These guys were great! Got here a little earlier than scheduled, which was a major plus. Fixed the spring and reran the cables in less than 30 minutes. They took the time to answer all of my questions and certainly didnt make me feel like question was dumb. Id recommend them in a heart beat.

We purchased a new home and wanted new doors, loved the selection and the look. The service gentleman did a fantastic job and our home looks great.

The field guys were great, however communication with the office was not. The first door panel they installed for repair of existing overhead door wasn’t correct. I had to tell them I wanted it fixed as there was a lip between the second panel. After a month of waiting for another door panel they showed up at my door without any confirmation of notification. I did receive an email at 7am stating they were showing up at 9am, however I do not check my email that frequently nor was I able to confirm if I’d be home. The crew did complete, however expected payment immediately after when they showed up with no confirmed notification from which which I asked them to invoice me. I emailed the sales person voicing my concern in which I received NO response. Received the invoice 3 weeks later in the mail in which shortly after received a phone call asking for payment. I have no problem with the phone call requesting information on payment but the lack of communication or empathy did not sit well with me. They have no problem calling for payment but cannot call to confirm my schedule or for any apology. I will not be using this company in the future.

I called and they came out the very next day. He came right at the beginning time of the time period and knew what the problem was immediately. He fixed it quick and the service was cheap. He even went above and beyond by pairing my vehicles internal openers to the garage door. I would highly recommend this company to anybody needed to repair their garage doors.
