Ive been coming to this Walmart weekly for 3 years. Ive always kept from leaving bad reviews because I understand this is a grocery store and its hard to find good help and low wage positions. Unfortunately, this week has been absolutely god awful. I switched to ordering my groceries through the Walmart App. This is normally convenient besides them not giving me some of my order sometimes. This week I placed an order and received a notification that it would not be ready. A few hours later I received a notification that the order was ready (at 8:41pm, see screenshot) the following day I responded to picking up the order. I even called ahead. My girlfriend arrives to get the order and they tell her it will be right out. After 40 minutes (5:05pm to 5:45pm) she leaves. I call and ask why this is taking so long and why was she told to wait. They tell me that the order cant be found. At 5:50 the order gets cancelled (see screenshot). I was advised to place another order for the following day. I click Reorder All Items in the app and schedule for the following day. I receive another notification that the order cant be fulfilled. A few hours later I receive a notification that its ready for pick up. I show up and am told the order will be out in a few minutes. They come by my car twice and ask my last name. I said youve asked that already, Ive been here for 20 minutes already.... After 43 minutes of waiting my order is finally brought out to me. The person that brought my stuff out was very polite and apologized. I was polite back to them. They said that about half of the stores staff recently quite to go back to school. To me this place has to have the worst management ever. If you know your staff is leaving and do nothing to replace them then why even allow these services at this store. They need to stop the pickup all together. This store is horrible. Not the individual employees. But the store as a whole. Bad management. Poor stock. Small isles. Etc. I guess Ill break down and spend more money at Target.

It was great until check out. Short staffed so waited to use self check. Need head ckerk to clear things. She was on a register. Was a 10minute delay. Unacceptable!!!

Have been a long time curbside customer of this location, overall the experience has been good and the staff real friendly! That said, the wait times have been consistently getting worse over time and are now avg about 30min. It’s not volume either, there are times where we’re one of two or three cars and still the long waits! No longer worth the convenience!

First time in just a Walmart grocery store. Was nice but looked run down but the employees were very nice.

Great small store concept for Walmart. Not very busy most of the time. Excellent place to drop in, grab a couple of items and get in & out fast. They also have grocery pick up and a great pharmacy.

This Walmart is like most Walmarts; however, the management team is a step above the rest when it comes to rudeness. I definitely took note of my experience here while passing through on my way home to Bentonville, AR.

This is much better than a full size Walmart. They have groceries, essentials and a great pharmacy.They have good prices on plants for the garden in the spring. The produce department is better than expected and prices are low.

Doesn’t ever seem to be on sale.✅Self-serve checkouts - love these bit specifically because they don’t seem to have issues like ones at other retailers.✅Parking isn’t bad - I’m sure that’s a reflection on the fact that it’s a right-sized store.✅Always finding the new and seasonal flavors of sweets here unlike at other retailers. Example: today, it was the return of Kellogg’s Vanilla Milkshake Poptarts!✅A decent variety of non-food related items. Examples: air filters for your furnace, lots of paper products, other typical non-food, crafty stuffNeutral✅There are only specify brands and products carried so if you’re looking for a really specialized brand that you might find in a larger market, it may not be here.✅There’s a decent amount of gluten free products but I wouldn’t recommend that you shop here exclusively for gluten free. Aside from the typical staples, they also carry wonderful things like GF Pizza from California Kitchen.

Clean and less crowded than the supercenter down the road. Everything I wanted was in stock.

Very fast shopping center today

Awful experience. Over an hour long delay for grocery pick-up that was already an hour late being ready. Poor, slow service and no apologies.

Staff there are extremely helpful I never been to a Walmart of that kind needed help finding dish soap bc my job doesnt know how to do a truck order but the lady was very friendly if I remembered her name k would definitely mention it

Inventory was somewhat low in general with merchandise in rows making it tough to navigate at times. Found the necessities.

Cashier very friendly and helpful. Food good. Sign upon entering says to order, sit down and relax, theyll bring our food and refill. Nobody came for refill so after about 12 minutes we went up and they had to make more sweet tea, but promptly brought it to us when done.. freshly brewed! Nice place!!

Went to the pharmacy only. Courteous. Smart. In spite of being swamped with work.

Its cleaner than a Super Walmart. Ive noticed there isnt as much trash (either on the floor or pushing a cart) in the aisles. Nice place to pop in for some booze and rubbers if youre in a hurry.

This is a really nice location to visit. Its always very clean, & well-stocked. I can usually get in & out in a decent amount of time w/out any problems. And the area in which its located is a pretty nice area as well. Id recommend a visit.

One of the worst grocery stores Ive ever been to. Pretty much zero to choose from unless you need the very most basic of food items. Their entire seafood section could fit into my freezer. The deli section may as well not even be there. If you need groceries, just go to Kroger or a regular Walmart. Youll actually be able to buy things there.

They had what I was looking for went to every store in Noblesville and couldnt find but Fishers had it ty

I dred going to Walmart, it is always full of hateful people and employees that dont want to be there. This Walmart needs to be name Not Walmart. This was on my way home and I only needed a few things. Absolutely I will try to hit this Walmart everytime. Clean, quiet, employees were all happy loved it!!!

The workers here are a special breed of incompetent and the self checks are ungodly slow because they break at least once during every customer’s transaction.

Gave it 4 stars for their service. The pharmacist was very friendly and helpful. Pretty much just your average Walmart neighborhood market.

Great location and very clean. My only complaint is they don’t typically have enough registers open and the lines get a bit long because of this. Friendly staff and shelves are stocked regularly.

Great if you dont wanna deal with the hassle if a Walmart Supercenter. Can be busy sometimes though.

To busy at times. Went there for just three items. Had to put them back. Not enough cashiers.

Its local to the area and it has groceries.But since Marsh left (their only competition) they have stopped putting effort in. Selection has slipped to whatever they feel is easiest. And they dont stock as often or as well as they used to.But they are the only place to groceries in the area. So its them or drive further. Unfortunately they also know this too, and it shows.

I really like getting groceries here, its a smaller store, but seems better stocked than other Walmarts. The pharmacy with a drive thru is handy as well.

I gave this Walmart 2 stars because it is clean and stays pretty well stocked. I haven’t been here in a while and started going to Kroger but after a price comparison realized I was over paying by a lot. After my visit today it hit me why. After all my visits these past couple of weeks, I only had 1 young man tell me “thanks and have a nice day”. I was roaming around one area and there had to be about 3 or 4 employees in that area...by the first aid items. Not one asked if they could help me. I shouldn’t be hard to forget. I was the young lady with the hamburger leggings on with the tie dye hoodie. Went back over there one last time cause the area cleared a little bit and wanted to make sure I didn’t miss where they peroxide was and no one asked, they skipped passed me and asked some other customers if they needed help and they ALSO said hi to them and asked how they were doing. Yes, I could’ve asked but they also could’ve treated me like the other customers in the store. I haven’t had a pleasant experience with any of the Walmart’s in this area so back to over paying I go.

Its basically a convenience for those of us who live nearby after we had the dinner at a local restaurant and dont want to drive all the way down to the Kroger on 116th Street where there is more variety. Good but not great.

Liked it better than Keystones as they had what I needed. Only thing is it would be nice if isles were marked a little better.

I had a situation recently that was handled to my great surprise in a most warm and personal way by two mgrs (Kyle and Elaina) and a customer service desk employee named Carol. They exceeded my expectations and thats what I love about my neighborhood marketplace!

Like shopping here. Always find what I am looking for. Check prices though not always cheaper.

This walmart stays stocked. There was only once that I went inside and they didnt have what I needed. Lots of friendly people working here as well.

This Wal-Mart is a shorter drive for me than the nearest Super Wal-Mart. I did find everything from my list ... but you dont have the varieties in brands or sizes that the larger Super Wal-Marts carry.

Unfortunately I ran into more staff who were not helpful than staff that were! :(

Zero human cashiers......only lanes open lately are scan and go. I have seen people leave all their groceries and just walk about bc of this. The wait is terrible. There are walmart employees just standing by the check out stations staring at you but not doing anything.

They seem to be out of things a lot.

The store is clean and nice but when I went into the produce isles the were a lot of fruit flies. The avocados were no good as well as the cucumbers. I usually dont go here but since I was on my way home and it was there, I went. Next time Ill just pass by.

Loved it. .awesome place good. .no great food, pulled pork..rib tips. .like a seductive Cornucopia of flavors the dance on your taste buds to make your mouth water..anything else is less civilized.

I’m normally not a Walmart fan, but this store is different and I enjoy shopping here. Also, you cans order online and pick up without needing to go inside.

Its quite desperate as far as Im concerned. Too terribly small, oh and the parking lot. Oh totally not well thought out. Fire lane and parking, not very well thought out.

Good place to go when I need to grab some quick items. Wish they had more self-checkout. Have to say the environment feels like a large Dollar General.

It was good they didnt have somethings on my list so I still need to go to another grocery store. That is what I was hoping to avoid today. This store is close by makes it niece when we run short sometimes.
