I brought in my Remarkable, which is a rather unique (and rare) tablet. When I called, they walked me through my options and their availability. They also gave me a few quotes with potential ranges, depending on what course of action theyd need to take. When I brought in the tablet, they visually inspected it and let me know that repairing it would probably break the tablet (its very thin, so taking it apart would be difficult). I appreciated that they were upfront about the risks and only accepted the job after I was clear that I was okay with the risks.He gave me a window for when hed probably be done, took my name and number and told me hed call if he finished early. He did side research to prep for the repair.Not only were they able to actually fix my tablet, they did it in the time quoted and for cheaper than quoted. Their calmness, professionally, and transparency were greatly appreciated!

I highly recommend the store in Findlay. They were so nice, helpful and knowledgeable in helping my son with his phone which he was locked out of. They took time to listen and was very caring plus they fixed it right away. We were from out of town and it means a lot for them to fix it so we don’t have to make another trip back. We had a GREAT experience at the Findlay store. I picked the store rating of good quality, but the store was all of the above: Good Value / Professional / and Responsive. I HIGHLY Recommend… Henry Oswald … he was very knowledgeable, polite, and kind. I liked how he explained what he was doing to me… in a way that I could understand. He explained the options to fix our problem, recommended what he would do and then let us decide what we wanted. I really like Henry, but everyone there was super too!!! The store was a blessing to my wife and I… also to the many other people I saw there.

With all the high reviews I had high hopes, i drove an hour to Findlay Ubreakifix my fault not theirs. I called the night prior with a broken Galaxy 20 note ultra cracked screen with Verizon insurance claim. I was told if my work schedule was flexible arriving earlier then 5 would be in my best interest due to an expected 1 1/2 repair time, i showed up at 4. was told a leak test might prevent repair but it should only take an hour and i would get a call letting me know if the repair wasnt possible otherwise it would be fixed by 7, instead of driving an hour home i waiting the 3 hours no call and showed up at 6:50 assuming 7 my phone would be repaired, instead i was told they just finished the leak test and they could not repair my phone screen.

Everybody go see Nathan! This guy is above amazing! My son had some things he needed fixed on his phone and no hesitation Nathan allowed us to bring the phone in and repaired it in a great timely matter, and super affordable! Well def. Be back!

Henry at the Findlay, OH store did a great job and kept me in the loop throughout the process.

I dropped my three year old phone on cement and cracked the screen. Very understandable that it would crack with that kind of impact. I brought the phone in to the Findlay uBreakiFix and had the screen replaced for around $120 plus tip, Immediately after the screen replacement, the zoom feature on the phone would not work. About two and a half weeks after they had replaced the screen, it cracked while in my pocket (Im guessing from my keys tapping the screen while in my pocket). I called their store and told them what happened, the employee said their 90 day warranty wouldnt apply to me because I was responsible for cracking it with my keys. He said he could replace it again though and would possibly charge me only half. I asked if they were going to use the same product again and he said yes.In my opinion, this is a racket...replace original broken screens with aftermarket thin, inferior screens and when those screens break (which it did) do it all over again and make more money off the customer.I wouldnt pay this place one dollar for their product knowing what I know now. CONSUMER BEWARE

The entire crew provided better customer service than my actual phone manufacturer. My fold 2 broke and they had it fixed much faster than I expected. If you have any issues with your phone I wouldn’t hesitate to go to ubreakifix in Findlay.

Came in about a year ago to fix my PlayStation. I had turned off for some reason and I couldn’t turn it back on. The service was great, they got me in within reasonable time and were very friendly, however when I came 2 days after I dropped it off to pick it up, it still didn’t work. I was sorta bummed and busy with school, so I didn’t look into it. Here I am and come to find out I have a corrupted hard drive that wasn’t found(????) I’m disappointed that this wasn’t found and am not blaming anyone per say, but I wish I could’ve gotten more quality out of my money.

Absolutely incredible service at this location. I left my Samsung galaxy s20 fe with them for a charing port replacement. They quoted a hundred dollars for the job, and I left the phone with them. I received a call and had accidentally left my childs Google family link active, which prevented them from doing the work. They were very patient with me while I fumbled settings trying to enable it. Within an hour of that, they had it repaired. The real cherry on top? They managed to do the work under warranty, taking the initiative to investigate that option for me, so the repair cost me nothing! Ill be keeping this place in mind for future repair needs.

My screen burned out ....on a galaxy s21, I had bought it at best buy. Had the geek squad protection.They informed me it would be $250 deductible, they would file the claim with samsung... also would take 7 to 10 business days to get a new phone in the mail... I was very upset 😡😔 arguing with them to no avail. I happened to look across the parking lot and saw ubreakifix.. took my phone in they looked at it, and said good news your phone is under 1 yr manufacturer warranty. Working on my own repair project at home. I went to Best Buy across the parking lot in search of thermal paste. They were sold out and laughed when I asked when it would be restocked and I wasnt trying to wait. On a whim, I stopped in to UbreakIfix to see if they could help. I broke my glass on my phone, they replaced it, saved me from getting a new phone. My only complaint was the time it took to get it in. I waited a week.

These guys are the best! Just make sure you have everything you need transferred before you reset your old device (my bad).

I went in with a laptop that had a common issue of the power button not working. They looked at it and let me know they had to send it to someone else that helps with their repairs to be soldered, that was fine with me. They told me I would have my laptop in 6-10 days max. Fast forward 7 days, I go in to pick up my “repaired” laptop, left thinking I wouldn’t need to check it. When I made it home, I noticed there was a 1-inch gap of damage on my laptop, it looked like it had been pried wide open?????? Even furthermore, my power button still didn’t work and my laptop wouldn’t turn on!!!? I brought it back in. Long story short, nobody would take blame for the damage to my laptop so they gave me a $50 refund on a ~$160 repair. He said he would “finagle” with the power button to try to “loosen it up” so it would work every time rather than once every 10 attempts. Called me back and said it was working better. When I went in, I still could not personally get the power button to work and it clearly wasn’t fixed. At this point, I wanted to just take it somewhere else to be repaired but they wouldn’t refund me. Sooooo, he sent it back to the same person who was supposed to fix it the first time, he repaired it correctly. The likelihood is that it was fixed the first time, but broke again when the damage happened (still nobody taking blame). They ghetto-fixed my laptop, but there is still obvious and visible damage where it was pried open. I ended up getting my laptop back, with the power button fixed, but in worse cosmetic shape than before, nearly 2 MONTHS later.Nathan was who helped me from UBreakIFix and he was honestly very kind and helpful during the whole process. He made frequent phone calls to let me know what was going on and the conversations that took place between him and the out-sourced repair person. It was just an unfortunate situation that took longer than necessary and it really sucks that my laptop looks all messed up now.

I was shocked, I though I had a phone that wouldnt charge and a cracked screen, in 5 minutes the amazingly courteous employee tuned up my charging port and told me my screen protector was cracked and not the screen itself, I felt compelled to add to their pizza fund. Thank you!

These guys did a great job! I asked them to fix my MacBook Pro that wouldn’t turn on. Got battery replaced on iphone 7.New battery is marginally better.The phone no longer vibrates. It doesnt vibrate when i press the home button. It doesnt vibrate for messages, calls or my alarm in the morning.Basically i spent $100 for nothing.

Very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond my expectations when i took my spill damaged laptop to them. They worked with me and were very honest in trying to find a solution. Although me having a mac and not able to get a certain part because apple only sells it. They found me a different store in Toledo that was able to send my laptop to apple to get fixed. If you ever have any computer or phone problems this would the first and only place i would want to go. They did not end up charging me anything even after all the diagnostic work and part locating work they did, the prices i was quoted were still very reasonable.
