The clerk on duty reminded me I could use my phone number for my rewards card points. They way she reminded me about it it made me laugh, so I had to give her a shout out on a review. Unfortunately my short term memory is awful so I can not recall her name, but I know she always tells me to have a blessed day. Anyway the moral of the story is that the employees here are always nice and get people in and out quick.

Supposed to be a convenience center station, stopped here after driving for hours because we had to get gas and use the restroom badly, but they were not letting people in! What kind of giant gas station convenience center doesnt let people inside to buy food, drinks and use the restroom! We had to get back on the highway and make and extra stop so we could use the restroom! Do not waste you time stopping here!

The store is always clean. They have a big selection. Attached to the building is subway and dairy queen

Its a nice, clean location. However in the span of five minutes I saw four separate people enter the store with no masks on and the employees didnt do anything. In the middle of a global pandemic everybody including businesses need to take action and responsibility for the safety of the community and enforce the rules.

This is 100% the cleanest store Ive been to in ohio its a beautiful store. Bright open airy clean fresh brewed coffee literally from Bean. Everything was spotless sorry I love a clean store and this was it!!! Bathrooms included!

Have gone to this store without a mask for over 2 months, they never even asked if I had one, today I go in and they denied me service because I didn’t have one. But every morning I have gone in there, the woman making the food has her mask under her chin. How can they force me to wear one when someone making food for how many people a day can get away with wearing it under her chin?

The employee denied the bathroom to my 5 years old. She has an emergency and the guy denied her to get in. We have to drove an extra mile to find a bathroom. He should shows some compassion and let my daughter go to the bathroom.

Always friendly and always busy. Great place to run in and grab what you need. You are in and out in no time.

Most of the staff is great, but the manager and the Mexican lady are both compleatly rude. Having a service dog is no joke, I do not wish to stick out, but you made me that day. I do not have to have a vest on my dog and I do not have to show papers and I do not have to tell you what my dog does!!!! I go to the window when Im with her because of one thing she is trained to keep me clear of she smells plainly at your counter. Peanuts....instead of creating a show and not being able to correct her because she is doing what she is trained and is freaking out because I continue to try to move forward. I tried to use your window. you acted as tho I was a disease. AS THO YOU COULD NOT APPROCH A WINDOW TO EXPLAIN YOU WOULD NOT SERVE ME THROUGH IT TODAY, AND YOUR CORPORATE STATED THERE IS NO RULE YOU CAN NOT!!!! YOU STOOD THERE YELLING FROM A DISTANT THAT YOU WERE THE MANAGER! WHO CARES!!!! Is it because you have somehow found out my disability and have an issue? Watch your step my next move will be to involve my case manager and ADA!!!

I typically shop here all the time, but today I was refused service for not wearing a mask by a cashier who was also not wearing a mask. Complete stupidity! This store is mere minutes away from my house, but I will never shop here again!

Clean bathrooms and changing table in both restrooms. Friendly staff. Nice parking lot. Great pitstop on the road.

No stars I rate this store a ZERO ..Rude cashiers day and night ...tonight I went to get food and its not open at nite but for gas only cashier told me in a very rude tone well oh well its gas only till 4 am wait till then umm I wont be back but thank you

I went in this morning for coffee and gas.i got my coffee then proceeded to pay.i told the casier how much i needed n what punp.she didnt seem pleasent i know its earlie but this your job and there was no good customer service.she rang me up no thank you or have a good day or your all set .so i said thank you and she nothing.pretty rude i may say.doubt ill be going back.!

Everytime I go in they are incredibly unfriendly. No one ever smiles. Customer service is key to a business.
