Dealing with Kelly-Moss was like a cool breeze through the nether regions on a hot day. I was dealing with issues from a different shop when I finally decided that I had enough. Kelly-Moss took in my incomplete car, maintained constant communication, and finished my car rather quickly. The fixed a botched supercharger install, corrected some electrical issues, installed a high-pressure steering hose, and a bunch more. Even though there were a few issues that popped up, Patrick always contacted me right away and the techs carried on, correcting issues from the previous shop and also fixing new issues that arose. This shop is the TRUTH and I hope I get another chance to deal with them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Kelly Moss and Patrick the service center manager were great. I started with some Rod bearing preventative maintenance on my 2011 e92 M3. All my questions were answered quickly and I was able to get excellent and constructive feedback to help solidify that as well as additional plans. I did find myself saying well while your in there we might as well quite often!!! Patricks techs found the car had a previous unknown tune so they were able to help get it back to stock before throwing the tune I had requested on the car. Paint correction and Ceramic coating were the final touches to breath the life back into the exterior. I cant say enough good things about the experience and I look forward to doing more with both this car and future cars with Kelly Moss!

Took my Mustang in for a brake flush and general inspection. Service Manager Patrick was very easy to work with, answered all my questions, and most importantly, did the work within the time frame hed told me.Honestly, 2 years ago I had a pretty poor experience @ K-M and said I’d never return, but I needed the brakes done and they were the most available option. The difference between then and now is night & day. Patrick has turned my opinion and that shop around 180 degrees and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Took my Tesla Model 3 in to get KW coilovers installed in addition to a wheel alignment. The guys over there are very knowledgable with KW products and were very professional and knew how to work with a Tesla as many other tuning shops did not around the area. About a month after installation I noticed that the springs had settled a little lower and the wheel alignment was off. I hit up Patrick and they set me up with an appointment within the week and were able to resolve the issue quickly.

I have been taking my cars to Kelly-Moss since 1995 for both factory maintenance and modifications to my VWs and Audis. The 92 Gti and the 2000 A4 both were retired after 300,000 miles. Their longevity I attribute to the excellent maintenance I received over the years at Kelly_Moss. Just recently I had coil overs installed and 100, 000 mile maintenance performed on my 2015 A3. The car performs and drives better than new thanks to the team at Kelly-Moss As a constructor of experimental aircraft, I have always been very satisfied with their maintenance, professionalism and expertise.

Took both my Subaru here to get work done and is very impressed! My Forster XT was having hesitation during WOT pulled. took it to 3 different places and Kelly Moss was able to figure out the problem within a few hours of diagnostic. It ran better than ever!My STI was there for some aftermarket parts. Patrick went beyond and educated me on all the parts. I wanted to get a tune also but he took my car for a test drive and said it didnt need a retune. Patrick was there to help and is a real car enthusiast that isnt just there to take your money. He really went out of his way to make sure everything you want is done correctly.

I came to Kelly Moss to help diagnose an issue where my car kept pulling to the right. Something the dealer wasnt able/willing to diagnose because I have coil-overs. Kelly Moss did my alignment last Fall, so I knew they would be my next stop to help me with this issue.A very long story short, (probably way longer of a story than Dan ever wanted, ha) Dan and his crew looked over alignment, all suspension parts, did online research and gave me some options. Some of the options were more expensive, but Dan recommended we start with a new transmission mount, and it feels like it was the right call and the car is tracking normal again. I know this experience would have taken weeks longer at other shops, and maybe never resolved. Dan was always willing to help out and provide me with options.I never felt pressured to spend tons of money on parts I didnt need. I was charged beyond fairly for all the follow-up diagnostics, seat time that the tech had to spend testing the car and labor and parts. I know Kelly Moss probably didnt make any money on me and my car, but they got me back on the road and that customer service is priceless because I will be back.I trust that Dan and Kelly Moss did what was best for my car and for me, and thats not something thats easy to find. Ill be back, and will be recommending Kelly Moss to anyone who asks.

Had my R32 Nissan Skyline GTR serviced here for an oil change, trans and diff, and maintaince inspection. Wouldnt have trusted anyone else with my car these guys know what they are doing and are by far a cut above anyone else. Both the maintaince manager, Patrick, and the mechanic that serviced my car (sorry I forgot his name), where very professional and more than willing to acomadate my questions and requests. They found a few issues with my GTR on the inspection and gave me both suggestions and quotes on all the work that will need to be done. I already plan on returning for further work needed on the car and for anything else I can think of in the future. They have definitely earned a repeat customer in me.

I had some modifications performed on my BMW in January. From the very first phone call, Patrick was immediately responsive. I have used KMR (Kelly Moss Road & Race) for 15 + years. Very solid automotive shop. Theyve changed tires on my 25 year old truck, to a major suspension upgrade on my 2009 911.Always trustworthy, another shop highly recommended brake pad replacement, while KMR disagreed, saying I had a lot of life left in the existing. Never seemed to sell me more than my vehicles need.I have recommended them in the past, and Ill continue to recommend them to people in the future.

I live about an hour and a half away from this shop and this is still where I take my car to get serviced. They have comparable rates to other shops (often times beating them), they do not try to rip you off like many dealerships have been known to do, and they’re knowledgeable about the cars they work on. If you decide to get service done here, ask to be shown around the shop floor; they always have a lot of impressive builds, and the “wall of cars” is definitely a site to behold. The shop is clean, the customer lounge is comfortable, and the service staff is most certainly accommodating.

I had my MINI Cooper Countryman in for Wheel bearing noise and Oil pump leak. I would say, they did an awesome job. The price seems to be really good compared to dealers and they were able work with the third party warranty company to get the job done on time. Dan work with our extended warranty company took care of everything. This was my first experience with you guys but I will bring every car I have to you to do all of my work moving forward.

Had some work done on a Honda Civic because I didnt know any shops I could trust very well at the time. They did some body and paint work as well as front suspension replacement. My car came out of the shop looking 10x better than when it went in the shop. They blended the paint on the bumper and fender so well you couldnt tell anything ever happened to the car. Would take my money here anytime theyre very trustworthy.

Being fairly new to the area I didnt have any background on what shops were the best to go to for VW work because I have had bad experiences with the dealerships and I dont trust them. So when discovering the local Cars & Coffee of Madison group, which has a large demographic of German cars in the group, I asked. Quite a few recommended Kelly-Moss for all their work, even the JDM owners recommended Kelly-Moss. Im glad I took their advice.Patrick was great to work with in person and through emails working out all the details for the suspension work I was having performed. The shop didnt fuss over the fact that I was supplying my own parts, which I found is more common up here than where Im from.Its also convenient if you live around Nannyberry Park or Swan Creek Park, because its within walking distance. After the work was performed and when I went to pick it up Patrick walked me through the total and where all the cost were coming from, as well as, walking me through the alignment specs that were on my vehicle before I left. All in all, I can say without a doubt that Kelly-Moss will continue to receive my business. I will continue to recommend their services.

When you first come into the facility you cannot believe your eyes. I have even gone so far as to bring friends of mine to the shop - I dont recall ever doing this with any other car repair shop. They have done sophisticated engine repairs down to simple oil changes. I had their body shop paint one of my cars with outstanding results. Very pleased with the service rendered. I brought in my vehicle for some baseline readings on their AWD dyno. From arrival to closing, the level of professionalism and friendliness was unmatched compared tp other shops Ive been to. Patrick (service manager) was very informative of the on goings of the shop and offered a tour of their facility. He also took the time to review the dyno results and made sure I understood what I had. Jamison, the dyno tech, was very knowledgeable of the tuning process and did a great job explaining what he was doing and why, even showing me the internals of the dyno. The people at Kelly Moss are first rate, I bring all my cars to them from my M3 to my Corvette. The team here understands performance and street cars and their rates are very low compared to the dealer. They value their customers and take good care of them.They have solved issues other shops have messed up, I dont use any but Kelly Moss anymore for all of my work. They also are very transparent about what is wrong and what needs repair. I like Zimbrick in Madison but they are so busy doing warranty work that I now go to Kelly Moss for everything.My Corvette is under warranty and I take it to Kelly Moss because they understand performance and the fact that I am using my car for the track. I highly recommend them whether your driving your car on the street or the track, they offer the best value in Madison on automotive service.

Late last year I asked the folks at Kelly Moss to install an Armytrix performance exhaust system on my Jaguar F Pace S and subsequently perform a chip tune (ECU flash) so as to maximize its over-all performance. More recently I asked them to do the same thing on my Maserati Ghibli S Q4; to wit, install a full Armytrix performance exhaust system and then complete an ECU flash.Ive noticed immediate improvements in both vehicles. Car and race car repair doesnt get better then this!

The Street Shop Technicians went above & beyond to repair a leaking PTU Power Transfer Unit Output shaft seal on my wifes Ford Flex (bad design by manufacturer). The output shaft yoke was machined incorrectly and, through their experience in the high performance racing industry, knew how to modify the part that would be otherwise unavailable from the dealer without an entirely new PTU (which would have cost thousands of dollars). I couldnt be happier with their quality of work and dedication to make sure the repair was done correctly while keeping the cost in mind of repair vs. replace.

We are fortunate in the Madison area to have a great performance shop specializing in Porsche’s. The staff are friendly and the building is like a museum of fun vehicles to look at.

Great shop. Very clean. They did timing, compression check, Wired the afr gauge to the ecu got the car running and helped me figure out what I need to finish before I can Dyno. Dan the service manager was very friendly and I will be returning for a tune. They even helped me load my car

Ive been taking my car to Kelly Moss while working with a 3rd party warranty for about 3 years now and they always do an excellent job. The job is always done in a timely manner and they do a great job of looking out for all the ways you can be proactive on your maintenance on the vehicle without selling you on things you dont really need. I have a 04 Jetta GLI that I daily drive, its nice to know I can come back time and time again and expect professional honest service.

My very first service with Kelly Moss was exceptional, as the cost of labor was cheaper than Audi direct. I came to Kelly Moss because Audi had the worst customer service Ive ever experienced from a prestigious company. I am now beginning to think the same of Kelly Moss. Ive called Price Cobb numerous times to receive an estimate for my Audi. He said he would get back to me with the estimate soon. A month went by and I still havent received a phone call or estimate. I call Price back and he expains to me that he is installing new software to the system and was unable to do the estimate. He then took my email address and said he would email the estimate. Another month went by and I still have not received my estimate. I give Price a third call in hopes to finally receiving my estimate. Yet again he said he will email it to me. Still to this day have not received my estimate. Now I do understand Kelly Moss does deal with a lot of customers who spend alot. My estimate should have been in the neighborhood of $10,000 to $12,000, so I guess Im small fish to them. I really urge Kelly Moss to step up the customer service as I would like to remain a customer to them.
