me they were replacing it and waiting for the new part when that never actually happened blows my mind. Ive never been lied to and so blatantly ripped off so much in my life. So disappointed and now Im afraid to drive the car as it seems they sabotage things to get more money. That may sound like an unrealistic thing for an auto shop to do but after being told were just waiting for the new part because that one was defective, that they put in the new sensor when that never actually happened, and it wasnt defective three days ago but now it is, but they only tell me this when I questioned how a second sensor is defective. Definitely a very dishonest business. Then they act like theyre doing me a favor by only charging me for an hour this last time instead of three. Well its the third time youve gone in to replace this sensor when I was told it was already replaced, then when the check engine light came on for the sensor you decided to just shut it off and hope the problem goes away- I shouldnt have to pay for any labor this last time!
