Soft serve was uncharacteristically soft and watery. Ordered medium vanilla cone and it was smaller than wifes SMALL chocolate one. Was not offered refund/coupon for difference when complained, just told it was machine soft and they couldnt get a medium amount on cone, sorry.We are regular customers, during the summer 4 of us go at least once a week, am seriously considering going to Archies or Jolly Dipper.

If you want to customize anything, they will mess it up. I ordered a buckeye sundae (normal) and a Reeses Sundae, add hot fudge and no whip cream. They didnt put whip cream or any toppings, on the buckeye sundae. They even forgot the most important part...the buckeyes!! Then they forgot to add hot fudge to the Reeses sundae. I didnt think I made it that difficult. The only reason why I go there ever, is because its my husbands favorite place, not mine!

This place does different flurry every month. They come up with some crazy stuff. Most of them are great.My personal favorite is the monster Sunday. For $6 you get a quart of ice cream with 3 toppings of your choice along with whip cream, cherry and nuts if you want. When your a ice cream freak like me you seriously have a hard time finding a better deal in soft serve ice cream any where. When the craving for lots of good ice cream hits the monster at Mr twister is the only way to go.

The food tasted good but everyone is sick with food poisoning. Watch out for the Findlay Flutter. Actually, anything they have with beans.

First visit not a great experience. Very simple order of one of the flurries made with chocolate 🍫 ice cream. At the pickup window, it was made with vanilla!!!! No apology from the staff, no offer to correct the order. Apparently the customer is not important.

Thanks guys! Mr. Twister usually opens in early February every year around my birthday. So my mom took me there today for my birthday to get a couple of flurries. Totally missed their Reese’s cup flurries! Support local businesses guys!

The ice cream was good the drive through service was fast and friendly.

I specifically requested little ketchup and mustard. I explained I didnt want a mess. Im driving here. Girls said ok then give me this and its the 3rd time. I wont be back.

They offer a vegan flavor every day and they are great! Nicely flavored and not too sweet. They arent loaded with tons of artificial colors either. The pic is of strawberry cheesecake flavor.

I absolutely love this place, I will not go to any other ice cream place in town besides this one.

Owner is EXTREMELY rude! Had to stop and pull into the parking lot due to an emergency. Shop was closed and there where no cars in the parking lot. Owner pulled in and came up to me and asked me what I thought I was doing sitting here and who are you? that I needed to leave immediately and was not allowed to be there and that he was the owner, i then told him I would leave and I was sorry and he said yeah you can leave now and proceeded to point at me to leave. I literally did nothing. All he had to do was politely ask me to leave and it would have been no problem whatsoever. This is the exact reason I moved from this town because of people like this. As a small business owner you should know better then to talk to customers or anyone in that manner. Im not sure what the owners problem is but I sure hope he had a better day. Will definitely never spend a dollar here and will make sure to let everyone know of my experience. Shame on you!

Broken slush machine. Was told the new one was coming tomorrow. Went back about a week later and there was still no slush machine 🤬

Very good ice cream

One of my favorite places in Findlay. They have great soft serve desserts, and some inexpensive sandwiches and snacks that are great for lunches, especially. They do call-ahead for pick up with minimal waiting. Plus, they stay open longer than most ice cream shops where I live in Toledo (they are only closed for a month or two during the winter).

Tired of coming here and never having anything. Thirsty? No sweet tea, but a day old unsweetened tea. You want a slushee? Hope you like it melted, might as well just call it fruit juice. You want that in medium? Well you’re getting a small size. Want cotton candy ice cream? Better get there when they open and hope they have it. I’m glad I don’t get the food here, can’t imagine how wrong it’d come out. Never coming back here again.

Ordered a small brownie sundae and I got a cup of vanilla ice cream with brownie pieces on top.... The peanut butter milkshake was handed to us with ice cream running down the side.Probably our last trip to Mr. Twister.

This place was good and my grandchildren seemed to really like it. I liked that my daughter who has food allergies was able to get herself a frozen treat.

Pork nachos are SO good!

As always their customer service was great and ice cream was delicious. Tried their pork nachos for the first time pork was ok a bit plain and air tasting but with the sauce it was good.

My favorite place for food, slushies, and ice cream. The girls that work there are fast and friendly. I am there atleast once or twice every week and have never had a negative experience. Its seriously my favorite.

Mr. Twister has a beautiful mural possibly done with spray cans that doesnt get nearly enough attention, quite creative. I had a polish sausage w/ Coney Island meat on it, sort of like sloppy joe sauce. I got it with onions too, good. My wife got a root beer float and she liked it. It was a beautiful spring day so all was good.

I love their ice cream! They have better chocolate ice cream than Archies They have the perfect size junior cup for my little kid.

Its amazing and fairly quick. The prices are a bit much, but the ice cream is BEYOND worth it. It is so good. The food is high quality too. They take special orders for kids too like layering of flavors or toppings. They are so friendly.

Love this place, frequented it often. Then all of a sudden, I order the exact same thing as I always do and its 1/3 smaller than usual and she tells me thats always the size.Ill go to Archies.Update: Thank you for responding to my review and thank you for showing concern for my experience.(It was a blizzard)

Soft serve, also have tofts. Need a menu with a subscription of the different ice cream sundaes. Also they have a pretty good selection of food. Hot dogs nachos etc.

Local favorite for ice cream. Lots of options and the prices are great. Might not be quite as good as Dietschs but the prices and portions are much better.

Great selections of flurries, slushes, sandwiches and sundaes. If you want something customized, just let them know and they will make it how you want it. The Bumbleberry slush is amazing! Make sure you try their shredded chicken! If you feel adventurous and want to monkey around, try one of my faves...the Funky Monkey flurry.

Mr. Twister has the best soft serve ice cream in Findlay Ohio! People will tell you to go to Archies, but their ice cream is watery where as Mr Twisters is creamy.
