Always been great till today noticed there is MOLD growing on multiple milk shelfs as I was getting my son milk. This needs attention

Have went to this Kroger a handful of times in the several years Ive lived in Findlay.Every single time Ive had to wait over 15 minutes before I arrived at the cashier to check out as every single time theyve only had one cashier working.Ive always primarily shopped at Kroger locations until moving to Findlay. This location has crammed aisle ways to try to force as much product in the store as possible, and the checkout process has been extremely slow every time as described above.I rarely shop here due to these issues. I love the Kroger brand, but this store doesnt live up to the name.

Austin in self checkout made my entire Valentine’s Day weekend. I scanned chocolate covered strawberries but because I don’t have a Kroger card, they were more than I thought. When I asked to take them off, he ended up paying for them and the rest of my groceries. Outstanding employee of the year award goes to him

Its so neat and clean...all of the employees are super ...and they even have a Starbucks!!!

This Kroger is very nice. I am always very impressed by the vegetarian and organic selections that they have available. It is a store that is easy to navigate and get what you need. They also have great fresh sushi and Starbucks available! Not to mention, they are one of the few places that still carries Jones Soda, which I am very appreciative of.

Kroger pick up at this location. 👎 Never informed me my order was ready still said in progress. Had to call and they said it was ready but I wasnt informed till I called. They didnt send me anything about reviewing subitutions so I got stuff that wasnt what I wanted. Definitely not doing pick up at this location again. Walmart pick up is a lot better!

This Kroger has a very nice Natural and Organic food section. It has 4 dedicated aisles for it. Havent seen that in any other stores. The store is clean and well kept

A little expensive on some items, but good sales. The fresh seafood/fish counter and the cheese deli area are exceptional. I go especially for those departments. Also, they have the freshest produce in town. (Tiffin store)

Horrible rude manager and chick bringing out groceries. I got hung up on because I wasn’t in a spot and the Manager said he did not care how his people treated customers. Never again will I spend money at this store

Great produce on most days. On-line ordering is pretty slick and a lot of people are loving it. I used it once and was pleased even though I am very picky especially about produce.

Kroger is a great place to buy groceries because the help is so willing to be helpful when I cant find items . Good quality produce. Wonderful selections.

Great shopping experience! This store has recently been renovated and now features a Starbucks coffee bar. Nicely layed out and aisles are wide; this makes for quick and easy in and out for those in a hurry. Self checkout is also available.

For the most part, it has been good. However, on two different occasions I have bought boxes of frozen fish fillets that said there were suppose to be 10 in a box and there were only 8. Then the other day I bought an 8 PC container of chicken from the deli and got it home and there were only 7 PC in the container. Very disappointed.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. There are multiple check-out lines open. And, they even have an online check list for them to bring your groceries right out to your car. Saves me a lot of time and its great on a cold day!

Disappointed. Went there to check out the Gluten Free section. I buy a pkg. Of four muffins from other stores that are $2 less than Krogers. There is a good selection of products in the aisles but nothing I cant get without the extra drive.

We use the pharmacy here a lot & the staff is always friendly and professional. The prices are fair... not always the cheapest, but sometimes you sacrifice a small amount to get it on 1 place. Check outs run smoothly.

Plus card is a must to get good deals. Online coupons are good too. Good quality store brand items and name brands

Im from out of town and came in for Starbucks. The store itself seemed clean, but the coffee shop only had one barista working at the time. Even though she was busy she was still very nice and displayed excellent customer service.

Sale prices were great. Checkout lady really helped out. Great service at Kroger east.

Grocery with a good selection of produce, baked goods, cheeses. Has meat and fish counters, fairly large organic dairy case. Starbucks inside as well.

The better Kroger in Findlay. Great selection of items and lots of fresh produce. Great savings on gasoline.

People wasnt practicing social distancing the place was packed someone stepped on my shoes, someone going through all the winter gloves and touching them all, a man whistling in the air blowing out his germs I could wait to get out of there!

Freshly made sushi also. That alone makes it great. Oh and the Starbucks just inside the entrance is Superb

Lost my credit card in this store at check out about a year ago. The card had slid under another check out stand. The manager immediately shut down two check outs and got down on the floor with a yard stick and got the card out from under the stand in the next check out. Now that is incredible customer service!! My check out person (apologies for not remembering your name) that day did an awesome job as well. Customer service is awesome! Many thanks to those involved that day, including other shoppers that never complained that two check outs were shut down because of me!

Staff is always helpful and pleasant. The store is clean and well stocked for the most part. Makes food shopping much more tolerable.

This place is like my second home. All the workers are close friends with me. When I shop here many of them greet me by name.

Dont know why such a check out problem. Only half check out lines open with lines half way back the isles. Not happy! Better re-evaluate procedures!

The remodeling has really added a nice flair and feel to the store. Plus the Starbucks adds a great pick-me-up!

I like this Kroger but just like so many others they are constantly out of sale items! How can other businesses keep sale items in stock but not Kroger? Every day of every week of every year! PLEASE START KEEPING BETTER STOCK OF SALE ITEMS!

Had really good experience at the tiffin ave Kroger. Ordered our thanksgiving dinner from them. Had a hiccup but they were quick to correct it and compensate. Food was great! Turkey breast yummy and I prefer dark meat but this was really good. The gravy was fabulous and cranberry sauce wonderful. Might order next year! Thanks Kroger for making Thanksgiving easy!

Large grocery store. Decent produce selection. Floral department with a fairly large array of flowers/bouquets. Starbucks inside. Redbox outside.

Very nice store. Set up kind of odd in my opinion but is still decent place to shop.

This location might be the worst Kroger Ive ever been to in my 36 years. Yes, they have sushi and a Starbucks, but youll pay for that in other ways. Everytime you go there, there will be 4 or 5 things that you wanted to get, but GUESS WHAT? NOPE! They never have an ample supply of milk, they constantly run out of butter, and never have the frozen veggies stocked. Oh, try going over to the deli counter- those women are a real tasty bunch. Theyre rude, and act like youre putting them out by asking to have meat cut. Old crotchety women. Now, lets go to checkout. I dont care if there are 47 people waiting in line- THERE WILL ONLY EVER BE ONE LINE OPEN, PLUS THE EXPRESS LINE. Watching the other cahsiers pour in from other parts of the store is hilarious. Theyre nearly always peeved about being there. Oh, and be prepared to bag your own groceries, because they never have baggers. ALL AROUND A FUN TIME FOR EVERYONE.

My frist impression was the produce. They have a collection of foreign fruits and veggies, that I have never seen before. The alcohol section also had a very large variety. Very quick checkout lines.

One night selling point about this is the sheer fact it is one of the higher end of places for shopping in Findlay Ohio in terms of groceries it also has a decent food court complete with a Starbucks and free Wi-Fi which allows a person who may want to take their time the ability to do so. Although I would warn against Seasons Donuts they occasionally have fly stuck in there so I wouldnt be where of the bakery. Although I do highly recommend the sushi bar if you want some quick Sushi and then you dont have a coffee or even a mini pizza on occasion which I find quite delightful.

Its got a good selection of organic food. The Simple Truth brand is good, and cost effective.

Used the Click List and the service was just OK. I wouldnt suggest having them pick any of the fruits and veggies. Seems that they always grab the items that are going bad first.They didnt have the coffee that I ordered and replaced it with a decaf. Why? Should have at least replaced with a regular.The person loading the car wasnt very friendly. Usually they are.

Self check out always errors out and you have to wait 5 minutes for an attendant to fix the problem.Update: self check out has been working fine, but attendants now hover over watching you while you check out. Makes you feel like they think your going to steal something. Dropping this to one star and probably going to start shopping somewhere else

The girl at the self checkout had an extremely bad attitude. She did not honor their policies without having to jump through hoops as a customer. For example: they have a make it right policy if they are out of a product. They were out of my brand of tortillas, so I brought up the equivalent product. She told me I had to have someone from grocery or a manager. A manager came up and she said to the manager we need someone from grocery!!!!!!!! The manager told her grocery is on lane 10 and she could do it. Next, my digital coupons didnt go through and she gave me attitude about how they werent in my cart, I hit the back button and they were there! She reluctantly took the coupons off. FINALLY: I had a printed coupon for $5 off $15 (she was still by us at the time). She said well, hit checkout and hit the coupon button and I will be back... I am busy. Im shocked, appalled, and upset. This girl needs a new job. I only wish I had her name.

Very upset that they got rid of the olive bar near the produce and bakery area. No other olive bars in town and its absence makes me go to Meijer for groceries more often since they have better produce anyway. The olive bar was a reason for me to go to Krogers.

Pretty good selection of foods and I could spend an entire day in the deli and cheeses. People are rude but thats nothing new or different for Findlay, the employees tend to keep their heads down but are helpful when asked and the clicklist is the coolest thing to happen to grocerys since sliced bread. Oh they have a Starbucks if youre in to that stuff

I don’t typically leave reviews, but feel compelled to after this experience. A couple weeks ago, we purchased A few Simple Truth Organic Beef Ribeye Steaks. Each steak was individually vacuum sealed/packaged from the store. The steaks immediately went in to the freezer.A week later, I pulled two steaks to thaw out (still before the original sell by/freeze by date). The steaks thawed in the fridge overnight. I just opened the package to season them, and the most intense rotten egg smell emitted from both packages. I bagged them up and placed them outside. My dog won’t even go near them.Suspicious that two packs were both bad (same lot #) I opened the other, still frozen steaks. Even rock solid, you can smell the same odor. All are the same lot number.I called the Kroger hotline on the packaging, firstly to see if there was a recall, and secondly to get a refund. The CSR was polite, but said that even though it is a Kroger-branded product, they couldn’t confirm it was purchased from them, so I’d need to take it in to a store. Oh yeah and I absolutely had to bring in the reading meat with me. In my car...I called this Kroger, but the manager was “unavailable”. I needed to go to Fostoria anyway, so I took the meat over there (in my truck Ed so as not to puke). This was two hours later.The store manager, (not the Peon, but the head of the store) came to inspect the steaks. This Scientist proceeded to tell me that the rancid odor was completely normal for organic steaks and I am fine to eat them.... Are you kidding me? When I pressed the issue, he actually felt the steaks, said they weren’t cold, so I’d clearly forgot to refrigerate them, and refused the return.What a horrible experience. The Findlay/Fostoria Kroger’s have declined so bad that we are willing to drive an extra 30 minutes up to Perrysburg or BG. You’d think that HQ wasn’t a three hour drive away. Absolutely pathetic.

We love the Kroger on Tiffin. Always clean and bright, good supply of our favorite Staples such as Zevia, Bia and almond milk. Clicklist pickup is ALWAYS a good experience here!

Was in there tonight and spent over an hour in the store getting groceries, went to check out and the woman working wouldnt check us out. Wouldve left zero stars, but thats not an option. She was rude. Not only that you were out of half the items I needed. Why do you have employees that wont do their job? We left a cart full of expensive items, you lost a lot of money!

This is the only store in Findlay I know of that has a reasonable selection of natural and organic goods.

The bakery is awesome! The Kroger in BG obviously puts hot pastry in the clam shells and closes them immediately...making it soft and stale-like...I got some strussuel bites today and they were perfectly flakey...so much better than soft limp strussuel.

Went there to get some Pecorino Romano cheese earlier this morning...their was a large chunk of it, about 10,12 pounds...no smaller chunks. When I asked if I could get a smaller piece I was told it would take about 15, 20 minutes. Why arent their smaller pieces out on display to begin the day ?

The employees are extremely helpful and so kind.
