Consistently rude evening and night staff. Better to go to Beaverdam and ignore this place completely, its literally not worth the frustration. Reporting to supervisors accomplishes nothing. Theres no accountability and the environment reeks of toxic oppositionalism and contrarianism. The store needs to be closed and have a total staffing reset to put it back on par with the reset of the PFJ chain.

Places like this just undermine the Pilots credibility. The owner of this gas station cannot influence his employees in any way. Tons of bad reviews of relatively rude, lazy and unscrupulous employees over the years and no change. As a regular customer, I advise you to just avoid this place. This is not a desert, after a few miles in any direction you will find people who respect you as a customer who brings them money.

One of the worst pilots of been to and thats coming from someone who exclusively goes to pilot and flying j. Crooked tooth lady on night shift is about as lazy and slow as they come. Says showers are down because she is the only one working and shes not going to kill herself to keep the showers up. Lol God forbid a trucker wanting to be clean interrupts her regularly scheduled every 10 minute smoke break. I cant count how many times Ive come to this pilot and stood waiting at the counter for service for 5-10 minutes she is outside smoking. I guess next time my rule will be if I have to wait more than 5 minutes what ever is in my hands is free.

I dont know who reviews this place but this is literally the biggest dump Ive ever been to.I should know I come here every day for the past 8 months and Im tired of itShowers are out of order because employees are too lazy to clean them at least twice a week every week. Pumps are backwards so everything is on the passenger side and or are always out of orderOr maybe this place really is a dump

Showers were empty and dirty. 4 people waiting on screen. Employees were standing around talking or playing on phones. Drain in shower backed up so standing in pool of dirty water. Seat was built under the sink. Great if your body is 8 inches wide! No food services for breakfast. Parking lot is full of bobtails. Good luck if you are pulling a trailer. 1 star is giving them credit.

No wait for shower at noon. Shower got cold so fast though. Staff was friendly. Bathroom could have been cleaner. There was stuff on the floor and in one of the sinks. Surprisingly there were several truck parking spots at 10pm but parking is so tight so its very difficult. Husband attempted with several before we successfully parked. Staff in subway was really friendly. Food at taco Bell was a little cold.

Don’t come here expecting food. Both restaurants close whenever the mood strikes. They don’t follow their own hours.

Has two fast food restaurants and neither one was open at 7:30pm and the neither was open in the morning even though over the intercom it was advertising to head to Taco Bell for a hot breakfast.....UNSAT

Always doing the best they can for being as short staffed as they are. So if u go there, especially during the night hrs, and the showers are down... Thats most likely the reason why. Not enough people on the clock.

Hard pass if youre looking for gas or a quick bite to eat. In the Subway there was this weird women who was not wearing her mask that was wondering back and forth from behind the counter (she was not wearing an employee uniform) and talking loudly about evidently another women and some cheating scheme via social media. I was more worried about her breathing on my sub since she was standing over top the lady making it. The bathroom was less than clean. Next, checking out with my bottle of Gatorade, some dude crowded in line in front of me, then the cashier made these weird comments about politics to all that could hear and everyone in line was looking around since it was really awkward. I go out to get gas and the receipt printer was broken. It was an all-around awful experience and the place does not meet the standard of Pilot.

When youre too lazy to park up front in the bobtail section you go ahead and take the easiest spot for a truck with trailer. When I have to park bobtail I try my hardest to park somewhere a full truck cant park or would be real difficult to get into. Dudes probably inside urinating all over the wall splattering onto his nasty bare feet and flip flops.The store is decent and although the lot is small theres at least 15 spots left at 2030 on Friday. Adult store across the street with parking if the lots full and a huge petro and loves a few miles north.

Well its kind of a small truck stop right by interstate 75 close to the DOT scale house its easy to get in and out ofkind of a old upgraded type pilotThey got one of those new fancy grinders for the coffee that almost makes it worth stopping for just for a good cup of coffeeall in all not a bad truck stopthey have a Subway which I hate Subway and they have a Taco Bell so at least something that looks a little bit like food if youre really hungry

Not a place I will ever stop at again. Typical dirty facility with broken pumps. What’s with the pump credit card screens and def being on the passenger side? I could never put in def from this place.Front woman cashier was rude, subway had lights on and food out. This was my first time traveling outside of Michigan on a bus. This was one of my favorite layovers. Bathrooms are pretty clean compared to the other ones. Had convenient supplies for everything you can need for travel. The staff is knowledgeable and polite.

Very dirty, even asked an employee if I could get some cleaner and a rag to clean a stall so I could use the bathroom. I was ignored.

Store side is great but subway side is terrible. I watched a worker messing with the food on front line and not wearing gloves. They dont wash their hands when coming in from the back they just grab gloves and make your food. Its very unsanitary.

Bought a shower here and it’s not even clean properly. I have hair on the toilet bowl and in the sink. I am not so pleased because I expected better from pilot.

They have organic coffee.

At night there are 3 fat women who the only thing they do is sitting and smoking cigarettes and they put a sign the shower is out service because they dont want to clean up.

Greyhound to Indianapolis usually stops here. Not only is it a gas station and truck stop, it also houses a Subway and Taco Bell with ample seating space. Restrooms with a shower are clean and adequate. It is well stocked with snacks and beverages. The coffee offerings are great.

I always liked their coffee. They may have changed their beans or coffee making process. It doesnt taste the same any more. They have good coffee cakes such as cream cheese and lemon pound. Location is pretty good too. I hope their coffee gets back to tasting better. They have showers and spacious rest rooms. Subway is also available. For folks travelling to Ohio from Michigan, this is a good place to ge refueled as their gas prices are cheaper compared to those in Michigan.

Dont stop here expecting to get any fountain drinks they cant keep them stocked. And the shower rooms have issues too... hot water cold water hot water cold water keeps switching back and forth.

Good staff good management. They do have volume business I can see as when I was there, but I still think they need to put a little more manpower in the keeping their bathrooms together. The place is excellent overall, and the people are really nice. Some of the cellular phone accessories no are way overpriced. They have a decent sale on one or two things but theyre generally way overpriced. Other than that the place is pretty excellent. The bathrooms to use a little updating an improvement but theyre still good ....honestly its a good place the good place.

Pilot has the best truck stop gas stations around and is made for travelers. They have the best traveling food from hot and fresh to giant bags of jerky while pricey but worth it. They have every kind of refreshment you can think of and they also have a gift shop to get your loved ones a last minute gift highly recommended to stop at if you need a break.

I paid for shower and got shower number 4. The shower itself so small and tiny, which is fine, but there is no hangers and no where to hang your clothes and set bath tools. Please fix it, otherwise there is no point to spend money on it.

Nice and clean..One dislike is the bean to cup coffee dispensers need to be cleaned. I wanted to get the house blend, but it came out orange. So did the columbia flavour.

On June 25, 2020 at 10:30 p.m. I ordered a footlong (one 6 in meatball, one 6 in oven roasted chicken) A heavy set white lady with pink fingernails and tight fitted jeans (appeared very unpresentable) prepared the sandwiches. I proceeded to the register as she wrapped up my sandwich to go. Paid and left. About five miles down the road, I opened my sandwich and saw DIRTY napkins in between both sandwiches. Unbelievable!!! As if they were intentionally placed in there!!! Smh It was indeed against my better judgment when I arrived I noticed the lettuce on the bar was welted and I also observed mold in the cold cut bar (meat, vegetables stored). She clearly needs supervision and to be retrained. Clearly this is apart of her character, ZERO hygiene and integrity to do what’s right for the business and for the customers. I’m very offended, Covid-19 is killing people daily, management please revisit staffing, she is not suitable for the restaurant business!!!! As a truck driver this was a quick stop, I will NEVER go back and I advise other truckers and people NOT to either.

Wonderful shops

Lots of goodies, hot foods. A Subway attached. Lots of parking and pumps for tractor trailers. Showers for truckers, as well as hear and equipment for those over the road types. Only 4 (should be 4.5) stars because there is very little space for cars, and a few pumps for cars, but still adequate. Also, great gas prices.

Great little truck stop on 75 in between Bowling Green and Findlay. Definitely was a nice place to stop when the kids needed a break from the long car ride. Definitely would consider stopping here again in the future if I need to pull off on a road trip. It was nice as truck stops, but still a little dirty around the edges

Very clean. Safe place to stop for women and children traveling alone to use the bathroom. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Small and the people are great. But took forever to get a sandwich at Subway. No alternative restaurant. Showers are small. Only had 2 hooks to work with and no bench or stool. Shower rooms are warm at least !

Pleasantly surprised. Bathrooms were clean, stalls w/o gaps in the doors. Girl at the restaurant inside was nice and food was fresh.

Its ok but they only had one friendly person that worked there. If it wasnt for the young cool guy and a couple of funny drivers there then I would have had a bad day. Thank God for cool people.

Overall I quite enjoyed going to this location, the store as well as the restrooms were very very clean being a truck stop. The staff was very friendly and the food was honestly very fresh, I stopped at this location late on Thanksgiving night around 11:30 p.m. and I was very surprised at the overall cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service from people working the night shift. Highly recommend stopping here if you need something during your journey

The only reason I will give it 2 stars is because I did not have to wait for a shower..... but the water pressure sucks and the showers are very small ... I wont stop here anymore and to top it off we went to the Taco bell inside and that was a mistake all the employees working there looked like they had lost their best friend and did not want to be there I saw a employee drop a bag on the floor and picked it up and put food in it and then gave it to a customer....

The Greyhound only stop for drop off and pick up. I didnt get off the bus, but the Pilot. Travel Center appeared to be clean, nice and a pleasant place to be for a short time.

Lots of trash on lot

The Lot and the restrooms are filthy and too small. Also theyre not updated to take standard fuel cards from across today even though those fuel cards are printed on their pumps if they accept them. I would not recommend buses are RVs to go from here if you are burning gasoline. Fuel space for gasoline is so tight you could get into a fender bender very easily. Go down the road a few miles to Flying J. They are prepared for any and all vehicles and the place is cleaner.

Was skeptical about this place when I read the reviews. Had a good, clean shower, and the employee was super nice. Its busy, but we got right in at 3:30pm. It definitely could use some upgrades, but no major faults found during my visit.

I run in this place everytime I am traveling back and forth from Ga to Oh. I grab a pop, candy, chips, gum, coffee, juice, or just walk around and stretch before returning to the bus. The place is always clean, well stocked, and friendly staff. This place kinda reminds me of Speedway. Its a cool laid back establishment.

Terrible...the lady at the tacobell inside a the worse attitude for no reason at all, she practically threw my food at me and she was the manager which makes it even worse...the clerk at the gas station put my money on the wrong gas pump and someone else got the gas I payed for... which that part was fine I understand people make mistakes but when she notified her manager the manager got an attitude with me like it was my fault it kept saying I guess were going to have to give you $15 in free gas which it wasnt free because I paid my $15 but the clerk put the money on the wrong pump... thats not my fault finally after going back and forth I did finally get my $15 in gas

This was one of our stops on the bus route I was traveling back home to Michigan. It was very clean, the people who worked there were very friendly and helpful. I bought a couple of breakfast tornados to take back on the bus with me. They were hot and delicious 😋!

Decent truck stop but the fast food employees could use some work taco bell supposed to open at 7am i went in at 730 and they had 1 girl back there and the place was still closed she said day shift hadnt shown up yet and she was supposed to get off at 7 completely unacceptable if you have a job show up ON TIME

This is a typical truck stop.Its also the Greyhound bus stop for Findlay, Ohio. The Greyhound drivers are very friendly and helpful.This place is average, and sells a good diversity of junk food and equipment for the itinerate traveler.It meets expectations for a truck stop, nothing more or less; get your gas/diesel and a snack and get back on the road.There are some outdoor benches to sit on if youre waiting on the bus, and if you go inside they can tag your bags for you.Will go there again to catch the Greyhound, but Im not making a summer home there.

They have taco bell inside a nice and clean restaurant plus everything else you would find in a higher class gas station the staff are friendly and the coffee is great. Definitely a good spot to get off the freeway for a minute and you can dine in twenty-four seven.

Coming into this pilot travel center since 99 is one of the best most well-maintained stops along i-75 I suggest if you like taco Bell or Subway that you stop at this location staff is always been great easy access right off the highway the restrooms are very clean the restaurants are well well taken care of and the prices are pretty good too and they got a lot of little travel gifts if you like to pick up stuff like that.

Food is really expensive and I definitely wouldnt of minded it. But the food was way too expensive and that there was no more options with the menu. Very basic and expensive to be doing that on a regular basis

I got up at the beginning of my day and reserved a shower. I get a cup of coffee every morning. I walked through the rain across the parking lot and theres a piece of paper on the door that says store closed. Theres a bungee cord on the door holding it shut. No shower, no restroom, no coffee no breakfast.Ive already worked 63 hours this week.This is NOT how I want to start my day!Absolute garbage.

This is a good place. The food was good at Dennys, the parking lot has lots of room to maneuver. Nobody knocking on the door in the middle of the night.

This one was horrible, service WITHOUT A SMILE. Staff was rude and not friendly at all. I got a shower and went in to find there were no towels. Informed the manager on duty and he didnt say a word, but just told the other person working there to get the towels. She in turn just handed me the towels and just walked away. No apologies or anything.

They have a nice selection of items and the people are very friendly. My only problem is the diesel pumps seam to be always backed up and the bathrooms are, how do I put this... Nasty as hell some times I think Id rather go by a bush than the restroom. Just being honest!

Showers were clean and good. I would have rated higher if it werent for the cashier that didnt bother to ask me if I wanted a receipt for the auxillary cord I bought. Then she smiled like she did it intentionally. I usually dont need receipts unless I buy electronic items and it was slightly irritating for her to just put my change in my hand and say have a good one to me like that while smiling like its all good...

Pilot travel center is a great rest stop, our new puppy had to go potty so we stopped at this pilot travel center and it was a nice rest stop.

Very under staff. Wait for a shower at 4am, was told I had to wait because they guy was out doing the trash, and the cashier couldnt leave the counter. Also was told to go to flying j, if I didnt want to wait. Really need to hire better cashiers with great customer service and ppl skills. Very disappointed that no trash cans were out on the parking lot.

We love how nice and clean the bathrooms are at all the pilot stops along the I-75. My husband got a coffee made with the whole bean machine and loved it.

Large clean restroom, small food court with Subway and Taco Bell. Full service mini Mart. Only a couple car gas pumps, but a dozen or more for truckers. They did have a working air pump for tires too, that was nice to see. Convenient and easy off/on from the freeway.

Another typical small Pilot with maybe only 50 - 70 spots. Subway worker too busy trying to gossip with coworkers so you have to repeat everything you want on your sub at least 4xs. & Finally main pump is on passenger side of tractor. I would give this Pilot a --5 star if I could. Dear Pilot you have to do better. Billion dollar company, this is just ridiculous please do better.

Good clean place and a variety of food choices. Not a huge pilot by no means. People are friendly here. Showers need a tad more water pressure. Thumbs up!

The Greyhound bus stops here and they work fast to complete as many transactions as possible in a short amount of time. Very efficient.

None of the employees and very few of the customers were wearing masks at 2030 on 10/20/2020 despite multiple signs clearly stating that masks are required for entry.

I usually grab a drink from here and food from the subway or tacobell connected. Its a stop for the greyhound. Its in a good location and there never seems to be problems. Got some interesting stuff inside.

Getting in and out of the gas lanes doesnt get more trying than this place. Everything else is great except for the lowlifes waiting around for the bus. You know some of these guys are on the lam.

The staff at this Pilot deserve five stars, but the facilities deserve a 1 star (the Taco Bell not withstanding). The place has been around since forever and really should be razed and rebuilt. The parking lot is what Ive come to call Pilot Puny and finding a parking spot after 4 or 5 pm is hopeless. To make things worse, theres not many diesel pumps and every other one is set up in reverse, so that the master pump is on the passenger side of the truck. This is one of my pet peeves because its a huge inconvenience, especially if you need to get reefer fuel.

Friendly staff, easy to order food from a 24-hour Subway/Taco Bell located inside, showers/restrooms available to travelers. Provides money orders, and they started selling beer here last year. This is a Greyhound bus rest stop so if you see a bus, prepare to wait in line at times, but generally, the staff are on it. Im a fan!

Had a 10 minute rest stop traveling on the Greyhound bus the store was packed and when we came in off the bus the whole cook chicken in a timely manner and made sure all the customers made it back to the bus at 10 minutes excellent service
