First time visiting and I loved it!Such wonderful tasting food and desserts not to mention the variety of teas.Highly recommend this place.

Rude, unfriendly, not accommodating. No cucumber sandwiches and menu was very tiny sandwiches with no meat! The meat was so thin it was see through. The mother was delightful. The daughter.....not so much!! Charge $5 more and give people a better experience. You wont be in business very long.

Great place. Somewhere I would expect to find an a large City but was a pleasant surprise in Findlay.. the beautiful lady who runs the house its fantastic they have sandwiches and all kinds of if you would like to go there with your wife or for an occasion with the family

It was wonderful! We took our infant, and everyone was so welcoming and kind! The food was great, and the tea was excellent. I got the Pearls of the Nile tea, and I would totally get it again.

Just the most delightful Tea House! Findlay has a real nugget here! Beautiful refurbished home located in the quaint downtown section of Findlay, Ohio. Flanked by many Victorian Homes from the 18th century. Delicious food that rotates on a monthly calendar. Wonderful wait staff who are knowledgeable about their products and proper. I just can’t say anything bad about the Swan House Tearoom! CONGRATULATIONS Ladies! You are a Five Star Destination! Bellisimo♥️

Beautiful food, wonderful tea and great service. Loved the swan house blend and vanilla chai teas! And all the finger foods were not only beautifully presented but taste amazing. Staff was polite and checked on us often.

We had such a wonderful time! The servers were so classy, polite, and knowledgeable. They catered to our groups dietary needs perfectly! Gluten free was even less expensive. The tea was phenominal! 👍👍

Im a dude and I came with my family. The Casablanca Herbal Tea was very pleasant and soothing. The food (Chicken Caserole) tasted great and the service was helpful, prompt and respectful.Our group was big enough the we had the sitting room to ourselves which made the experience very personal.I wouldnt necessarily invite my work buddies to tea with me but, with family, I really enjoyed an afternoon tea.

I have been to the tea house numerous times. Most of the time with the ladies and little girls in the family. We all felt like princesses be waited on and served with class. Everything we ate was petite elegant and delishous. I have never been disappointed. This is a rare setting with beautiful surroundings.

First experience and with a group of 12. Seating was cramped. $25 per plate. Food was mediocre-egg salad on a cussaint? Really? 0ne scone, which was more like a tea biscuit, per person. Tiny dollops of jam, lemon drizzle or someone of cream with tiny spoons to self serve. All food except the scones were served on a three tier plate system. Strangest salad ever with par boiled potato cubes, green beans, and fresh lettuce all with some sort of pickle flavor. Yuck! Weird open faced mini-sandwich with savory cream cheese topped with radish thinly sliced. Ran out of individual tea pots so you need to share. UGH! Tea less flavorful than others Ive had in the past. Cream was fresh. Waitress was a sweet young ladywith a nice smile. Venue is a nice Victorian home with simple furnishings. Was very clean in dining area, but restroom needed attention both with maintenance and read was overflowing. Frankly, for the price, it needed to be better quality. Maybe we paid for the atmosphere, but if that was the value, I would have expected sterling and bone China. But then again, this was little town Ohio.
