I brought my van to this business after the accident. When I walk into West Fitchburg I know Im in the right place and in good hand. My first impression was that they are easy to talk to and they make you fell at home. I have the pleasure to meet Mike,Jess and Ashly family own and I was happy how my Van looked when I went to pickup. Just Dropping off Cars to be Rented as needed for Hertz Rent A Car

West Fitchburg Auto Body is the only body shop I’ll ever use for future repairs. They were extremely kind and professional, they even let me borrow a loaner car for the month that my car was in the shop because I’m too young to rent. THESE GUYS ROCK! They did a really wonderful job, you’d never be able to tell my car was in an accident. Seriously highly recommend!

They did a great job with my vehicle. This location was suggested to me by my insurance after I was in an accident, and they worked with my insurance and that of the person that hit me to quickly resolve the issues. It did take a while to get an appointment, since the damage wasnt a major safety concern (accident was in Feb, they werent able to take it in until June).

Our car got Damaged in a parking lot by a hit and run. We have lived in West Fitchburg for 25 years close to West Fitchburg Auto Body. I live up the street and on my way home got a nail stuck in my tire. The air was getting low super fast. I called and asked them if they could help me out. The lady said they don’t typically do that but she would see if someone could help me out. They patched my tire super fast and were so friendly!! Will definitely be back for all our automotive needs!! Wish the world had more amazing people like the folks at West Fitchburg auto body!! Thank you soooo much! You guys made a horrible day so much better!!

A small fender bender on our 2019 kia forte with only 180 miles on it introduced us to this wonderful team, they are very picky about the replacement parts they receive, believe us we know. 3 hoods ordered and finally they accepted the third, took a little longer for us than expected but well worth the wait. Just cant thank them enough for there quality work.

Went here after a minor collision, insurance covered it all, but staff was wonderful, felt like we were long time customers. They do great job and really take care. Definitely recommend
