Our company has been using City Apparel as our supplier for our merchandise store for almost 3 years & the experience has been nothing short of amazing. City Apparel has exceeded our expectations and continue to do so each and every day. With competitive pricing & flexibility, we are able to offer some really great & unique items. Communication with the City Apparel team is very quick & if there are any issues that arise they are always willing to go above and beyond to make things right. Because of our positive experience, we have been able to recommend them to other small businesses who have also been very pleased while working with them. Will continue to recommend City Apparel to anyone who is searching for an apparel/merchandise/nonwearable supplier!
Working with this experience has been amazing. I’ve now placed 3 very large orders with this company (one order totaling over 750 items) with no problems whatsoever. The communication is quick, easy, and concise and if I ever had any changes to be made, they always reflected my idea. Would recommend City Apparel to anyone for their future apparel needs. Great customer service!
An edit to my original post: I originally gave this company two stars, for the previously mentioned experience. However, I did have some representatives from the company reach out to me and they were extremely helpful. They apologized for the poor experience, refunded my restocking fee, and replaced any items that were not up to our expectations, and they did all of this in a quick, professional, timely manner. This definitely saved my experience with their company, and I am definitely pleased this second time around!I ordered work related apparel through this company, and along the way we encountered many issues. They delivered items in a timely manner, and usually replied to emails quickly, which is why they are receiving two stars from me. The items delivered did not reflect what we ordered, we were given inconsistent information in regards to back ordered items (which I would have been okay with, had there not been issues with returning and refunding said back ordered items). We were originally given the wrong catalogue number for two items that we ordered, causing the wrong items to be delivered to us and a hassle in exchanging said items. When we wanted to return one of the items, it was a big inconvenience and we were charged a fee, even after I mentioned that I thought the fee should be waived due to all the other issues we had previously. The final item that we received was a scrub top that I had originally sent back to them because they had embroidered it incorrectly, and I had mentioned that the embroidery on it was crooked. When I received said item back after being fixed, they had just added to the previous crooked embroidery, leaving the writing on the item looking obviously slanted. The embroidery on the other items that were correct was very hit or miss, some letters were merged together while others looked fine. Overall, I was and am very displeased with this experience and will be looking into purchasing apparel elsewhere in the future.This review does NOT reflect the opinions of my workplace - this is my own personal opinion and review based on my experience as a customer.
This place is a complete scam. I’d give a 0-star rating if Google allowed. My fiancé ordered work apparel numerous times through this company and encountered problems every single order. The first order took 3 weeks to arrive and was the completely wrong size (XXL when she ordered a M). Her next order included two polyester v-neck shirts and a quarter zip pullover... the pullover is the right size (M) but the sleeves are 2-3” too short. She called and was told it could be due to the type of fabric or an error in manufacturing but there was “nothing they could do” since it had the Blanchard Valley logo on it. What a joke of an excuse for customer service when she had spent over $100 on apparel as a paying customer. On the last order she tried another quarter-zip since she was told it was an error on the previous order. That was a bold-faced lie because she ordered another M and the sleeves are 2-3” short AGAIN. My fiancé called the company and spoke with a woman on the phone (one of the OWNERS) to let them know she received another faulty product. The woman was so rude and stated that absolutely no refunds could be provided, no returns were allowed, and no exchanges could be made. What a complete joke. There are plenty of other options in town for custom apparel so I would recommend to NOT take your business to this establishment. Do they even have a store front or is it just a total scam that just provides direct sales to Blanchard Valley?! This company gets business due to being in bed with the hospital and they even charge for shipping when they drop bulk shipments to the hospital and make all medical practices pick their orders up from there... while still having to pay shipping.We are appalled at the quality of the product, the service, and the way these people handle business. DO NOT RECOMMEND - SHOP ELSEWHERE.
