He came out to help install my new gas range stove and disconnected the old one. He did a great job, connected everything properly and made sure everything was running the way it’s supposed to. He even helped me with my washing machine that wasn’t draining. Got it running good again and draining the way it’s supposed to. Helped me replace my furnace filter as well as helping me with my water hose connection so I can clean my central air unit properly. He was so nice, and didn’t have to help me with all the other things I was concerned with! I feel so much better moving into my new house now. I 100% will use their services again.

They replaced a water heater for us which everything was fine then it started leaking from the hot water pipe. They came back out to fix and still not fixed. When i call they keep saying will be out tomorrow to fix it and never hear from them. I’ve offered more money to fix the problem so we don’t have to try and do it ourselves. So now i have a new water heater that is getting ruined and leaking.

They came the day after I called, right before a holiday weekend when Im sure everyone needed help and found the issue quickly and fixed it without issues. McDaniels came out to my house promptly and fixed my drain within 20 minutes! Super nice guys and I would recommend to anyone! Their price was standard in the industry as well...what I expected. No complaints.

We had an issue where our furnace blower wouldnt shut off. And had a separate issue where our cat got down a vent. We called McDaniel Heating Cooling and Plumbing and and Ken came out to help. He was very polite and explained things every step of the way. He was also helpful with giving us suggestions on how to get the cat out of the vent.He easily diagnosed our furnace problem and returned within an hour with the part he needed and our furnace was fixed! And his visit didnt break our budget so that was also nice. Would definitely use this business again!

My water heater gave out and Ken came out in a timely manner and replaced the unit courteously, professionally, and promptly. He even corrected some of the piping that was not following best practices. If I need a heating, cooling, or plumbing work done, I will definitely be reaching out to them.

Ken fixed the gas smell in my home that was related to a plumbing issue rather than what I feared was wrong! Besides that, he changed-over my electric furnace to a higher efficiency gas furnace AND replaced an out-dated heat pump with an air conditioning unit that is just right for my home. He is very patient and explains very thoroughly whatever is the situation and how he is going to solve it. Thats what Ken McDaniel is--a problem solver ! Call him. Youll be glad you did !

Great service, professional work, great cost as I saved quite a bit of money and my a/c is now performing better than it has since we moved in. McDaniel does not rush the job and gets it done right the first time, at the same time is interested in saving you money, many companies will try to get you to invest more and more money or scare you into buying new or what is not needed. This is not the case. McDaniel also explains each step in the process as he works allowing you to understand and see the reason for the work being done and why things were not working. They will be my only heating and cooling company I use. If you want a great price, an understanding of what is going on in your utilities, and a friendly attitude. McDaniel is the way to go.

Issues: they did a job for one of my rental houses that they knew I wasnt at and accidentally charged me for 3 hrs of work instead of 1hr. They said it was a mistake and corrected this when I called, so it wasnt an issue. Next, I called after this job was done and asked the owner if they had my old $150 pump because it was under warranty and I wanted to turn it in. The owner said they dont take the pumps with them, to check around the house. The pump was not there. I messaged them about this, no reply. When I got a hold of the secretary she stated they they always take the pumps and discard them immediately and that I should have asked them to leave it. So while their work was good, it was an expensive headache for me.

These guys are great and professional. There are many horrible ones but not these guys. Have had water heater, sump pump and AC fixed and always use Mcdaniel

Extremely unreliable, rarely answers his cell phone and the voicemail is full. Installed the wrong part on our A/C unit and NEVER responded to messages to come back and fix it correctly. Do not recommend his services to anyone!!

Excellent service. My furnace was not working properly and they came out within a couple of hours after the call. He found the problem and was able to correct it without much cost and showed us how to fix it next time (cleaning a flame detector) .. I would highly recommend McDaniel for all your Heating Cooling and Plumbing problems.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - doesnt return calls or texts. He always has an excuse of being too busy. All it takes is a simple text or phone call to say that you havent forgotten about someone and youre trying to get to them rather than ignoring them. Dont bother calling this place because they wont show up.

Would be nice if they followed through on appointments, retuned phone calls, or checked answering machine so new messages can be left. Been waiting over four weeks, two appointments werent kept, and now I cant even leave a message.

My furnace went out when my basement flooded this summer. A friend who does HVAC work replaced the circuit board but didn’t have another part I needed, so the company that installed the furnace two years ago came and told me I would definitely need a new furnace. Thankfully, I called Ken today and he came a few hours later and spent an hour troubleshooting before finding that my heat exchange was completely full of water! He siphoned it out and got my furnace working again! He saved me my $1000 deductible towards a new furnace. He was also very professional and nice and answered all of my questions.
