Good allocations and hard to find bottles top shelf behind the counter. Seems pretty first come first serve.

So convenient! I ordered 6 bottles of wine and was running short on time. I ordered online and picked up at the curb 15 minutes later.

Great liquor store, good prices, and can always count on the liquor they provide to absolutely wreck my friends and I on the weekends. Not a fan of the speed bumps in the parking lot though. Absolute overkill for such a small parking lot, feels like you are driving over Mt. Everest. If you do not have money to buy alcohol just drive over the speed bumps a few times and the repeated jolting trauma will provide the same affects as drinking.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful while I was shopping for a particular brand of spirits. Great service.

Major creds to the Assistant Manager! She works all day on Thanksgiving today, from open to close! This place is apparently looking for dependable help! If you need a job and are reliable, hit them up!! They need a chance to rest!!

So I am 54 yrs old and forgot my I’d for a case of wine I pre ordered and paid for. I had my 23 yrs old daughter there and she showed her ID. The employee then proceeded to tell me to step out of the store. I used to work in a liquor store and had an employee u set 21 working there. That comment was not needed or appreciated

I had a dissapointing experience at Crown Liquors in Fishers today and I sincerly hope it was an isolated incident. I asked for a recommendation for a bottle of wine and was sold a bottle at a price far above the local competitive price. I discovered the difference within 15 minutes of my purchase and called the store to request a refund for my cash purchase. My intent was to return to Crown and either purchase a different bottle or something else. Until I was basically told I had no choice where to spend my refund. Unfortunately, instead of a cash refund I was offered, a lie about Indiana law, instruction on the price of doing business as a bricks and mortar establishment and a store credit. I am saddened and dissappointed that a business with 30 years experience would fail so miserably at a simple customer service transaction. If my purchase had been with a credit or debit card it would have been acceptable to insist on providing a store credit, but not a cash transaction? The owner was clear in stating a store credit was reasonable. I strongly disagree. Maybe this was just my experience but let the buyer beware. Before you turn over your hard earned cash in this establishment be absolutely sure of your purchase. Their response to such a small amount of cash was intense, Im truly concerned how they would respond if it involved a significant amount of money.

Crown Liquors is my favorite liquor store chain in Indianapolis. Staff was friendly as always! Wine selection is fairly good, Beer selection at this store is pretty (above average) good, didnt shop spirits this time but Crown Liquors is generally good.
