No counter help. The help they did have didnt want to be there or know what they were doing. I think its time to start paying more than minimum wage.

Adam was very helpful! He enthusiastically came out in the cold to help us with some jammed windshield wipers, he opened the hood and found the source of the problem. I was back on the road in no time, feeling much safer with my now functioning wipers. His help was greatly appreciated!

Give ADAM a raise, I went to a bunch of different part stores because I couldnt figure out why any of the best new wipers wouldnt work right. He found out my wiper arm is no good! That was the problem. Thanks ADAM!!!!! No one else thought of that. UPDATE I WAS JUST THERE TODAY ADAM IS EXCELLENT PART STORE ASSOCIATE VERY INFORMATIVE. This specific store is terrible. I called for parts. They said they had 2 different sets of brakes. When I get there the guys says they only have one. After he looks up the vehicle he still gives me the wrong one. So of course when I get home and start work on my Jeep and as soon as a pulled the pad out I see its not the right one. By this point the store is closed. The next day I call and ask if they have the right ones on stock. They have nothing and tell me it will be a week to get the right parts. Even once I went back to return them they insisted on trying to sell me pads that they didnt have.

Store Manager Alex is extremely rude. Never greets me when I come into the store and has discriminated my husband. My husband went into the store and forgot to put his mask on Alex looked him up and down and turned around and said you need a mask in the rudest way possible leaving my husband at the counter. My husband went back to the car to get his mask and upon returning back inside this same Alex was servicing another customer whom did not have a mask on and another customer in line was without a mask. To make matters even better the other employee wasnt even wearing one. So why was it so important that my husband have a mask on. This store manger had no respect and needs to be trained in customer service.

I went to this store as usually, to find out that the staff was laughing and joking about a spanish lady who called asking for a part, finishing the sentence saying the we are in America and Spanish people has to learn English. I was so upset and I confronted the boy and he told me it was just a joke, which I could hear throughout the store since they didnt notice that he was there, btw I’m Spanish. There is a fine line between a joke and racism, educate your employees. Thank you.

Vato Zone. Always an adventure sourcing parts here. Guy is in a terrible mood sometimes. Other times the system is down. Sometimes both. I like any of the other 4 auto parts stores within 500 yards better;, Napa, Advanced, CAP, and OReilly in that order.

Would have been a better review but the employees of this store are just not very pleasant to deal with. They really couldnt care less if you needed their help. Just a complete lack of compassion and positive attitude.

I feel like this place is understaffed.... big time. Theres always a wait. I get it that it takes a while to look up certain parts sometimes... but theres almost never anyone else to ring the register, or whatever else. Everyone is nice though, cant complain about that.

Had a wonderful experience at autozone on Johnfitch highway. The costumer service was exceptional the manager, Mike, was very helpful in finding me the headlight I needed for my truck and was even kind enough to install it for me!

So I usually go here for most of my quick auto needs. The staff are nice, they actually hire on women which is a big change, they usually have most parts in and theyve really helped me in a pickle before with my cars.

Had to leave after waiting for 45 min and finding out that they didnt even have my oder that they told me they had... smh
